本发明属于润滑油研发技术领域,特别涉及一种长寿命气体发动机润滑油。一种长寿命气体发动机润滑油,由按重量份的以下组分组成:6#基础油30‑35份、500N基础油45‑50份、气体机油复合添加剂10.5‑12.6份、抗氧剂0.3‑0.4份、抗磨剂0.55‑0.85份、增粘剂6.6‑7份、降凝剂0.3‑0.35份和抗泡剂10‑30×10‑6份。本发明的长寿命气体发动机润滑油可以提升油品高温稳定性、抗氧化性能、抗硝化性能,使油品具有更强的抗氧化性能,具有更好的抗磨性能,能提高油品的换油周期,延长使用寿命,可以延长油品换油周期2倍以上,最长达到4万公里,成为长寿命气体机油。

技术领域
本发明属于润滑油研发技术领域,特别涉及一种长寿命气体发动机润滑油。
背景技术
随着优化能源结构和减少排放的发展趋势,气体发动机的应用逐渐广泛。气体发动机是应用以天然气为燃料的发动机,其一氧化碳和颗粒物的排放都远低于汽油机和柴油机,是一种理想的低排放替代能源。天然气作为发动机代用燃料的应用形式包括压缩天然气(CNG),液化石油气(LNG)和天然气合成油(GTL)。目前在国内应用最广泛的是CNG,技术已较为成熟。
天然气作为首选的新能源,已经在发动机行业受到认可,并且在这几年快速的发展,各发动机企业都在加紧研发气体发动机。玉柴作为燃气发动机的领航者,2011年气体发动机销量为1.2万台,2012年销量为2万台,2013年预计为3万台。在2014年底的2015新品发布会上,气体发动机占据了约60%,可见气体发动机将作为今后发动机的发展主流。因此,气体发动机油的用量也将随着发动机的保有量快速的增加,这将作为今后几年油品的一大利益增长点。
气体发动机具有如下特点:
(1)发动机温度高
天燃气的主要成分是甲烷,甲烷的热值是气体燃料和汽柴油中最高的,因此气体发动机具有较高的热值,有更高的燃烧温度,因而生产的NO化合物较多,会引起润滑油品严重的氧化和硝化变质。气体燃料的冷却性能比液体燃料差,加上较高的燃烧温度,曲轴箱的工作温度也会比汽油机和柴油机高,因此会加速油品的老化,缩短使用寿命。
(2)阀系润滑少
柴油等液态燃料在燃烧过程中产生的少量不完全燃烧产物(如烟炱)对气阀和阀座提供非常重要的润滑作用,同时汽油和柴油本身也对阀系有一定的润滑作用。但气体发动机的燃气是较干燥的,起不到润滑作用,并且燃气燃烧很充分,基本不会产生颗粒物,因此阀系的润滑就只能靠润滑油中的灰分来作用。灰分的含量对阀系的润滑很重要,灰分过低起不到有效的润滑作用,灰分过高易引起阀系堵塞及熔损,并导致燃烧室及活塞顶部沉积物增加,气缸套及活塞环磨损,所以合理控制机油的灰分是燃气发动油的关键。
(3)腐蚀磨损加剧
燃气发动机所用气源成分复杂,并含有腐蚀性气体,且发动机冲击负荷较大,会造成轴瓦、凸轮的过度磨损和腐蚀磨损,因此对机油的抗腐蚀抗磨损性能提出了较高的要求。
气体发动机油的使用与发动机的类型、燃料气的组成、工况等因素有关。燃料的改变以及发动机结构、工况、材料的变化,使对以CNG或LPG为燃料的汽车不宜使用汽油机油和柴油机油,这是由如下原因所致:
(1)气体燃料的燃烧温度高,会增加NO化物的生产,普通机油很容易氧化和硝化,继而形成油泥、积炭等物质;
(2)纯净的天然气不含硫、水分等,灰分的产生主要来自润滑油及其组成中的添加剂,为此要求专用的润滑油灰分低或采用无灰型润滑油。灰分过高会引起发动机提前点火及火花塞堵塞,一般要求灰分不高于0.6%.;
(3)使用气体燃料对发动机冷却性能比使用柴油和汽油的冷却性能差,会增加发动机的热负荷,因此要求使用比常规发动机油有更好的抗氧化性能和高温清净性的润滑油;
(4)压缩气体自身无润滑作用,易导致进气阀、排气阀及阀座磨损,要求润滑油抗磨损性能更好。
柴油机油一般是高锌、磷含量,这会造成催化转化器中催化剂的中毒,需使用低锌低磷配方。因此,气体发动机需使用专门的气体发动机油。
由于气体发动机的工况比柴油发动机更加严苛,因此,目前市面上大部分的气体机专用油其换油里程均为1万至2万公里之间,1万公里居多。这对比与柴油机油的2至3万公里的换油周期来说是太短了,这会增加用户的换油成本、维护成本、换油工时等,从能源消耗的角度来看也是一大消耗和浪费。因此,从市场需求、社会效益和环境保护的角度出发,需开发长寿命的气体发动机油。

发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明提供一种长寿命气体发动机润滑油,该润滑油采用加氢精制二类基础油和三类基础油组合,加入低硫、磷、灰分气体机油复合添加剂,抗氧剂、抗磨剂、粘度指数改进剂、降凝剂和抗泡剂,形成长寿命气体机油配方。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是采用以下技术方案实现:
一种长寿命气体发动机润滑油,由按重量份的以下组分组成:6#基础油30-35份、500N基础油45-50份、气体机油复合添加剂10.5-12.6份、抗氧剂0.3-0.4份、抗磨剂0.55-0.85份、增粘剂6.6-7份、降凝剂0.3-0.35份和抗泡剂10-30×10-6份。
作为优选,所述的6#基础油为APIⅢ类加氢精制环烷基基础油;所述的500N基础油为APIⅡ类加氢精制环烷基基础油。
作为优选,所述的气体机油复合添加剂是由深度精制矿物油(C15-C50),聚烯烃多胺琥珀酰亚胺、烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化支链烷基苯酚钙、受阻的烷基苯酚酯、长链烷芳基磺酸钙和支链烷基酚钙组成,其质量比为45:21:20:8:3:2:1。
作为优选,所述的抗氧剂为高碱值烷基水杨酸钙。
作为优选,所述的抗磨剂为烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
作为优选,所述的增粘剂为苯乙烯聚二烯烃型粘度指数改进剂。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明的长寿命气体发动机润滑油采用进口加氢精制三类基础油,可以提升油品高温稳定性、抗氧化性能、抗硝化性能。
(2)本发明的长寿命气体发动机润滑油采用高碱值烷基水杨酸钙抗氧剂,使油品具有更换的抗氧化性能。
(3)本发明的长寿命气体发动机润滑油具有更好的抗磨性能,能提高油品的换油周期,延长使用寿命,可以延长油品换油周期2倍以上,最长达到4万公里,成为长寿命气体机油。

一种长寿命气体发动机润滑油,由按重量份的以下组分组成:6#基础油30份、500N基础油51.75份、气体机油复合添加剂10.5份、抗氧剂0.3份、抗磨剂0.55份、增粘剂6.6份、降凝剂0.3份和抗泡剂10×10-6份。

将实施例1的长寿命气体发动机润滑油在北京某公交公司进行了5台公交车的4万5千公里的行车试验,详见表1和表2。

由表1和表2可知,本发明的长寿命气体发动机润滑油表现良好,其粘度、碱值、酸值、磨损元素均控制在换油指标内,表现出油品具有较好的抗氧化性能、抗硝化性能和抗磨损性能,证明该油品配方调配的气体机油可以满足4万公里的换油期。

1.一种长寿命气体发动机润滑油,其特征在于,由按重量份的以下组分组成:6#基础油30-35份、500N基础油45-50份、气体机油复合添加剂10.5-12.6份、抗氧剂0.3-0.4份、抗磨剂0.55-0.85份、增粘剂6.6-7份、降凝剂0.3-0.35份和抗泡剂10-30×10-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命气体发动机润滑油,其特征在于,所述的6#基础油为APIⅢ类加氢精制环烷基基础油;所述的500N基础油为APIⅡ类加氢精制环烷基基础油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命气体发动机润滑油,其特征在于,所述的气体机油复合添加剂是由深度精制矿物油(C15-C50),聚烯烃多胺琥珀酰亚胺、烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化支链烷基苯酚钙、受阻的烷基苯酚酯、长链烷芳基磺酸钙和支链烷基酚钙组成,其质量比为45:21:20:8:3:2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命气体发动机润滑油,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为高碱值烷基水杨酸钙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命气体发动机润滑油,其特征在于,所述的抗磨剂为烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
6.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命气体发动机润滑油,其特征在于,作为优选,所述的增粘剂为苯乙烯聚二烯烃型粘度指数改进剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命气体发动机润滑油,其特征在于,作为优选,所述的降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命气体发动机润滑油,其特征在于,作为优选,所述的抗泡剂为甲基硅油。
