Abstract
本发明涉及一种船用柴油机油组合物及用途,主要解决现有技术中一些船用柴油机油抗水洗性能差的问题。本发明通过采用以重量份数计包括以下组份:a)0.1~10份抗磨剂、抗氧剂或其混合物;b)3~9份的清净剂、分散剂;d)0.01~1份抗泡剂;d)50~95份的基础油;所述组合物中钙含量不小于2000ppm,硫含量不大于7000ppm,锌含量不小于500ppm,磷含量不小于200ppm,氮含量不小于1200ppm。该技术方案较好地解决了该问题,可用于船用柴油机油组合物的工业生产中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种柴油机油组合物及其用途。
背景技术
船用油抗水洗性能是指当船用油与水接触时添加剂不易发生水解,并能够抵抗水的“抽提”作用,保持添加剂活性的能力。船用柴油机油长期在易于与水接触的环境中使用,不可避免会混入水,水会与油发生乳化而难以分离,由于添加剂具有非极性的末端,会增加水在油品中的溶解度,同时会促使添加剂水解洗出、与水反应生成沉淀排除、被水“抽提”等造成润滑油功能下降,甚至失效。
文献CN103289795A“船用发动机油组合物及其用途”,文献CN103289795B“船用发动机油组合物及其用途”均公开了一种抗水洗性能好的润滑油组合物,但其配方组成与本专利均不同。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是现有技术中船用柴油机油抗水洗性能的问题,提供一种新的柴油机油组合物。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的柴油机油组合物的用途。使用所述柴油机油组合物,在不影响润滑油其他性能的前提下,使柴油机油具有优良的抗水洗性能。
为解决上述技术问题之一,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种柴油机油组合物,以重量份数计包括以下组份:
a)0.1~10份抗磨剂、抗氧剂或其混合物;
b)3~9份的清净剂、分散剂;
d)0.01~1份抗泡剂;
d)50~95份的基础油;
所述组合物中钙含量不小于2000ppm,硫含量不大于7000ppm,锌含量不小于500ppm,磷含量不小于200ppm,氮含量不小于1200ppm。
上述技术方案中,以重量份数计,抗磨剂、抗氧剂或其混合物的用量优选范围为0.1~9份,更优选范围为0.3~8份,清净剂、分散剂的用量优选范围为4~8.5份,更优选范围为4.5~8份,基础油的用量优选范围为50~95份,更优选范围为50~93份。所述清净剂优选方案为选自磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚钙、烷基水杨酸钙、硫化水杨酸钙中的至少一种;所述水杨酸盐选自低碱值烷基水杨酸钙、髙碱值烷基水杨酸钙和改性的中碱值烷基水杨酸该中的至少一种;所述石油磺酸钙选自低碱值石油磺酸钙、中碱值石油磺酸钙或高碱值石油磺酸钙中的至少一种,所述合成磺酸钙选自低碱值合成磺酸钙、中碱值合成磺酸钙或高碱值合成磺酸钙中的至少一种。所述丁二酰亚胺分散剂选自单丁二酰亚胺、双丁二酰亚胺或多丁二酰亚胺中的至少一种;
本发明柴油机油组合物的制备方法为:将各组份按比例在50~60℃温度下加入基础油中,搅拌0.5~1小时,使其全部溶解,即可得到本发明的组合物。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
具体实施方式
【实施例1】
按照表1的重量份数,在50~60℃温度下加入基础油中,搅拌0.5~1小时至完全均匀,作为试验用油备用。
采用抗水洗测定方法(GJB 6028)。该试验为将试验油与水以1:1的比例混合,在60℃温度下搅拌2小时,搅拌后离心分离2小时,抽取上层油液进行检测。试验结果如表2所示。

Claims (7)
1.一种柴油机油组合物,以重量份数计包括以下组份:
a)0.1~10份抗磨剂、抗氧剂或其混合物;
b)3~9份的清净剂、分散剂
c)0.01~1份抗泡剂;
d)50~95份的基础油;
所述组合物中钙含量不小于2000ppm,硫含量不大于7000ppm,锌含量不小于500ppm,磷含量不小于200ppm,氮含量不小于1200ppm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油组合物,其特征在于以重量份数计,抗磨剂、抗氧剂或其混合物的用量为0.1~10份,清净剂、分散剂的用量为3~9份,抗泡剂用量为0.01~1份,基础油的用量为50~95份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的柴油机油组合物,其特征在于以重量份数计,抗磨剂、抗氧剂或其混合物的用量为0.3~8份,清净剂、分散剂用量为4~8.5份,基础油的用量为60~93份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油组合物,其特征在于所述清净剂选自磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚钙、烷基水杨酸钙、硫化水杨酸钙中的至少一种;所述分散剂选自丁二酰亚胺分散剂、硼化无灰分散剂、高分子无灰分散剂中的至少一种;所述抗氧剂选自硫磷型锌盐、胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂、氨基甲酸盐类抗氧剂中的至少一种;所述抗磨剂选自硫磷型锌盐、氨基硫代酯、锌-双(二戊基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、亚甲基-双(二-正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯)的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求5所述的柴油机油组合物,其特征在于所述水杨酸盐选自低碱值烷基水杨酸钙、髙碱值烷基水杨酸钙和改性的中碱值烷基水杨酸该中的至少一种;所述丁二酰亚胺分散剂选自单丁二酰亚胺、双丁二酰亚胺或多丁二酰亚胺中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的柴油机油组合物,其特征在于所述石油磺酸钙选自低碱值石油磺酸钙、中碱值石油磺酸钙或高碱值石油磺酸钙中的至少一种,所述合成磺酸钙选自低碱值合成磺酸钙、中碱值合成磺酸钙或高碱值合成磺酸钙中的至少一种。所述组合物中钙含量不小于2000ppm,硫含量不大于7000ppm,锌含量不小于500ppm,磷含量不小于200ppm,氮含量不小于1200ppm。
7.权利要求1~6中的任一组合物用于改善船用柴油机油的抗水洗性能。
