Abstract
stent de válvula usado de modo seguro e um dispositivo de substituição de válvula que tem o stent de válvula, em que o stent de válvula inclui um quadro de rede de sustentação tubular e uma seção alargada conectada à extremidade do quadro de rede de sustentação, que está conectado a todos os nós de extremidade em um lado correspondente do quadro de rede de sustentação. as seções alargadas estão localizadas em uma extremidade de liberação precedente do stent de válvula. um aro externo da seção alargada é formado por diversas barras de sustentação curvadas, e em que todos os nós de extremidade no quadro de rede de sustentação que correspondem às posições das barras de sustentação estão todos conectados às barras de sustentação. devido a melhoramentos à estrutura de stents de válvula autoexpansíveis de liga de memória existentes, vértices rômbicos existentes em isolamento, que estão presentes em porções de não extremidade do stent de válvula são eliminados. enquanto se mantém as propriedades mecânicas da estrutura original, isso previne que espinhas apareçam após o stent de válvula ser comprimido e, desse modo, soluciona o problema de dano de bainha causado pelas espinhas.
