技术领域
本发明涉及一种重负荷CNG天然气发动机油复合剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着燃气发动机的普遍使用,对燃气发动机油的要求与汽、柴发动机油的要求有所不同,尤其是重负荷、大功率燃气发动机,通常是在高温、高负荷状态下运行,因而,对燃气发动机油的要求有其独特性:控制氧化和硝化:燃烧空气中氧气和氮气混合后,由于发动机所产生的高温,加剧了氮氧化物(NO2)的生成,而NO2化合物与油品及添加剂反应,产生聚]合反应,致使油品粘度上升,酸性物质会产生腐蚀性磨损,发动机产生油泥及漆膜沉积,过滤器容易被油泥阻塞,由此会产生一系列问题:发动机的阀及阀座易于磨损。灰分问题:与汽柴油发动机相比,燃气发动机灰分指标显得尤为重要。燃烧室中过高的灰分沉积会导致提前点火,火花塞堵塞,结果会造成燃烧不当,对重负荷燃气发动机油而言,中等数量的灰分是有益的。阀门表面形成一层金属盐层,可以防止其直接暴露在燃气有害组分及高温下,防止热腐蚀,同时还可以润滑阀座,减少阀门磨损。对抗腐蚀抗锈蚀性能要求:发动机运用天然气做为燃料燃烧,天然气中会含有腐蚀性气体成分,如有机酸、硫化物、卤代烃,它们会产生强酸并产生腐蚀,这也是燃气发动机油需要解决的一个问题。对降低减少磨损,提出较高的要求。
2000年以前,国内因为汽车行业及添加剂行业发展的局限性,对环保节能要求没有达到严格的程度。所以,对重负荷CNG天然气发动机油复合剂没有规范的要求,随着环保领域日趋严格,对汽车的环保节能,使用天然气机油提出了更高的要求。发展重负荷CNG发动机油复合剂势在必行,此项技术在2000年之前国内也是空白。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种重负荷CNG天然气发动机油复合剂及其制备方法和应用,具有优异的氧化安定性,减少高温沉积物的形成,减少磨损,适合于大型固定式和大功率移动式CNG天然气发动机的性能要求。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种重负荷CNG天然气发动机油复合剂,按照重量份数包括以下原料:
硫磷双辛碱性锌盐8-10.5份;
超碱值合成磺酸钙11-14份;
烷基化二苯胺4.5-6.5份;
氨基硫代酯7-9份;
超碱值合成磺酸镁3-5.5份;
高分子量无灰分散剂43-48份;
单烯基丁二酰亚胺18-22.5份。
进一步的,硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐的Zn含量8.0-10.5%,P含量6.5-8.8%,S含量12-18%。
进一步的,所述超碱值合成磺酸钙的钙含量≥14m%,总碱值≥395mgKOH/g。

将原料按重量配比,加入调和釜中,升温60℃-70℃,常压下搅拌2小时-3小时,过滤,得到重负荷CNG天然气发动机油复合剂。
一种重负荷CNG天然气发动机油复合剂及其制备方法和应用,其特殊之处在于:
按重量百分含量,包括以下成分:
硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐,具有优良的抗氧化抗腐蚀性能及极压抗磨性能,其热稳定性及抗乳化性能特别好。
超碱值合成磺酸钙具有优异的高温清净性和酸中和能力,并具有碱值高、热稳定性和防锈性,可有效减少发动机部件上的高温沉积物,长期有效的保护发动机,避免机件的酸性腐蚀,延长换油期。
烷基化二苯胺是一种优秀的高温抗氧剂,对抑制油品的后期氧化有显著效果。
氨基硫代酯为多效添加剂,具有突出的抗磨极压性能和良好的抗氧效果。
超碱值磺酸合成镁具有较好的高温清净性,同时具有优异的酸中和能力,并具有良好的防锈性能。可有效减少发动机部件上的高温沉积物,长期有效的保护发动机,避免机件的酸性腐蚀,并能延长换油周期。
高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺具有优异的高温清净性和低温分散性能。
单烯基丁二酰亚胺具有优良的抑制低温油泥、高温积碳生成的能力,对高温烟灰有良好的增溶作用。
根据重负荷CNG天然气发动机油的特点,本发明的优点:
1、控制氧化和硝化,在配方配比上,增加高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺的比例,以增强其分散性能,分散产生的沉积物;
2、突出高温抗氧剂的作用,控制氧化和硝化;
3、清洁发动机,燃气发动机油需要有足量的清净分散剂,以使杂物及氧化产物处于悬浮状态,防止油泥生成,发动机沉积物增多。在复合剂配比上,适量的使用超碱值合成磺酸镁,有效地解决高温清净性,镁盐在清除燃烧室积碳方面有着不可替代的作用;
4、抗腐抗锈性能。在所用天然气具有腐蚀性气体时,这些气体会产生强酸并产生腐蚀,酸性物质要有更高的TBN及适合的化学添加剂来中和和分散不同类型的酸性物质。本复合剂采用超碱值磺酸钙,超碱值磺酸镁中和和分散这些酸性物质。
5、合理的控制灰分。燃气发动机机油的灰分可分为四类:无灰型:<0.1%(TBN1-3mgKOH/g);低灰型0.1%-0.5%(TBN3-6mgKOH/g);中灰型0.6%-1.4%(TBN6-12mgKOH/g);高灰型≯1.4%(TBN13+mgKOH/g)。本复合剂灰分控制在合理范围:0.59%,属于低灰接近中灰范围。
本发明的制备方法操作简单,易于制备。本发明复合剂在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类油中可突出满足上述要求,适合于大型固定式和大功率移动式CNG天然气发动机的性能要求。

单烯基丁二酰亚胺18kg。
硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐的Zn含量8.0-10.5%,P含量6.5-8.8%,S含量12-18%。所述超碱值合成磺酸钙的钙含量≥14m%,总碱值≥395mgKOH/g。超碱值合成磺酸镁的Mg含量≥8.5%,总碱值≥395mgKOH/g。所述高分子无灰分散剂为高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺,高分子无灰分散剂的N含量1.0-1.1%。
