Abstract
一种高性能GF‑5、SN、SM汽油机油复合剂及其制备方法和应用,原料包括超碱值合成磺酸钙、硫磷仲醇基锌盐、二烷基二硫代甲酸钼、单丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂、高分子无灰分散剂、辛丁基二苯胺和超碱值合成磺酸镁。称取原料,加入调和釜中,升温60℃‑70℃,常压下搅拌2h‑3h后,过滤,得到高性能GF‑5、SN、SM复合剂。该复合剂可以应用于GF‑5、SN、SM汽油机油中,在合适的Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类油及VII基础上,可满足GF‑5、SN、SM汽油机油性能要求的水平。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能GF-5、SN、SM汽油机油复合剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
当今环保法规对汽车排放提出了越来越严格的要求,对汽油机油在如下几个方面提出更加苛刻的要求:(1)改进燃料经济性,符合平均燃料经济性规定要求,减少行驶中的燃料消耗,减少二氧化碳排放;(2)改进汽车排放系统功能,排放系统中发动机油产生的负面影响较小;(3)提高高温沉淀,泡沫/充气和节能性能,油品能够满足多种型号发动机的润滑要求;(4)可对油泥、漆膜、腐蚀和氧化进行控制。所以对于汽油机油添加剂而言,节能降低排放,提高使用寿命和使用燃料的经济性这几方面越来越引起重视,也是势在必行的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高性能GF-5、SN、SM汽油机油复合剂及其制备方法和应用,在合适的Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类油及VII基础上,可满足GF-5、SN、SM汽油机油性能要求的水平。
在本发明之前,GF-5、SN、SM级别复合剂,一直依赖国外进口。本发明打破GF-5、SN级别复合剂技术的局面,为推进民族工业自主知识产权产品的发展,为振兴民族工业起到了积极的推动作用。

进一步的,所述超碱值合成磺酸钙的钙含量≥14m%,总碱值≥395mgKOH/g。
进一步的,硫磷仲醇基锌盐Zn含量≥9.5%,P含量≥7.5%,S含量15-19%。
进一步的,超碱值合成磺酸镁的Mg含量≥8.5%,总碱值≥395mgKOH/g。
进一步的,二烷基二硫代甲酸钼的钼含量≥8%。
进一步的,辛丁基二苯胺TBN 152-172mg KOH/g,单丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂,N含量≥2.0。
一种高性能GF-5、SN、SM汽油机油复合剂的制备方法,其步骤如下:
将原料按重量配比,加入调和釜中,升温60℃-70℃,常压下搅拌2h-3h后,过滤,得到高性能GF-5、SN、SM复合剂。
复合剂调合工艺条件如表1:

一种高性能GF-5、SN、SM汽油机油复合剂在制备GF-5、SN、SM汽油机油中的应用,其特殊之处在于:
按重量百分含量,包括以下成分:
超碱值合成磺酸钙,具有优异高温清净性能和中和作用。硫磷仲醇基锌盐,具有多功能抗氧抗腐抗磨性。单丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂具有优良的抑制低温油泥,高温积碳生成的能力,对高温烟灰有良好的增溶作用。超碱值磺酸镁具有高温清净剂。高分子量无灰分散剂具有优异的高温清净性和较好的低温分散性。二烷基二硫甲酸钼和辛丁基二苯胺同为高温补强剂,一是FM摩擦改进剂钼,硼盐为纳米原料,是为提高燃料经济性的一种超强减磨作用。辛丁基二苯胺是高温抗氧剂,具有优异的耐高温性能。
本发明采用高分子无灰分散剂,高温清净剂,高温抗氧剂,抗氧抗腐剂和FM摩擦改进剂钼盐等复配技术,合理调配各组分含量,制作的复合剂,添加于油品中,具有优异高温抗氧性能,减少高温沉积物的形成,同时减少低温油泥的产生,具有卓越低温分散和高温清净性能以及中和能力。防止发动机锈蚀、腐蚀和磨损。由于汽油机油发动机使用EGR(废气再循环技术)和DPF(颗粒捕捉器)等新技术,促使烟炱的增加,因此必须增加分散性能,对低速早燃有抑制作用。引用钼盐二烷基二硫代甲酸钼减摩作用提高燃料经济性和环保节能延长换油期之性能,为全力推行民族品牌自主化、市场化高性能GF-5、SN、SM复合剂的发展。

称取原料:
将原料按重量配比,加入调和釜中,升温70℃,常压下搅拌2h后,过滤,得到高性能GF-5、SN、SM复合剂;
高分子无灰分散剂为高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺,高分子无灰分散剂的N含量1.0-1.1%。超碱值合成磺酸钙的钙含量≥14m%,总碱值≥395mgKOH/g。硫磷仲醇基锌盐Zn含量≥9.5%,P含量≥7.5%,S含量15-19%。超碱值合成磺酸镁的Mg含量≥8.5%,总碱值≥395mgKOH/g。二烷基二硫代甲酸钼的钼含量≥8%。辛丁基二苯胺TBN 152-172mg KOH/g。单丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂,N含量≥2.0。
实施例2

本发明的优势:
本发明是一种GF-5、SN、SM级别汽油机油复合剂,其优势是:
1、具有优异的高温抗氧性能,减少高温沉积物的形成,同时减少低温油泥的产生。
2、具有优异的分散能力,如高温清净性能和良好酸中和能力,防止发动机锈蚀、腐蚀、磨损。
3、具有HTHS高温高剪切粘度性能,在苛刻的环境下,具有优异的粘度保持性能,显著降低发动机磨损。
4、具有卓越抑制低温早燃,保持发动机正常运转,具有极低的SAPS保证汽车尾气催化转化器的正常运行。
