Abstract

本发明涉及一种船用柴油机油组合物及其用途。所述组合物以重量份数计由以下组份组成:a)1~15份的选自磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐中的至少一种;b)1~15份的选自高分子无灰分散剂、丁二酰亚胺分散剂或硼化无灰分散剂中的至少一种;c)1~10份的选自硫磷型锌盐、胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂、噻吩型抗氧剂或氨基甲酸盐类抗氧剂中的至少一种;d)0.05~1份的选自聚α烯烃或聚甲基丙烯酸酯的至少一种;e)0.01~1份的选自甲基硅油或氟硅油抗泡剂中的至少一种;f)50~95份的选自HVIⅠ类基础油或Ⅱ类基础油中的至少一种;所述组合物中钙含量不小于3500ppm,氮含量不小于500ppm。该组合物适用于船用发动机的润滑。

Description

船用柴油机油组合物及其用途
技术领域
本发明涉及一种船用柴油机油组合物及其用途。
背景技术
随着船舶大型化、高功率化、主机燃料的高硫劣质化及先进的船用发动机的使用,对船用发动机润滑油的性能提出了更高更苛刻的要求。
应用该组合物能确保各种燃料状况下的发动机清洁,有效减少积碳的产生,防止活塞环粘结延长发动机运转寿命。
文献CN103725350A公开了一种内燃机润滑油组合物,包括下列组分:低碱值清净剂,占组合物总质量的0.1-6.0%;所述低碱值清净剂的制备方法包括:将有机硫膦酸、碱金属和/或碱土金属的氧化物、水、烷基水杨酸与无机酸和/或芳基羧酸促进剂同时或先后发生皂化反应,收集产物;高碱值清净剂,占组合物总质量的0.1-8.0%;分散剂,占组合物总质量的0.1-8.0%;抗氧化剂,占组合物总质量的0.1-3.0%;润滑基础油,构成组合物的主要成分。本发明的内燃机润滑油组合物具有较低的磷含量、较好的高温清净性、抗氧化性、抗磨性、较低的金属腐蚀性,可以满足APICF-415W/40柴油机油的性能要求以及环保排放的要求。
文献CN106318545A公开了一种柴油发动机润滑油组合物,包括下列组分:75-95重量%的润滑油基础油、0.01-10重量%的抗氧多效添加剂、0.02-8重量%的硫代酚酯型抗氧剂、0.5-10重量%的聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂和硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺分散剂的混合物、0.2-10重量%的高碱值水杨酸镁和低碱值磺酸钙的混合物、以磷计≤0.15重量%的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和0.01-5重量%的无灰摩擦改进剂,所述抗氧多效添加剂为式(I)所示结构的化合物。还提供了柴油发动机润滑油组合物的制备方法。本发明的柴油发动机润滑油组合物具有优异的抗磨和抗氧化性能,可抑制高温沉积物的生成。
文献CN1523090A公开了一种柴油发动机润滑油组合物,该组合物可满足SAE J300和API CF-4柴油机油规格的发动机润滑油组合物,其特点是含有大量加氢处理基础油。该组合物还含有适量的高碱值水杨酸盐、低碱值水杨酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐、硼化双丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂、高分子无灰分散剂、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌及酚型、胺型辅助抗氧剂。
文献CN1782049A公开了一种可以调配出CF-4或以上级别的高档柴油机油的添加剂组合物,包括下列组分:a)至少一种数均分子量为1500~4000的高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂,含量为25~50wt%;b)至少一种硼含量为0.05~4.0wt%的硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺分散剂,含量为3~18wt%;c)至少一种与酚偶联的聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺分散剂,含量为2~18wt%;d)至少一种金属清净剂,含量为25~45wt%;e)至少一种抗氧抗腐剂,含量为3~18wt%。
以上专利在配方组成方面均与本发明不相同。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种船用柴油机油组合物,所述组合物满足API CF质量等级,具有优越的高温清净性特点。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种所述船用柴油机油组合物的用途。
为解决上述技术问题之一,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种船用柴油机油组合物,以重量份数计由以下组份组成:
a)1~15份的选自磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐中的至少一种;
b)1~15份的选自高分子无灰分散剂、丁二酰亚胺分散剂或硼化无灰分散剂中的至少一种;
c)1~10份的选自硫磷型锌盐、胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂、噻吩型抗氧剂或氨基甲酸盐类抗氧剂中的至少一种;
d)0.05~1份的选自聚α烯烃或聚甲基丙烯酸酯的至少一种;
e)0.01~1份的选自甲基硅油或氟硅油抗泡剂中的至少一种;
f)50~95份的选自HVIⅠ类基础油或Ⅱ类基础油中的至少一种;
所述组合物中钙含量不小于3500ppm,氮含量不小于500ppm。
上述技术方案中,优选地,以重量份数计,组份a)的用量为1~10份,组份b)的用量为1~10份,组份c)的用量为1~8份,组份d)的用量为0.1~0.5份,组份e)的用量为0.05~0.5份,组份f)的用量为60~90份。
上述技术方案中,优选地,组份a)为磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的混合物;混合物中磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的重量比为0.2~4。
上述技术方案中,优选地,组份c)为胺型抗氧剂与硫磷型锌盐的混合物或者为硫磷型锌盐与酚型抗氧剂的混合物。
上述技术方案中,所述组合物中钙含量优选不小于4000ppm,更优选不小于4500ppm;且氮含量优选不小于600ppm。
本发明船用柴油机油组合物的制备方法为:将各组份按比例在50~70℃温度下加入基础油中,搅拌0.5~3小时,使其全部溶解,即可得到本发明的组合物。
为解决上述技术问题之二,本发明采用的技术方案如下:上述船用柴油机油组合物用于柴油发动机的润滑。
上述技术方案中,所述船用柴油机油组合物的组份、重量份数以及优选范围与解决技术问题之一所采取的技术方案相同。
本发明组合物中的钙主要来自清净剂、氮含量主要来自分散剂、抗氧剂和基础油,通过各组份的协同作用,特别是控制组合物中钙含量不小于4000ppm,氮含量不小于600ppm,具备优越的高温清净性。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
具体实施方式
【实施例1~7】
将原料各组份调制各配方进行实验,各配方组成见表1。在60℃温度下将以上混合物加热搅拌1小时至完全均匀。
采用曲轴箱模拟试验(SH/T 0300)考察油品高温清净性,成焦板结焦的量越少,表明油品的高温清净性越佳。
各配方试验具体结果见表2。
通过API CF质量等级台架试验结果见表3。

Claims (7)

1.一种船用柴油机油组合物,以重量份数计由以下组份组成:
a)1~15份的选自磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐中的至少一种;
b)1~15份的选自高分子无灰分散剂、丁二酰亚胺分散剂或硼化无灰分散剂中的至少一种;
c)1~10份的选自硫磷型锌盐、胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂、噻吩型抗氧剂或氨基甲酸盐类抗氧剂中的至少一种;
d)0.05~1份的选自聚α烯烃或聚甲基丙烯酸酯的至少一种;
e)0.01~1份的选自甲基硅油或氟硅油抗泡剂中的至少一种;
f)50~95份的选自HVI Ⅰ类基础油或Ⅱ类基础油中的至少一种;
所述组合物中钙含量不小于3500ppm,氮含量不小于500ppm。
2.根据权利要求1所述船用柴油机油组合物,其特征在于以重量份数计,组份a)的用量为1~10份,组份b)的用量为1~10份,组份c)的用量为1~8份,组份d)的用量为0.1~0.5份,组份e)的用量为0.05~0.5份,组份f)的用量为60~90份。
3.根据权利要求1所述船用柴油机油组合物,其特征在于组份a)为磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的混合物;混合物中磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的重量比为0.3~5.0。
4.根据权利要求1所述船用柴油机油组合物,其特征在于组份c)为胺型抗氧剂与硫磷型锌盐的混合物或者为硫磷型锌盐与酚型抗氧剂的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述船用柴油机油组合物,其特征在于所述组合物中钙含量不小于4000ppm,且氮含量不小于600ppm。
6.根据权利要求5所述船用柴油机油组合物,其特征在于所述组合物中钙含量不小于4500ppm。
7.权利要求1~6任一所述船用柴油机油组合物用于船用柴油发动机的润滑。
