背景技术
现有的超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)绳索为提高耐磨性能,通过以下方法获得:在绳索制造的时候采用胺基胶浸润方法处理,这种方法的缺陷是耐磨材料不能全部均匀地分布到所有纤维束上,从而造成绳股、绳索的耐磨寿命不均匀,而且这种材料与方法耐磨效果较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的问题是提供一种超高分子量聚乙烯与钢丝复合耐磨绳。
本实用新型由直径0.5mm-5mm不锈钢丝和线密度400dtex-4800dtex超高分子量聚乙烯复丝纤维构成(单根纤维线密度2dtex-10dtex),把超高分子量聚乙烯纤维合并成线密度10000dtex-30000dtex的绳纱再合并成绳股,其特征是不锈钢丝分别包覆在超高分子量纤维六个绳股外面;不锈钢丝包覆的六个绳股与一股比包覆不锈钢丝的绳股直径大5%-25%绳股作为绳芯加捻成六股绳;捻距为绳索直径的5-10倍。
本实用新型的有益的效果是复合绳索具有极好耐磨性能,耐磨性能比比普通UHMWPE纤维绳索的复合材料绳索提高800%以上;同样断裂强力产品生产制造成本比纯UHMWPE纤维绳索下降10%左右;因这种绳索外形具有近似钢丝绳的卷绕排列优势,不但能替代钢丝绳和聚酰胺复合绳,可广泛应用于拖缆、系泊、集装箱等船用和其它用途绳索。又能应用在替代钢丝绳且需要耐磨,耐冲击疲劳性能要求高的行业。

具体实施方式
本实用新型由直径0.5-5mm不锈钢丝1(见附图)和线密度400dtex-4800dtex超高分子量聚乙烯复丝纤维构成(单根纤维线密度2dtex-10dtex),由线密度400dtex-4800dtex超高分子量聚乙烯纤维合并成线密度10000dtex-30000dtex绳纱;再用线密度10000dtex-30000dtex绳纱合并成绳股3;根据绳索直径选择直径0.5mm-5mm不锈钢丝分别包覆在超高分子量聚乙烯纤维六个绳股外面;用不锈钢丝包覆好的UHMWPE纤维六个绳股,加一股直径比包覆不锈钢丝的绳股大5%-25%绳芯2组成七股加捻制成六股绳;绳索的捻距为直径的5-10倍。
