Description
本实用新型涉及一种绳索,特别是一种钢塑复合绳,可以代替麻绳、线绳、棕绳及化纤绳来捆绑或牵引物体,适合于海洋、陆上交通运输业及民用。
现有的麻、线、棕及化纤绳的抗拉强度低,且直径粗,成本高,而纯钢丝绳不耐酸碱,抗腐蚀能力差,这些绳类适用范围窄,不能满足多种环境下的应用,给使用者带来不便。
本实用新型的发明目的是要提供一种钢塑复合绳,能够克服现有绳类存在的不足,可以取代现有的用来捆绑物体的各种绳类,是一种制绳工业更新换代的新型产品。
本实用新型是以如下方式完成的:钢塑复合绳由绳芯和塑料外皮组成,绳芯为成股的钢丝绳,绳芯的外层统包有塑料外皮,绳芯与塑料外皮成为一个整体。由于绳芯为成股的钢丝绳,所以抗拉强度高,变型小,由于绳芯的外层统包有塑料外皮使得钢塑复合绳耐酸碱、抗腐蚀性强。
本实用新型具有成本低,柔性好,抗拉强度高,变形小,耐腐蚀,适用范围广的特点,是一种新颖并独具特色的绳类产品。
以下将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。

参照图1,绳芯1为成股的钢丝绳,绳芯1的外层统包低压聚乙烯塑料外皮2,塑料外皮2既可以保护绳芯1不受损伤,又增加了钢塑复合绳的抗拉强度,绳芯1与塑料外皮2构成钢塑复合绳整体。当绳芯1成股钢丝绳的直径为1.5-2mm时,绳芯1的外层统包塑料外皮2后的直径为10mm。当绳芯1成股钢丝绳的直径为2-3mm时,绳芯1的外层统包塑料外皮2后的直径为12mm。当绳芯1成股钢丝绳的直径为3-4mm时,绳芯1的外皮统包塑料外皮2后的直径为14mm。绳芯1的成股钢丝绳每根钢丝的直径为0.2mm或0.25mm或0.3mm。当采用钢塑复合绳捆绑物体或牵引物体时,可以系扣、打结,塑料外皮2受到机械损伤后可以方便的修复,绳芯1所用的钢丝绳可采用市埸销售的GB365-64D型单股钢丝绳、GB362-64D型钢丝绳及GB355-64D型钢丝绳。
Claims (4)
1、一种钢塑复合绳,其特征是绳芯为成股的钢丝绳,绳芯的外层统包有塑料外皮构成钢塑复合绳整体,绳芯的每根钢丝的直径为0.2mm或0.25mm或0.3mm。
2、根据权利要求1所述的钢塑复合绳,其特征是绳芯成股钢丝绳的直径为1.2-2mm,绳芯的外层统包塑料外皮后的直径为10mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的钢塑复合绳,其特征是绳芯成股钢丝绳的直径为2-3mm,绳芯的外层统包塑料外皮后的直径为12mm。
4、根据权利要求1所述的钢塑复合绳,其特征是绳芯成股钢丝绳的直径为3-4mm,绳芯的外层统包塑料外皮后的直径为14mm。
