Claims (19)
1. Применение соединения формулы (I), или его производного, или его соли
для стабилизации цвета окрашенного напитка или пищевого продукта.
2. Применение соединения формулы (I), или его производного, или его соли
для предотвращения нестабильности цвета или обесцвечивания окрашенного напитка или пищевого продукта.
3. Применение по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что указанное соединение (I) применяют в комбинации с аскорбиновой кислотой.
4. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что указанный окрашенный продукт содержит краситель природного происхождения или его синтетический эквивалент, или синтетический краситель.
5. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что указанный краситель природного происхождения выбран из группы, состоящей из экстракта Annatto, астаксантина, обезвоженной свеклы, кантаксантина, карамели, бета-апо-8'-каротеналя, бета-каротина, экстракта кошенили, кармина, натриево-медного хлорофиллина, глюконата железа, лактата железа, экстракта виноградного красителя, эноцианина, муки из водорослей Haematococcus, фруктового сока, овощного сока, морковного масла, масла зерового эндосперма, паприки, олеосмолы паприки, дрожжей Phaffia, рибофлавина, шафрана, диоксида титана, олеосмолы куркумы, биксина и их комбинаций.
6. Применение по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что указанный синтетический краситель выбран из группы, состоящей из FD&C синего №1, FD&C синего №2, FD&C зеленого №3, оранжевого В, цитрусового красного №2, FD&C красного №3, FD&C красного №40, FD&C желтого №5, FD&C желтого №6, цитрусового красного №2, D&C красного №28, D&C желтого №10, синтетического оксида железа, глюконата железа, ультрамаринового синего, ультрамаринового зеленого, ультрамаринового фиолетового, ультрамаринового красного и их комбинаций.
7. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что указанное соединение (I) присутствует в количестве от примерно 0,1 ppm до примерно 500 ppm.
8. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что указанное соединение (I) присутствует в количестве от примерно 1 ppm до примерно 100 ppm.
9. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что указанное соединение (I) присутствует в количестве от примерно 10 ppm до примерно 50 ppm.
10. Применение по любому из пп. 3-9, отличающееся тем, что аскорбиновая кислота присутствует в количестве от примерно 0,1 ppm до примерно 500 ppm.
11. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что аскорбиновая кислота присутствует в количестве от примерно 1 ppm до примерно 300 ppm.
12. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что аскорбиновая кислота присутствует в количестве от примерно 50 ppm до примерно 200 ppm.
13. Способ стабилизации цвета, предотвращения нестабильности цвета или обесцвечивания окрашенного напитка или пищевого продукта, включающий комбинирование эффективного количества соединения формулы (I), или его производного, или его соли
или окрашивающей композиции, содержащей эффективное количество соединения формулы (I), или его производного, или его соли, с готовым продуктом или его предшественником.
