本发明公开了一种钢塑复合绳,其特征是:绳芯为成股的钢丝绳,绳芯的外层裹包有塑料外皮,绳芯与塑料外皮成为一个整体,适用于江、河、湖、海等水上交通运输的船用缆绳及捆绑物品,由于绳芯为成股的钢丝绳,所以抗拉强度高,由于绳芯的外层裹包有塑料外皮,使得钢塑复合绳耐酸碱、抗腐蚀性强,具有成本低、柔性好、变形小、及适用范围宽的特点,是一种新颖并独具特色的船用绳类产品。

钢塑复合绳
本发明涉及一种复合绳,特别是一种钢塑复合绳,适用于江、河、湖、海等水上交通运输的船用缆绳及捆绑物品。
目前,公知的麻绳、线绳、棕绳及化纤绳其直径粗、抗拉强度低且成本高,而纯钢丝绳又不耐酸碱、抗腐蚀能力差,使用寿命短、适用范围窄,不能适应和满足江、河、湖、海等船上潮湿、盐碱等恶劣环境下的应用,给使用者带来不便。
本发明的目的是提供一种钢塑复合绳,它不仅抗拉强度高、耐腐蚀、可适用于船上各种环境下使,而且加工简单成本低、使用寿命长。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,钢塑复合绳由绳芯和塑料外皮组成,其特征是:绳芯为成股的钢丝绳,绳芯的外层裹包有塑料外皮,绳芯与塑料外皮成为一个整体,由于绳芯为成股的钢丝绳,所以抗拉强度高、变形小,由于绳芯的外层裹包有塑料外皮,使得钢塑复合绳耐酸碱、抗腐蚀性强。
本发明具有成本低、柔性好、抗拉强度高、变形小、耐腐蚀及适用范围宽的特点,是一种新颖并独具特色的船用绳类产品。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
图1是本发明的具体结构部分剖面示意图。
图2是钢塑复合绳的横向剖面图。
在图1-2中,绳芯1为成股的钢丝绳,绳芯1的外层裹包有质轻、机械强度高的聚丙烯塑料外皮2,聚丙烯塑料外皮2既可以保护钢丝绳芯1不受酸碱的腐蚀和硬器的损伤,又增加了钢塑复合绳的抗拉强度,使钢丝绳芯1与聚丙烯塑料外皮2构成钢塑复合绳的整体。当绳芯1成股钢丝绳的直径为1.5-2mm时,钢丝绳芯1的外层统包聚丙烯塑料外皮2后的直径为8mm。当绳芯1成股钢丝绳的直径为2-3mm时,绳芯1的外层统包聚丙烯塑料外皮2后的直径为12mm。当绳芯1成股钢丝绳的直径为3-4mm时,钢丝绳芯1的外层统包聚丙烯塑料外皮2后的直径为15mm。当绳芯1成股钢丝绳的直径为6-8mm时,钢丝绳芯1的外层统包聚丙烯塑料外皮2后的直径为30mm。绳芯1的成股钢丝绳每根的钢丝的直径为0.2mm,或0.25mm,或0.3mm。
当采用钢塑复合绳捆绑物品或牵拉物体时,可以系扣、打结,塑料外皮2受到机械损伤后可以方便地进行修补。

Claims (5)

1.一种钢塑复合绳,其特征是:绳芯为成股的钢丝绳,绳芯的外层裹包有塑料外皮,绳芯与塑料外皮成为一个整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢塑复合绳,其特征是:绳芯的成股钢丝绳的直径为1.5-2mm,钢丝绳芯1的外层统包聚丙烯塑料外皮2后的直径为8mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢塑复合绳,其特征是:绳芯的成股钢丝绳的直径为2-3mm,钢丝绳芯1外层统包聚丙烯塑料外皮2后的直径为12mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的钢塑复合绳,其特征是:绳芯的成股钢丝绳的直径为3-4mm,钢丝绳芯1外层统包聚丙烯塑料外皮2后的直径为15mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的钢塑复合绳,其特征是:绳芯的成股钢丝绳的直径为6-8mm,钢丝绳芯1外层统包聚丙烯塑料外皮2后的直径为30mm。
