本实用新型涉及一种钢丝绳。其特征在于该编织钢丝绳的截面为圆形。钢丝绳的绳股结构有两种:1×19或1×37;子绳数为4×3。钢丝绳结构为4×3×19和4×3×37。钢丝子绳捻向为交互捻或同向捻。本实用新型完全克服了捻制应力,达到不旋转。钢丝绳在使用中不结绳扣,具有极高防扭性,耐磨损度高,柔软光滑,可挠性好,拉力大。

本实用新型涉及用金属丝制成的绳或缆，特别涉及一种钢丝绳。
编织防扭钢丝绳是一种完全克服受捻制绳自旋性，达到不旋转，使用中不结绳结，可挠性能好，拉力大，被广泛应用于电力部门的送变电工程施工张力放线、牵引及导引用绳，或用于其它工业领域在起重、运输、索具、水平牵引等作业，用途较为广泛，市场也很广阔。中国专利局1991年11月20日公告的《四方形十二股特种防扭钢丝绳》(公告号CN2089017)，是由多股子绳交互编捻的方法编捻而成截面为正方形的钢丝绳。该钢丝绳具有不旋不扭的特征，且解决了防腐防锈问题。但该钢丝绳在牵引使用受力和滚动时，方型绳的棱角易擦伤牵引轮和滚车轮，缩短牵引机的使用寿命。方型钢丝绳的单股接头多，反复使用几次后接头处易形成毛刺，可降低自身的抗拉强度及安全系数。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有方形钢丝绳的不足之处，提供一种钢丝绳结构合理、受力均匀、整条绳无接头、抗拉性能高、施工现场使用方便的编织防扭钢丝绳。
本实用新型是由钢丝子绳编捻而成，编捻成的钢丝绳截面为圆形。钢丝绳的绳股结构有两种：1×19或1×37；子绳数为4×3。钢丝绳结构为：4×3×19和43×37。钢丝子绳捻向为交互捻或同向捻。制绳钢丝采用优质碳素结构钢线材制造，钢丝抗拉强度≥1670MPa，且高韧性。
本实用新型采用特殊的生产工艺，完全克服了捻制应力，达到不旋转。钢丝绳在使用中不结绳扣，具有极高的防扭性，耐磨损度高，柔软光滑，可挠性好，拉力大。
本实用新型的实施例结合附图加以说明。

如图1所示，本实用新型绳股结构为1×19，子绳数为4×3，钢丝绳结构为4×3×19。钢丝绳子绳捻向为交互捻或同向捻。编捻成的钢丝绳截面为圆形。
如图2所示，本实用新型绳股结构为1×37，子绳数为4×3，钢丝绳结构为4×3×37。钢丝绳子绳捻向为交互捻或同向捻。编捻成的钢丝绳截面为圆形。

1.编织防扭钢丝绳，由钢丝子绳编捻而成，其特征为钢丝绳的截面为圆形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的编织防扭钢丝绳，其特征在于绳股结构为1×19或1×37。
3.根据权利要求1所述的编织防扭钢丝绳，其特征在于子绳数为4×3，子绳捻向为交互捻或同向捻。
4.根据权利要求1所述的编织防扭钢丝绳，其特征在于钢绳结构为4×3×19和4×3×37。
