・特に多層フィルムの場合、良好な化学耐性(100%PMMAよりも優れている。);
・QUVA試験および湿熱試験によって示されている通り、持続的な、紫外線に対する良好なバリア効果(360nmにおいて1.5超の吸光度)。
検討材料
PVDF1:「PVDF」は、17.5−22.5g/10分(230℃;3.8kg)のMFR、169℃の融点(M.p.)および23℃において1800から2000MPaの範囲のヤング率を有する、フッ化ビニリデンホモポリマーである。M.p.はDSCまたは示差走査熱量測定法により測定した。弾性係数は、規格ISO527に従って測定した。
コンパウンド:コンパウンド生成物は、同速回転している二軸スクリュー押出機で、当技術分野の標準に従って生産する。試験の組成物は、表2に示されている。
・ブローアップ比:2.55;
・総生産量:14.7kg/時、延伸速度:6.9m/分、
・押出温度=PE(230℃)、PVDFおよびコンパウンド生成物1(240℃)、ダイ(240℃)。
続いて、100%フッ素化フィルムを得るために、PEフィルムを剥離する。
85℃/85%RH(相対湿度)の温度調節されたチャンバ内に、このフィルムを1000時間、置く。続いて、紫外線吸収および滲出を定量するため、紫外/可視分光法によりこのフィルムを分析する。セルホルダーおよび積分球の付属品を備えたCary300透過分光計で、紫外/可視分光法によりこのフィルムを分析した。積分球により、全体の透過率を測定することが可能になる。セルホルダーの付属品を用いた透過率の分析は、該材料の散乱効果を考慮しない。
・スペクトル範囲:200−800nm
・平均時間:0.2秒
・データ間隔:1nm
・走査周波数:300nm/分
滲出は、インフレーションフィルム押出により押出された単層フィルム(30ミクロン)上の、「球形」形状における700nmにおいて測定された透過率と、「セルホルダー」形状における700nmにおいて測定された透過率との比をとることにより定量される。この比は、試験前および2000時間の試験後に決定する。
実施例1において言及したコンパウンド生成物から始めて、インフレーションフィルム押出によりフィルムを生産する。これらのフィルムは、30ミクロンの厚さの単層またはPVDF/コンパウンド生成物/PVDF多層(5/25/5ミクロン)である。
・ブローアップ比:2.55;
・総生産量:14.7kg/時、延伸速度:6.9m/分、
・押出温度=PE(230℃)、PVDFおよびコンパウンド生成物1(240℃)、ダイ(240℃)。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1種のフッ化ビニリデンをベースとするポリマー、少なくとも1種のアクリルポリマーおよび少なくとも1種の紫外線吸収剤からなる、ポリマー組成物であって、フルオロポリマーの重量割合が60から90%であり、紫外線吸収剤の重量割合が0.5から5%であり、紫外線吸収剤の分子量が500g/molを超える、ポリマー組成物。
- フッ化ビニリデンをベースとするポリマーが、フッ化ビニリデンホモポリマーおよびフッ化ビニリデンと少なくとも1種の他のフルオロモノマーとのコポリマーから選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- アクリルポリマーが、メタクリル酸メチルホモポリマーまたは少なくとも50重量%のメタクリル酸メチルと、メタクリル酸メチルと共重合することができる、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキル、アクリロニトリル、ブタジエン、スチレンおよびイソプレンから選択される少なくとも1種の他のモノマーとを含むコポリマーである、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- フッ化ビニリデンをベースとするポリマーの重量割合が、60から80%である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 紫外線吸収剤が、ベンゾフェノン、ベンゾトリアゾール、トリアジン、シアノアクリレートおよびオキサルアニリド:1,3−ビス[(2’−シアノ−3’,3’−ジフェニルアクリロイル)オキシ]−2,2−ビス{[(2’−シアノ−3’,3’−ジフェニルアクリロイル)オキシ]メチル}プロパン、2,2’−メチレンビス(6−(2H−ベンゾトリアゾール−2−イル)−4−(1,1,3,3−テトラメチルブチル)フェノール)、2−[4,6−ビス(2,4−ジメチルフェニル)−1,3,5−トリアジン−2−イル]−5−(オクチルオキシ)フェノールまたはポリ(4−(2−アクリロイルオキシエトキシ)−2−ヒドロキシベンゾフェノンから選択される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 400から800nmの範囲において90%超の透明度および280nmから380nmに少なくとも1つの紫外線吸収を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物からなる単層フィルム。
- 5から500ミクロンの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項6に記載の単層フィルム。
- 400から800nmの範囲において90%超の透明度および280nmから380nmに少なくとも1つの紫外線吸収を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物からなる少なくとも1つの層を含む多層フィルム。
- 第2の層が、100から0%のPVDFおよび0から40%のPMMAを含む二層フィルムである、請求項8に記載の多層フィルム。
- 内部層が、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物からなり、外部層が、100から0%のPVDFおよび0から40%のPMMAを含む三層フィルムである、請求項8に記載の多層フィルム。
- 10から500ミクロンの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 220から260℃の範囲の温度において、インフレーションフィルム押出により、請求項6または7に記載の単層フィルムを製造する方法。
- キャストフィルム押出により、請求項6または7に記載の単層フィルムを製造する方法。
- ポリマー基材:
a. ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン、スチレン/アクリレートコポリマー、アクリロニトリル/スチレンコポリマー、ポリスルホン、ポリウレタン、アクリルポリマー、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)、ポリアセタール、ポリアミドをベースとする樹脂、ポリイミドをベースとする樹脂およびポリアミドイミドをベースとする樹脂から製造される基材から選択されるもの、
b. このリストからの2種以上のポリマーのブレンド、ならびに
c. さらに、例えば、PVC、ガラス織物、ガラスマット、アラミドまたはポリ(p−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)から製造される、工業用布などの可撓性基材
を保護するための、請求項6および7のいずれかに記載のフィルムまたは請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムの使用。 - 太陽光発電パネルの背面を保護するための請求項6もしくは7のいずれかに記載のフィルムまたは請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムを含む、太陽光発電パネル。
