Claims (23)
1. Композиция смазочного масла, содержащая:
более 50 масс. % базового масла смазочной вязкости и композицию присадок, содержащую:
одну или более сверхосновных кальцийсодержащих моющих присадок с общим щелочным числом более 250 мг KOH/г в количестве, достаточном для обеспечения от 1200 ppm по массе до 1800 ppm по массе кальция в композиции смазочного масла относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла, и
одно или более маслорастворимых молибденсодержащих соединений в количестве, достаточном для обеспечения от 80 ppm по массе до 1000 ppm по массе молибдена в композиции смазочного масла относительно общей массы смазочной композиции, и
где композиция смазочного масла содержит не более 150 ppm натрия и от 50 ppm по массе до 2000 ppm по массе фосфора относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла и имеет массовое отношение серы, обеспеченной в композиции смазочного масла указанной композицией присадок, к массе молибдена в композиции смазочного масла от 2,44:1 до менее 18:1.
2. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что одна или более сверхосновных кальцийсодержащих моющих присадок содержат соединение, выбранное из моющей присадки сверхосновного сульфоната кальция, моющей присадки сверхосновного фенолята кальция и моющей присадки сверхосновного салицилата кальция.
3. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что снижение числа случаев LSPI представляет собой снижение на 75% или более, и число случаев LSPI представляет собой количество LSPI за 25000 циклов работы двигателя, где двигатель работает при 2000 оборотах в минуту со средним эффективным тормозным давлением 18000 кПа.
4. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что одно или более маслорастворимых молибденсодержащих соединений содержат одно или более соединений, выбранных из не содержащих серы молибденорганических комплексов органических амидов, дитиокарбамата молибдена, дитиофосфата молибдена и их смесей.
5. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что одно или более маслорастворимых молибденсодержащих соединений содержат не содержащий серы молибденорганический комплекс органического амида.
6. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что одно или более маслорастворимых молибденсодержащих соединений содержат дитиокарбамат молибдена.
7. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что одно или более маслорастворимых молибденсодержащих соединений содержат дитиофосфат молибдена.
8. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что одна или более сверхосновных кальцийсодержащих моющих присадок в композиции смазочного масла обеспечивают от 1400 до менее 1800 ppm по массе кальция в композиции смазочного масла относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла.
9. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что содержание сульфатной золы в композиции смазочного масла составляет менее 1 масс. %.

Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, эффективная для снижения числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах в двигателе внутреннего сгорания с наддувом, смазанном указанной композицией смазочного масла, относительно числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах в том же двигателе, смазанном контрольным смазочным маслом R-1, где указанное контрольное смазочное масло R-1 содержит одну или более сверхосновных кальцийсодержащих моющих присадок с общим щелочным числом более 225 мг KOH/г в количестве, достаточном для обеспечения 2400 ppm по массе кальция в композиции смазочного масла относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла, одно или более молибденсодержащих соединений в количестве, достаточном для обеспечения 80 ppm по массе молибдена в композиции смазочного масла относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла, и имеет содержание сульфатной золы 1,05 масс. %.
11. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая один или более компонентов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из модификаторов трения, противоизносных агентов, дисперсантов, антиоксидантов и увеличителей индекса вязкости.

Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что более 50 масс. % базового масла выбрано из группы, состоящей из базовых масел II группы, III группы, IV группы, группы V и комбинации двух или более из вышеуказанного, и где более 50 масс. % базового масла отлично от разбавляющих масел, являющихся результатом включения в композицию присадочных компонентов или увеличителей индекса вязкости, в композиции смазочного масла.
13. Способ снижения числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах в двигателе внутреннего сгорания с наддувом, включающий:
смазывание двигателя внутреннего сгорания с наддувом композицией смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-12.

15. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что число случаев преждевременного воспламенения при низких оборотах в двигателе внутреннего сгорания с наддувом, смазанном указанной композицией смазочного масла, снижено относительно числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах в том же двигателе, смазанном контрольным смазочным маслом R-1, где указанное контрольное смазочное масло R-1 содержит одну или более сверхосновных кальцийсодержащих моющих присадок с общим щелочным числом более 225 мг KOH/г в количестве, достаточном для обеспечения 2400 ppm по массе кальция в композиции смазочного масла относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла, одно или более молибденсодержащих соединений в количестве, достаточном для обеспечения 80 ppm по массе молибдена в композиции смазочного масла относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла, и имеет содержание сульфатной золы 1,05 масс. %.
16. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что двигатель внутреннего сгорания с наддувом представляет собой бензиновый двигатель с искровым зажиганием и турбонаддувом.
17. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что на стадии смазывания смазывают камеру внутреннего сгорания или стенки цилиндра двигателя с прямым впрыском и искровым зажиганием или двигателя внутреннего сгорания с системой распределенного впрыска, снабженного турбонаддувом или нагнетателем.
18. Способ по п. 15, дополнительно включающий стадию измерения числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах в двигателе внутреннего сгорания, смазанном композицией смазочного масла.
