Claims (19)
1. Композиция для стимулирования мукозальной иммунной системы кишечника, отличающаяся тем, что композиция включает ферментат пробиотических бактерий Lactobacillus paracasei CBA L74 (номер международного депонирования LMG Р-24778).
2. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что все или по существу все клетки Lactobacillus paracasei CBA L74 удалены из ферментата.
3. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что ферментат представляет собой супернатант культуры.
4. Композиция по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что все или по существу все клетки Lactobacillus paracasei CBA L74 удалены из супернатанта культуры.
5. Композиция по любому из пп.1-4, дополнительно включающая физиологически приемлемый носитель.
6. Композиция по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что физиологически приемлемый носитель представляет собой пищевой продукт.
7. Способ модулирования мукозальной иммунной системы кишечника у субъекта, отличающийся тем, что указанный способ включает:
идентификацию субъекта, нуждающегося в модуляции иммунной системы; и
введение эффективного количества ферментата пробиотических бактерий Lactobacillus paracasei CBA L74 (номер международного депонирования LMG Р-24778).
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что все или по существу все клетки Lactobacillus paracasei CBA L74 удалены из ферментата.
9. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что ферментат представляет собой супернатант культуры.
10. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что все или по существу все клетки Lactobacillus paracasei CBA L74 удалены из супернатанта культуры.
11. Способ по любому из пп.7-10, дополнительно включающий физиологически приемлемый носитель.
12. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что физиологически приемлемый носитель представляет собой пищевой продукт.
13. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что субъект представляет собой человеческого младенца.
14. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что субъект представляет собой человека и является пожилым человеком, принимает иммунодепрессанты, проходит курс радиационной терапии или химиотерапии, страдает аллергией, имеет аутоиммунные нарушения, и/или страдает от желудочно-кишечных нарушений.
15. Способ по п.14, отличающийся тем, что желудочно-кишечное нарушение представляет собой пищевую аллергию, заболевание, связанное с диареей, бактериальную инфекцию, вирусную инфекцию, синдром раздраженного кишечника, воспалительную болезнь кишечника, болезнь Крона, глютеновую болезнь, некротизирующий энтероколит или их комбинацию.
16. Питательный набор для стимулирования мукозальной иммунной системы кишечника, включающий эффективное количество ферментата пробиотических бактерий Lactobacillus paracasei CBA L74 (номер международного депонирования LMG Р-24778).
17. Питательный набор по п.16, дополнительно включающий упаковочный материал и/или вкладыш в упаковку, содержащий инструкции по применению.
