Claims (53)
1. Твердый изоляционный материал, который вместе с безангидридным пропиточным составом может быть использован для изготовления системы изоляции в процессе вакуумного импрегнирования, причем он включает подложку, барьерный материал, катализатор отверждения и клей липкой ленты, катализатор отверждения и клей липкой ленты являются инертными друг относительно друга, но в условиях вакуумного импрегнирования активируются, взаимодействуя с безангидридным пропиточным составом при продолжительностях гелеобразования от 1 часа до 15 часов при температуре импрегнирования, причем катализатор отверждения получается реакцией по меньшей мере 1Н-имидазола и/или производного 1Н-имидазола с содержащим оксирановые группы соединением.
2. Изоляционный материал по п.1, причем содержащее оксирановые группы соединение имеет n=1-4 оксирановых функциональных групп на молекулу.
3. Изоляционный материал по п. 1 или 2, причем содержащее оксирановые группы соединение представляет собой глицидильное соединение.
4. Изоляционный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем содержащее оксирановые группы соединение при комнатной температуре присутствует в жидком состоянии.
5. Изоляционный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем катализатор отверждения представляет собой соединение, которое является продуктом присоединения из одного
и/или многих 1Н-кислотных гетероциклов с двумя атомами азота и/или 1Н-кислотных гетероциклов с тремя атомами азота с содержащим оксирановые группы соединением.
6. Изоляционный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем содержащее оксирановые группы соединение включает соединение из группы следующих соединений:
производное моноглицидильного простого эфира и/или сложного эфира (n=1),
производное диглицидильного простого эфира и/или сложного эфира (n=2),
производное триглицидильного простого эфира и/или сложного эфира (n=3), и/или
производное тетраглицидильного простого эфира и/или сложного эфира (n=4), а также любую смесь данных соединений.
7. Изоляционный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем катализатор отверждения имеет удельное содержание D азота в диапазоне, например, от 1 до 15 ммоль/г.
8. Изоляционный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем катализатор отверждения представляет собой продукт присоединения из
1H-2-метилимидазола (CAS № 693-98-1),
1H-2-этилимидазола (CAS № 1072-62-4),
1H-4-этил-2-фенилимидазола,
1H-3,5-диметилпиразола,
1H-имидазола (CAS № 288-32-4),
1H-4(5)-метилимидазола (CAS № 822-36-6),
1H-2-этил-4-метилимидазола (CAS № 931-36-2),
1H-4-метил-2-фенилимидазола (CAS № 827-43-0),
1H-4-фенилимидазола (CAS № 670-95-1),
1H-5-метил-2-фенилимидазолил-4-метанола (CAS № 13682-32-1),
1H-пиразола (CAS № 288-13-1),
1H-3-фенилпиразола (CAS № 2458-26-6),
1H-5-метилпиразола,
1H-3,4-диметилпиразола (CAS № 2820-37-3),
1H-3,5-диметилпиразола (CAS № 67-51-6),
1H-3-трет-бутилпиразола (CAS № 15802-80-9), и/или
1H-4-этилпиразола (CAS № 17072-38-7),
а также любых смесей вышеуказанных соединений, с содержащим оксирановые группы соединением.
9. Изоляционный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем катализатор отверждения, кроме того, имеет n=1-4 ковалентно связанных гидроксильных групп на молекулу.
10. Изоляционный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем клей липкой ленты включает продукт присоединения из бисфенола, диола, триола и/или высшего спирта, далее называемого сегментом «A(OH) n », с циклогексеноксидом и/или производным циклогексеноксида, далее называемым сегментом «Cy», причем A(OH) n выбирается из группы следующих соединений:
- моноэтиленгликоля (C2H4)(OH)2, бутандиола (C4H8)(OH)2, бутендиола (C4H6)(OH)2, бутиндиола (C4H4)(OH)2, полиэтиленгликоля H(OC2H4)x(OH)2 с x=1-5000, пропиленгликоля (C3H6)(OH)2, полипропиленгликоля H(OC3H6)x(OH)2 с x=1-5000, диэтиленгликоля (C2H8O)(OH)2, пропандиола (C3H6)(OH)2, неопентилгликоля (C5H10)(OH)2, циклопентандиола (C5H8)(OH)2, циклопентендиола (C5H6)(OH)2, глицерина (C3H5)(OH)3, пентандиола (C5H10)(OH)2, пентаэритрита (C5H8)(OH)4, гександиола (C6H12)(OH)2, гексиленгликоля (C6H12)(OH)2, гептандиола (C7H14)(OH)2, октандиола (C8H16)(OH)2, поликапролактондиола, поликапролактонтриола, гидрохинона (C6H4)(OH)2, резорцина (C6H4)(OH)2, пирокатехина (C6H4)(OH)2, руцинола (C10H12)(OH)2, триэтиленгликоля (C6H12)(OH)2
- полностью ароматического, частично гидрированного и/или полностью гидрированного бисфенола-A (C15H14)(OH)2, (C15H28)(OH)2, бисфенола-F (C13H10)(OH)2, бисфенола-S (C12H8O2S)(OH)2
- трициклодекандиметанола (C12H18)(OH)2, карбоната глицерина (C4H5)(OH)1.
11. Изоляционный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, который в качестве клея липкой ленты включает соединение, выбранное из группы следующих соединений:
трициклометандиметанола (CAS № 26896-48-0 и, соответственно, 26160-83-8),
триметилолпропана (CAS № 77-99-6),
дендритных полимеров с гидроксильными функциональными группами (CAS № 326794-48-3 и, соответственно, 462113-22-0),
поликапролактонтриола (CAS № 37625-56-2),
поликапролактонтетраола (CAS № 35484-93-6).
12. Изоляционный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, который содержит катализатор отверждения в количестве менее 10 вес.%.
13. Изоляционный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, который содержит клей липкой ленты в количестве в диапазоне от 1 до 30 вес.%.
14. Изоляционный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, который включает подложку в форме текстильной ткани, нетканого материала и/или пленки.
15. Изоляционный материал по п.10, который включает пленку, которая является перфорированной.
16. Изоляционный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, который включает барьерный материал в форме частиц.
17. Изоляционный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, причем барьерный материал в форме частиц, по меньшей мере частично, включает барьерный материал в форме пластинчатых частиц.
18. Изоляционный материал по п. 12 или 13, причем частицы барьерного материала являются покрытыми.
19. Изоляционный материал по одному из пп. 12-14, причем покрытие включает оксид металла.
20. Изоляционный материал по одному из пп. 12-15, причем покрытие является легированным.
21. Применение изготовленной вакуумным импрегнированием твердого изоляционного материала по одному из пп. 1-20 системы изоляции в средне- и высоковольтных электрических машинах, в частности, вращающихся электрических машинах в диапазоне среднего и высокого напряжения, а также в электрических распределительных устройствах, в вариантах применения со средним и высоким напряжением, выводах обмоток, выводах обмоток трансформаторов, выводах обмоток генераторов, и/или выводах установок для передачи постоянного тока высокого напряжения (HGÜ), а также в соответствующих полуфабрикатах.
22. Электрическая машина, предпочтительно вращающаяся электрическая машина, в особенности предпочтительно вращающаяся электрическая машина в диапазоне среднего и высокого напряжения, а также электрическое распределительное устройство, вариант применения со средним и высоким напряжением, вывод обмотки, вывод обмотки трансформатора, вывод обмотки генератора, и/или вывод HGÜ-установки, а также соответствующий полуфабрикат, которые включают систему изоляции, изготовленную из твердого изоляционного материала по одному из пп. 1-20.
