技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子聚乙烯缆绳。
背景技术
缆绳具备抗拉、抗冲击、耐磨损、柔韧轻软等性能,随着经济的发展,造船业也得到很大的发展,船舶上最常用的系泊缆要求越来越高。传统的船用的缆绳多为钢丝缆绳,结构简单,在海洋恶劣的环境中,长时间使用容易被海水腐蚀生锈,降低了强度,缩短了使用寿命,在使用过程中容易存在安全隐患。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,制作方便,耐腐蚀防生锈,抗拉强度高,安全性高,使用寿命长的一种高分子聚乙烯缆绳。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括绳芯、抗拉层、聚氨酯涂层和保护层,所述绳芯由若干根八股绳加捻而成,每根八股绳包括四股S向绳股和四股Z向绳股,每股S向绳股包括三根S向绳纱,三根S向绳纱平行排列,每股Z向绳股包括三根Z向绳纱,三根Z向绳纱平行排列,每根S向绳纱和每根Z向绳纱均匀两根高分子聚乙烯单丝并丝组成,所述抗拉层包覆于绳芯外部,抗拉层由十二股抗拉绳相互交错编织而成,所述聚氨酯涂层包覆于抗拉层外部,所述保护层包覆于聚氨酯涂层外部,所述保护层为编织保护层。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述抗拉层内部设有若干根钢丝。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述钢丝的直径为0.1mm-0.2mm。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述抗拉层由若干根抗拉绳交错编织而成,所述抗拉绳由涤纶和超高分子量聚乙烯纤维混合捻合而成。

一种高分子聚乙烯缆绳,包括绳芯1、抗拉层2、聚氨酯涂层3和保护层4,所述绳芯1由若干根八股绳加捻而成,每根八股绳包括四股S向绳股和四股Z向绳股,每股S向绳股包括三根S向绳纱,三根S向绳纱平行排列,每股Z向绳股包括三根Z向绳纱,三根Z向绳纱平行排列,每根S向绳纱和每根Z向绳纱均匀两根高分子聚乙烯单丝并丝组成,所述抗拉层2包覆于绳芯1外部,抗拉层2由十二股抗拉绳相互交错编织而成,所述聚氨酯涂层3包覆于抗拉层2外部,所述保护层4包覆于聚氨酯涂层3外部,所述保护层4为编织保护层。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述抗拉层2内部设有若干根钢丝5。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述钢丝5的直径为0.1mm-0.2mm。
