Claims (19)
1. Многослойная гибкая трубка, содержащая:
внутренний слой, содержащий перерабатываемый в расплаве фторполимер, причем указанный фторполимер содержит сополимер поливинилиденфторида (ПВДФ) и гексафторпропилена (ГФП), причем гексафторпропилен присутствует в молярной концентрации более 30 % относительно 100 % общей молярной концентрации сополимера;
внешний слой, содержащий перерабатываемый в расплаве полимер, имеющий твердость по Шору меньшую, чем твердость по Шору внутреннего слоя.
2. Способ получения многослойной гибкой трубки, включающий:
обеспечение внутреннего слоя, содержащего перерабатываемый в расплаве фторполимер, причем указанный фторполимер содержит сополимер поливинилиденфторида (ПВДФ) и гексафторпропилена (ГФП); причем гексафторпропилен присутствует в молярной концентрации более 30 % относительно 100 % общей молярной концентрации сополимера; и
обеспечение внешнего слоя, содержащего перерабатываемый в расплаве полимер, имеющий твердость по Шору меньшую, чем твердость по Шору внутреннего слоя.
3. Многослойная гибкая трубка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что сополимер поливинилиденфторида и гексафторпропилена имеет твердость по Шору D менее примерно 95, такую как от примерно 80 по Шору A до примерно 95 по Шору D, такую как от примерно 80 по Шору A до примерно 65 по Шору D, такую как от примерно 85 до примерно 90 по Шору A.

Многослойная гибкая трубка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что внешний слой представляет собой термопластичный полиуретан, термореактивный уретан, фторэластомер, EPDM, термопластичный композиционный материал EPDM, сополимер на основе стирола и этилена, сополимер на основе стирола и изопрена, полиолефиновый эластомер, ПВХ, изопрен, изопреновый термопластичный композиционный материал, смесь, сплав или любую комбинацию указанных материалов.
5. Многослойная гибкая трубка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что внешний слой имеет твердость по Шору A менее примерно 80, такую как от примерно 40 до примерно 80 или даже от примерно 70 до примерно 80.
6. Многослойная гибкая трубка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что внутренний слой расположен непосредственно на внешнем слое.
7. Многослойная гибкая трубка по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая связывающий слой, расположенный между внутренним слоем и внешним слоем.
8. Многослойная гибкая трубка по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что связывающий слой содержит термопластичный уретан, смесь термопластичного уретана и фторполимерного сополимера гексафторпропилена и поливинилиденфторида или комбинацию указанных материалов.
9. Многослойная гибкая трубка по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что связывающий слой дополнительно содержит промотор адгезии, причем указанный промотор адгезии содержит ПВДФ, привитый малеиновым ангидридом, промотор адгезии на основе силана, химический агент на основе эпоксида, EVOH, полимер акрилата, сополимер акрилата, сополимер ацеталя, термопластик с высокой полярностью или комбинацию указанных агентов.
10. Многослойная гибкая трубка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная гибкая трубка имеет стойкость к проникновению топлива менее примерно 15 г/сутки/м2, при измерении согласно SAE J30 и SAE J1737.
11. Многослойная гибкая трубка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что внутренний слой и внешний слой являются стойкими к разделению слоев после воздействия топлива в течение по меньшей мере 2 недель при 110 °F (43,3 °С).
12. Многослойная гибкая трубка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что внутренний слой, внешний слой или комбинация указанных слоев дополнительно содержат соагент.
13. Многослойная гибкая трубка по п. 12, отличающаяся тем, что указанный соагент содержит бисфенол AF, триарилизоцианурат (TAIC), триарилцианурат (TAC), органический пероксид или комбинацию указанных соединений.
14. Многослойная гибкая трубка по п. 12, дополнительно включающая облучение многослойной гибкой трубки, такое как посредством гамма-излучения или электроннолучевого излучения в дозе от примерно 0,1 МРад до примерно 50 МРад.
15. Способ получения многослойной гибкой трубки по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что обеспечение внутреннего слоя и обеспечение внешнего слоя включает нагревание фторполимера до достижения экструзионной вязкости и нагревание полимера внешнего слоя до достижения экструзионной вязкости, причем различие между экструзионной вязкостью фторполимера и экструзионной вязкостью полимера составляет не более 25%.
