本发明涉及一种船用柴油机油组合物及其用途。所述组合物以重量份数计由以下组份组成:a)1~15份的选自磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐中的至少一种;b)1~10份的选自高分子无灰分散剂、丁二酰亚胺分散剂或硼化无灰分散剂中的至少一种;c)1~10份的选自硫磷型锌盐、胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂、噻吩型抗氧剂或氨基甲酸盐类抗氧剂中的至少一种;d)0.05~1份的选自聚α烯烃或聚甲基丙烯酸酯的至少一种;e)0.01~1份的选自甲基硅油或氟硅油抗泡剂中的至少一种;f)50~95份的选自HVIⅠ类基础油或Ⅱ类基础油中的至少一种;所述组合物中钙含量不小于4000ppm,氮含量不小于1000ppm。该组合物适用于船用发动机的润滑。

Description

船用柴油机油组合物及其用途
技术领域
本发明涉及一种船用柴油机油组合物及其用途。
背景技术
随着船舶大型化、高功率化、主机燃料的高硫劣质化及先进的船用发动机的使用,同时为了适应船舶航行的安全可靠性和经济性环保及节能的立法及其指标要求,对船用发动机润滑油的性能提出了更高更苛刻的要求。
为满足船用柴油发动机正常运转要求,船用柴油机油需要具备良好的清静分散性、抗氧性、抗磨性、酸中和性和热氧化安定性。同时,因船用柴油机油长期在易于与水接触的环境中使用,船用柴油机油亦需具备良好的抗水洗性能。
渗入海水或系统泄露都会使柴油机油发生乳化,柴油机油在使用过程中需要离心、过滤除去其水分等杂质。由于添加剂具有非极性的末端,会增加水在油品中的溶解度,同时会促使添加剂水解析出,抗水性性能差的柴油机油在离心、过滤过程中添加剂水解析出问题严重,使柴油机油性能下降。润滑油的碱值和硫酸盐灰分主要由添加剂贡献,抗水洗实验(GJB 6028)通过测定柴油机油经过乳化、离心后,碱值和硫酸盐灰分的变化率,可用评定柴油机油的抗水性性能。
文献CN103289795A公开了一种主要用于解决现有技术中船用发动机油抗水洗性能欠佳的问题的船用发动机油组合物,该组合物清净剂、分散剂或其混合物的用量为1~40份,胺类化合物的用量为1~20份,醚类化合物的用量为1~20份,防锈剂的用量为1~10份,抗泡剂的用量为1~10份,基础油的用量为20~70份。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种船用柴油机油组合物,所述组合物具有抗水洗性能好的特点。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种所述船用柴油机油组合物的用途。
为解决上述技术问题之一,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种船用柴油机油组合物,以重量份数计由以下组份组成:
a)1~15份的选自磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐中的至少一种;
b)1~10份的选自高分子无灰分散剂、丁二酰亚胺分散剂或硼化无灰分散剂中的至少一种;
c)1~10份的选自硫磷型锌盐、胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂、噻吩型抗氧剂或氨基甲酸盐类抗氧剂中的至少一种;
d)0.05~1份的选自聚α烯烃或聚甲基丙烯酸酯的至少一种;
e)0.01~1份的选自甲基硅油或氟硅油抗泡剂中的至少一种;
f)50~95份的选自HVI|类基础油或||类基础油中的至少一种;
所述组合物中钙含量不小于4000ppm,氮含量不小于1000ppm。
上述技术方案中,优选地,以重量份数计,组份a)的用量为1~10份,组份b)的用量为1~5份,组份c)的用量为1~5份,组份d)的用量为0.1~0.5份,组份e)的用量为0.05~0.5份,组份f)的用量为60~90份。
上述技术方案中,优选地,组份a)为磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的混合物;混合物中磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的重量比为0.2~4.0。
上述技术方案中,优选地,组份c)为胺型抗氧剂与硫磷型锌盐的混合物或者为硫磷型锌盐与酚型抗氧剂的混合物。
上述技术方案中,所述组合物中钙含量优选不小于4300ppm,更优选小于4500ppm;且氮含量优选不小于1400ppm,更优选不小于1600ppm。
本发明船用柴油机油组合物的制备方法为:将各组份按比例在50~70℃温度下加入基础油中,搅拌0.5~3小时,使其全部溶解,即可得到本发明的组合物。
为解决上述技术问题之二,本发明采用的技术方案如下:上述船用柴油机油组合物用于柴油发动机的润滑。
上述技术方案中,所述船用柴油机油组合物的组份、重量份数以及优选范围与解决技术问题之一所采取的技术方案相同。
本发明组合中的钙主要来自清净剂、氮含量主要来自分散剂、抗氧剂和基础油,通过各组份的协同作用,特别是控制组合物中钙含量不小于4000ppm,氮含量不小于1200ppm,具备优越的抗水洗性能,从而有效解决柴油机油遇水后碱值和硫酸盐灰分下降率过高的问题。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
具体实施方式
【实施例1~7】
将原料各组份调制各配方进行实验,各配方组成见表1。在60℃温度下将以上混合物加热搅拌1小时至完全均匀。
采用抗水洗试验(GJB 6028)考察油品的抗水洗性能,碱值下降率和硫酸盐灰分下降率越低,表明油品抗水洗性能越好。
各配方试验具体结果见表2。

Claims (7)

1.一种船用柴油机油组合物,以重量份数计由以下组份组成:
a)1~15份的选自磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐中的至少一种;
b)1~10份的选自高分子无灰分散剂、丁二酰亚胺分散剂或硼化无灰分散剂中的至少一种;
c)1~10份的选自硫磷型锌盐、胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂、噻吩型抗氧剂或氨基甲酸盐类抗氧剂中的至少一种;
d)0.05~1份的选自聚α烯烃或聚甲基丙烯酸酯的至少一种;
e)0.01~1份的选自甲基硅油或氟硅油抗泡剂中的至少一种;
f)50~95份的选自HVIⅠ类基础油或Ⅱ类基础油中的至少一种;
所述组合物中钙含量不小于4000ppm,氮含量不小于1000ppm。
2.根据权利要求1所述船用柴油机油组合物,其特征在于以重量份数计,组份a)的用量为1~10份,组份b)的用量为1~5份,组份c)的用量为1~5份,组份d)的用量为0.1~0.5份,组份e)的用量为0.05~0.5份,组份f)的用量为60~90份。
3.根据权利要求1所述船用柴油机油组合物,其特征在于组份a)为磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的混合物;混合物中磺酸盐和硫化烷基酚盐的重量比为0.2~4.0。
4.根据权利要求1船用柴油机油组合物,其特征在于组份c)为胺型抗氧剂与硫磷型锌盐的混合物或者为硫磷型锌盐与酚型抗氧剂的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述船用柴油机油组合物,其特征在于所述组合物中钙含量不小于4300ppm,且氮含量不小于1400ppm。
6.根据权利要求5所述船用柴油机油组合物,其特征在于所述组合物中钙含量不小于4500ppm,且氮含量不小于1600ppm。
7.权利要求1~6任一所述的船用柴油机油组合物用于船用柴油发动机的润滑。
