本发明涉及一种高性能低灰分CNG、LPG双燃料天然气发动机油复合剂及其应用。
背景技术
随着现代汽车工艺迅速发展以及汽车需求量的不断攀升,促使石油资源日渐枯竭,燃料价格不断上涨,而汽车尾气排放也严重影响了环境质量。为了满足法规要求的排放标准,未来汽车采用电控油喷技术,广泛安装催化转化器(SCR)。汽车技术的发展要求发动机油不断提高其高温清净性、分散性和抗氧化性能的同时,还要满足低硫酸盐灰分、低磷、低硫SAPS需求。故发动机油复合剂对改进发动机油性能,节能,减少环境污染和延长换油期起重要作用。
发明内容
本发明的复合剂是一种具有优异抗氧化、抗硝化性能,抑制烟炱和粘度增长,具有超凡高温清净性和低温分散性能,抑制烟炱造成的机件磨损,具有提高燃料经济性,节能和延长换油周期功能的低灰分CNG、LPG双燃料天然气发动机油复合剂,在合适的Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类油及VII下可满足CNG、LPG双燃料天然气发动机油的要求。

高碱值合成磺酸钙具有优异高温清净性能和中和作用。硫磷仲醇基锌盐具有多功能抗氧抗腐抗磨添加剂。硫磷双辛基碱性盐具有长链烷烃高温抗氧抗腐抗磨多功能添加剂。高分子硼化无灰分散剂具有低温分散作用和抗磨损功能。二烷基二硫甲酸钼和辛丁基二苯胺同为高温补强剂,一是FM摩擦改进剂钼,硼盐为纳米,是为提高燃料经济性的一种超强减磨作用;二是高温抗氧剂耐高温之性能。
本发明采用卓越高分子硼化无灰分散剂,高温清净剂,高温抗氧剂,抗氧抗腐剂和FM摩擦改进剂钼,硼盐等剂组成,其性能具有优异抗氧化、抗硝化性能,抑制在高温下生成NOX而导致粘度增长所造成的腐蚀及磨损,产生的油泥及漆膜沉积阻塞过滤器,所以严格控制灰分,将有赖油品中灰分含量来平衡油品的磨损和沉积物性能,因而也要控制碱值,也就是控制灰分。配方中引用钼盐二烷基二硫代甲酸钼的减磨作用达到提高燃料经济性和环保节能,延长换油周期性能,从而推动CNG、LPG双燃料天然气发动机复合剂族品牌化、自主化、市场化的发展。

本发明的高性能低灰分CNG、LPG双燃料天然气发动机油复合剂的优势:
1、具有优异抗氧化、抗硝化性能。天然气主要成分是甲烷,其燃烧热值较高,在高温工作的空燃比范围内易生成NOX,使油品硝化、氧化导致油品粘度增长和油泥生成,故有优异抗硝化和抗氧能力。
2、由于配方核心技术有能力抑制燃烧室活塞的清净性,有良好的高温清净、低温分散功能。
3、抗磨损、抗擦伤之功能。本配方有良好控制碱值与灰分作用,中和由于燃烧和油品氧化产生的酸性副产品有抑制作用,保护发动机部件以及防腐蚀及氧化物的沉积。
4、本油品的灰分在0.52,TBN在5.0%,均在控制范围内。由于灰分真正起到润滑作用才能达到动态平衡。如果机油灰分过低就形成的沉积物过少,对阀门的润滑保护就不够,则易导致阀门磨损和阀门嵌入。如果机油灰分过高,气阀上沉积物局部剥落形成高温气体窜入出现,阀门熔损导致缸套阀门磨损及火花塞堵塞问题,所以控制灰分是关键性问题。本复合剂有效地控制灰分在0.52,做到控制灰分,从而降低排放,又能有效地润滑。
本发明体现弘扬民族工业的品牌化、自主化,从此大大缩短了我国高性能复合剂同进口复合剂的差距,达到了和国际四大公司同类产品相媲美的水平。
