Claims (28)

1. Композиция смазочного масла, содержащая
более 50 мас.% базового масла со смазочной вязкостью;
моющую присадку сверхосновного сульфоната кальция с общим щелочным числом более 225 мг KOH/г, измеренным способом согласно ASTM D-2896,
одну или более магнийсодержащих моющих присадок, и
одно из:
моющей присадки сверхосновного фенолята кальция или салицилата кальция с общим щелочным числом более 225 мг KOH/г, измеренным способом согласно ASTM D-2896, и
по меньшей мере одной низкоосновной кальцийсодержащей моющей присадки с общим щелочным числом до 175 мг KOH/г, измеренным способом согласно ASTM D-2896, в количестве, обеспечивающем по меньшей мере 50 ppm по массе кальция в композиции смазочного масла относительно общей массы смазочной композиции,
при этом указанная композиция смазочного масла содержит сверхосновную кальцийсодержащую моющую присадку в количестве, обеспечивающем от 900 ppm по массе до менее 1800 ppm по массе кальция в композиции смазочного масла, и магнийсодержащую моющую присадку в количестве, обеспечивающем от 50 ppm по массе до 1000 ppm по массе магния в композиции смазочного масла, где оба указанных количества приведены в расчете на общую массу композиции смазочного масла; и общее содержание кальция в смазочной композиции составляет до 1800 ppm относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла; и
указанная композиция смазочного масла успешно проходит испытание согласно TEOST-33.
2. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, содержащая моющую присадку сверхосновного фенолята кальция.
3. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1 и 2, отличающаяся тем, что снижение числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения при низких оборотах (LSPI) представляет собой снижение на 50% или более, и число случаев LSPI представляет собой количество LSPI за 25000 циклов работы двигателя, где двигатель работает при 2000 оборотах в минуту со средним эффективным тормозным давлением 18000 кПа.
4. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что одна или более магнийсодержащих моющих присадок представляют собой сверхосновные магнийсодержащие моющие присадки с общим щелочным числом более 225 мг KOH/г, измеренным по методу ASTM D-2896, и одна или более сверхосновных магнийсодержащих моющих присадок выбраны из моющей присадки сверхосновного сульфоната магния, моющей присадки сверхосновного фенолята магния, моющей присадки сверхосновного салицилата магния и их смесей.
5. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что количество магнийсодержащей моющей присадки достаточно для обеспечения от 100 ppm по массе до 800 ppm по массе магния в композиции смазочного масла относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла.
6. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающаяся тем, что одна или более сверхосновных кальцийсодержащих моющих присадок обеспечивает от 1000 до 1650 ppm по массе кальция в композиции смазочного масла относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла.
7. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-6, где отношение общего количества металлов в ммоль в композиции смазочного масла к общему щелочному числу композиции смазочного масла составляет от более 4,5 до 10,0.
8. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающаяся тем, что общее щелочное число композиции смазочного масла составляет по меньшей мере 7,5 мг KOH/г.
9. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-8, содержащая (b) по меньшей мере одну низкоосновную/нейтральную кальцийсодержащую моющую присадку.
10. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 9, отличающаяся тем, что указанная по меньшей мере одна низкоосновная/нейтральная кальцийсодержащая моющая присадка содержит соединение, выбранное из моющей присадки низкоосновного сульфоната кальция, моющей присадки низкоосновного фенолята кальция, моющей присадки низкоосновного салицилата кальция и их смесей.
11. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-8, содержащая (a) моющую присадку сверхосновного фенолята кальция или салицилата кальция с общим щелочным числом более 225 мг KOH/г, измеренным способом согласно ASTM D-2896.
12. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-11, отличающаяся тем, что общее содержание кальция в композиции смазочного масла составляет от 1000 ppm до 1800 ppm относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла.
13. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-11, отличающаяся тем, что общее содержание кальция в композиции смазочного масла составляет от 1050 ppm до 1650 ppm относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла.
14. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-13, дополнительно содержащая один или более компонентов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из модификаторов трения, противоизносных агентов, дисперсантов, антиоксидантов и увеличителей индекса вязкости.
15. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-14, отличающаяся тем, что более 50% базового масла выбрано из группы, состоящей из базовых масел II группы, III группы, IV группы, V группы и комбинации двух или более из вышеуказанного, и где более 50 мас.% базового масла отлично от разбавляющих масел, являющихся результатом включения в композицию присадочных компонентов или увеличителей индекса вязкости.
16. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-15, эффективная для снижения числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах в двигателе внутреннего сгорания с наддувом, смазанном указанной композицией смазочного масла, относительно числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси в этом же двигателе, смазанном контрольным смазочным маслом R-1.
17. Способ эксплуатации двигателя внутреннего сгорания с наддувом, включающий:
смазывание двигателя внутреннего сгорания с наддувом композицией смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-16.
18. Способ по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что на стадии смазывания смазывают камеру внутреннего сгорания или стенки цилиндра двигателя с прямым впрыском и искровым зажиганием или двигателя внутреннего сгорания с системой распределенного впрыска, снабженного турбонаддувом или нагнетателем.
19. Способ по любому из пп. 17 и 18, дополнительно включающий стадию измерения числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах в двигателе внутреннего сгорания, смазанном указанной композицией смазочного масла.
