Claims (15)
1. Композиция мультимодального полиэтилена, содержащая
(А) от 30 до 65 массовых частей, предпочтительно от 30 до 50 массовых частей, наиболее предпочтительно от 30 до 40 массовых частей, низкомолекулярного полиэтилена, характеризующегося среднемассовой молекулярной массой (Mw) в диапазоне от 20000 до 90000 г/моль, или среднемолекулярного полиэтилена, характеризующегося среднемассовой молекулярной массой (Mw) в диапазоне от более чем 90000 до 150000 г/моль;
(В) от 5 до 40 массовых частей, предпочтительно от 10 до 35 массовых частей, наиболее предпочтительно от 15 до 35 массовых частей, первого высокомолекулярного полиэтилена, характеризующегося среднемассовой молекулярной массой (Mw) в диапазоне от более чем 150000 до 1000000 г/моль, или первого сверхвысокомолекулярного полиэтилена, характеризующегося среднемассовой молекулярной массой (Mw) в диапазоне от более чем 1000000 до 5000000 г/моль; и
(С) от 10 до 60 массовых частей, предпочтительно от 15 до 60 массовых частей, наиболее предпочтительно от 20 до 60 массовых частей, второго высокомолекулярного полиэтилена, характеризующегося среднемассовой молекулярной массой (Mw) в диапазоне от более чем 150000 до 1000000 г/моль, или второго сверхвысокомолекулярного полиэтилена, характеризующегося среднемассовой молекулярной массой (Mw) в диапазоне от более чем 1000000 до 5000000 г/моль,
где MI21 для композиции мультимодального полиэтилена составляет 3,0 и менее предпочтительно менее чем 2,0 г/10 мин, и
ударная прочность по Шарпи при 23°С для композиции мультимодального полиэтилена составляет, по меньшей мере, 70 кДж/м2, предпочтительно находится в диапазоне от 70 до 120 кДж/м2, согласно измерению в соответствии с документом ISO179.
2. Композиция мультимодального полиэтилена по п. 1, где мультимодальный полиэтилен характеризуется ударной прочностью по Шарпи при 23°С в диапазоне от 78 до 90 кДж/м2 согласно измерению в соответствии с документом ISO179.
3. Композиция мультимодального полиэтилена по п. 1 или 2, где мультимодальный полиэтилен характеризуется значением MI21 в диапазоне от 0,01 до 1,5 г/10 мин, предпочтительно от 0,05 до 1,0 г/10 мин, более предпочтительно от 0,1 до 0,5 г/10 мин.
4. Композиция мультимодального полиэтилена по любому из пп. 1-3, где мультимодальный полиэтилен характеризуется стойкостью к истиранию в диапазоне от 0,01 до 1,0%, предпочтительно от 0,01 до 0,6%, а более предпочтительно от 0,01 до 0,3%, согласно измерению в соответствии с документом ASTM D 4060.
5. Композиция мультимодального полиэтилена по любому из пп. 1-4, где композиция мультимодального полиэтилена характеризуется среднемассовой молекулярной массой в диапазоне от 300000 до 5000000 г/моль, предпочтительно от 500000 до 3000000 г/моль, согласно измерению при использовании гельпроникающей хроматографии.
6. Композиция мультимодального полиэтилена по любому из пп. 1-5, где композиция мультимодального полиэтилена характеризуется среднечисленной молекулярной массой в диапазоне от 8000 до 100000 г/моль, предпочтительно от 10000 до 80000 г/моль, согласно измерению при использовании гельпроникающей хроматографии.
7. Композиция мультимодального полиэтилена по любому из пп. 1-6, где композиция мультимодального полиэтилена характеризуется Z-средней молекулярной массой в диапазоне от 2000000 до 10000000 г/моль, предпочтительно от 3000000 до 8000000 г/моль, согласно измерению при использовании гельпроникающей хроматографии.
