Abstract
1. Шлангокабель для использования в подводных применениях, содержащий:множество шлангокабельных элементов, проходящих в продольном направлении;по меньшей мере, один армирующий стержень, имеющий сердечник, который содержит множество пропитанных термопластиком жгутов, причем жгуты содержат непрерывные волокна, ориентированные в продольном направлении, и термопластическую матрицу, окружающую волокна, причем непрерывные волокна составляют от около 25 мас.% до около 80 мас.% сердечника, и термопластичная матрица составляет от около 20 мас.% до около 75 мас.% сердечника; ивнешнюю оболочку, которая окружает шлангокабельные элементы и армирующий стержень.2. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором шлангокабельные элементы включают в себя трубопровод, электрический проводник/провод, канальный элемент, армирующий провод или их сочетание.3. Шлангокабель по п.1, дополнительно содержащий наполнитель, который расположен, по меньшей мере, частично вокруг шлангокабельных элементов и между ними.4. Шлангокабель по п.1, дополнительно содержащий центральную часть, внутри которой расположен армирующий стержень.5. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором армирующий стержень расположен вокруг периферии шлангокабеля.6. Шлангокабель по п.1, причем данный шлангокабель содержит пучок армирующих стержней, каждый из которых имеет сердечник, который содержит множество пропитанных термопластиком жгутов, содержащих непрерывные волокна, ориентированные в продольном направлении, и термопластическую матрицу, окружающую волокна, причем непрерывные волокна составляют от около 25 мас.% до около 80 мас.% сердечника, и термопластичная матрица составляет от около 20 мас.% д
Claims (25)
1. Шлангокабель для использования в подводных применениях, содержащий:
множество шлангокабельных элементов, проходящих в продольном направлении;
по меньшей мере, один армирующий стержень, имеющий сердечник, который содержит множество пропитанных термопластиком жгутов, причем жгуты содержат непрерывные волокна, ориентированные в продольном направлении, и термопластическую матрицу, окружающую волокна, причем непрерывные волокна составляют от около 25 мас.% до около 80 мас.% сердечника, и термопластичная матрица составляет от около 20 мас.% до около 75 мас.% сердечника; и
внешнюю оболочку, которая окружает шлангокабельные элементы и армирующий стержень.
2. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором шлангокабельные элементы включают в себя трубопровод, электрический проводник/провод, канальный элемент, армирующий провод или их сочетание.
3. Шлангокабель по п.1, дополнительно содержащий наполнитель, который расположен, по меньшей мере, частично вокруг шлангокабельных элементов и между ними.
4. Шлангокабель по п.1, дополнительно содержащий центральную часть, внутри которой расположен армирующий стержень.
5. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором армирующий стержень расположен вокруг периферии шлангокабеля.
6. Шлангокабель по п.1, причем данный шлангокабель содержит пучок армирующих стержней, каждый из которых имеет сердечник, который содержит множество пропитанных термопластиком жгутов, содержащих непрерывные волокна, ориентированные в продольном направлении, и термопластическую матрицу, окружающую волокна, причем непрерывные волокна составляют от около 25 мас.% до около 80 мас.% сердечника, и термопластичная матрица составляет от около 20 мас.% до около 75 мас.% сердечника.
7. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором непрерывные волокна имеют соотношение предела прочности на растяжение к линейной плотности, составляющее более чем около 1000 МПа на 1 г/м.
8. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором непрерывные волокна имеют соотношение предела прочности на растяжение к линейной плотности, составляющее от около 5500 до около 20000 МПа на 1 г/м.
9. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором непрерывные волокна представляют собой углеродные волокна.
10. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором термопластичная матрица включает в себя полиариленсульфид.
11. Шлангокабель по п.10, в котором полиариленсульфид представляет собой полифениленсульфид.
12. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором непрерывные волокна составляют от около 30 мас.% до около 75 мас.% сердечника.
13. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором стержень имеет пустотную фракцию, составляющую около 3% или менее.
14. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором стержень имеет минимальный модуль изгиба, составляющий около 10 ГПа.
15. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором стержень имеет минимальный предел прочности на растяжение, составляющий около 300 МПа.
16. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором стержень имеет минимальный модуль упругости при растяжении, составляющий около 50 ГПа.
17. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором минимальный радиус изгиба стержня составляет от около однократного до около 30-кратного внешнего диаметра стержня, определенного при температуре, составляющей около 25°C.
18. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором минимальный радиус изгиба стержня составляет от около 0,5 до около 10 см, причем температура его определения составляет около 25°C.
19. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором сердечник содержит от 4 до 20 жгутов.
20. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором жгуты распределены, в основном, симметрично вокруг продольной оси сердечника.
21. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором каждый жгут содержит от около 1000 до около 50000 отдельных непрерывных волокон.
22. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором стержень имеет диаметр, составляющий от около 0,1 до около 50 мм.
23. Шлангокабель по п.1, дополнительно содержащий герметизирующий слой, который окружает сердечник.
24. Шлангокабель по п.1, в котором стержень имеет, по существу, круглую форму поперечного сечения.
25. Шлангокабель для использования в подводных применениях, содержащий:
множество шлангокабельных элементов, проходящих в продольном направлении, причем шлангокабельные элементы включают в себя трубопровод, электрический проводник/провод, канальный элемент, армирующий провод или их сочетание;
наполнитель, который расположен, по меньшей мере, частично вокруг шлангокабельных элементов и между ними;
по меньшей мере, один армирующий стержень, имеющий сердечник, который содержит множество пропитанных термопластиком жгутов, причем жгуты содержат непрерывные углеродные волокна, ориентированные в продольном направлении, и термопластическую матрицу, окружающую волокна, причем непрерывные углеродные волокна составляют от около 30 мас.% до около 75 мас.% сердечника, и полифениленсульфидная матрица составляет от около 25 мас.% до около 70 мас.% сердечника; и
внешнюю оболочку, которая окружает шлангокабельные элементы, наполнитель и армирующий стержень.
