Claims (9)
- 対向する第一端部と第二端部とを有する管状の支持用網部と、前記第一端部に接続される拡張部を含む使用が安全なバルブステントであって、
前記第一端部の前記拡張部に最も近い端部は複数の接続点を有し、前記拡張部が前記第一端部のすべての接続点に接続され、
前記拡張部は複数の支持棒と複数の接続棒とを含み、
各前記支持棒は二つの端部を有し、隣接する2本の前記支持棒の隣接する二つの端部が同じ前記接続点に接続され、前記隣接する二つの端部がそれぞれ異なる前記支持棒に属し、
各前記接続棒は対向する第一接続端部と第二接続端部とを有し、隣接する2本の前記接続棒の第一接続端部はそれぞれ、異なる前記接続点に接続され、隣接する2本の前記接続棒の前記第二接続端部はそれぞれ、同じ前記支持棒の異なる部分に接続され、隣接する2本の前記接続棒が互いに接続されない、
ことを特徴とする使用が安全なバルブステント。 - 前記拡張部の外部の辺縁部は複数の湾曲した支持棒で構成され、支持棒と対向する支持用網部の接続点はいずれも支持棒に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用が安全なバルブステント。
- 前記接続点は支持棒と交差するか或いは接続棒を介して支持棒と交差して接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使用が安全なバルブステント。
- 前記接続棒は、前記第一接続端部から前記第二接続端部に向かう延伸方向において、前記支持用網部の軸線から徐々に離れる状態になっていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の使用が安全なバルブステント。
- 前記接続棒の第一接続端部と第二接続端部との間の連結線と、前記支持用網部の軸線との間の夾角は0〜70度であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の使用が安全なバルブステント。
- 前記接続棒の第一接続端部と第二接続端部との間の連結線と前記支持用網部の軸線との間の夾角は20〜60度であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の使用が安全なバルブステント。
- 接続棒と支持棒との間の夾角は鋭角であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の使用が安全なバルブステント。
- 支持用網部の所定の部分は移行部分であり、この移行部分の圧縮前の長さと圧縮後の長さの比は1であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用が安全なバルブステント。
- バルブ置換装置であって、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の前記バルブステントと、このバルブステントの内部に固定される人工弁とを含むことを特徴とするバルブ置換装置。
