Abstract
本实用新型属于一种牵引用绳缆,具体地说是一种复丝绳缆。复丝绳缆是由捻合复丝编绞而成的。复丝是由2~95%芳纶或高模聚乙烯合成纤维和1~98%丙纶复合纺丝按比例复合捻合组成的。复丝捻合股数为三、四、六、八或十二股。由于本实用新型的复丝中具有高强度的芳纶丝和高强高模聚乙烯合成纤维,与单一编丝所制成的绳缆相比具有拉荷强度大、耐高低温变化、耐疲劳、抗蠕变、重量轻、抗磨损、抗冲击力强,可以在超低温和较高温环境中使用,并且温度变化时热收缩小,绳缆尺寸恒定性好。广泛地应用在野外汽车牵引,航海锚绳、空中吊索上使用。

本实用新型属于一种牵引用绳缆,具体地说是一种复丝绳缆。
背景技术
现代化的运输、航海、国防及工农业都离不开绳缆,目前用于牵引的绳缆多为胶丝绳缆和化纤绳缆,承受重负荷时强度不够,牵引中抵抗突然冲击力差,时有断股现象发生,自身重量大、强度低、安全性差、成本高。
发明内容
为了克服现有绳缆的缺点,本实用新型提供了复丝绳缆。该绳缆通过不同种绳丝合股捻合并缠绕编织解决其强度和使用性能的技术问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案:复丝绳缆是由捻合复丝编绞而成的。复丝是由2~95%芳纶或高模聚乙烯合成纤维和1~98%丙纶复合纺丝按比例复合捻合组成的。
由于本实用新型的复丝由高强度的芳纶丝和高强高模聚乙烯合成纤维与丙纶丝复合捻合而成的,与单一编丝所制成的绳缆相比具有拉荷强度大、耐高低温变化、耐疲劳、抗蠕变、重量轻、抗磨损、抗冲击力强,可以在超低温和较高温环境中使用,并且温度变化时热收缩小,绳缆尺寸恒定性好。适宜在野外汽车牵引,航海锚绳、空中吊索中应用。

(五)具体实施方式
根据图1所示,绳缆1是由复丝2编织而成的。复丝是由芳纶、高模聚乙烯合成纤维和丙纶复合纺丝按比例捻合组成的。
复丝中,芳纶或高模聚乙烯合成纤维占2~95%,丙纶纺丝占1~98%。
实施例一
复丝组成:2%纺纶或高强高模聚乙烯合成纤维和98%丙纶复合纺丝。
实施例二
复丝组成:8%纺纶或高强高模聚乙烯合成纤维和92%丙纶复合纺丝。
实施例三
复丝组成:15%的芳纶或高强高模聚乙烯合成纤维和85%丙纶复合纺丝。
实施例四
复丝组成:40%芳纶或高强高模聚乙烯合成纤维和60%丙纶复合纺丝。
复丝捻合股数为三、四、六、八或十二股。
复丝绳缆的复丝中的芳纶或高强高模聚乙烯合成纤维具有独特的温度性能,不易熔融、不助燃,只会在427℃时开始碳化,在零下196℃低温不变脆,在此温度区域间其性能不受损失,具有良好的耐疲劳,抗蠕变性,因此芳纶及高强高模聚乙烯合成纤维是最佳的绳缆辅强材料。经芳纶或高强高模聚乙烯合成纤维复合的复丝按其量的不同,比现有的单一丙纶丝编绞的绳缆在直径相同情况下其强度可提高2-20倍,重量轻、抗拉强度大,耐磨损,抵抗冲击力强,可以在超低温和较高温环境中使用,并且温度变化时热收缩小,绳缆尺寸恒定性好。适宜在野外汽车牵引,航海锚绳、空中吊索及其它吊装与捆扎中使用。
Claims (2)
1、复丝绳缆,其特征是:绳缆(1)是由捻合复丝(2)编绞而成的,复丝是由2~95%芳纶或高模聚乙烯合成纤维和1~98%丙纶复合纺丝按比例复合捻合组成的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复丝绳缆,其特征是:复丝捻合股数为三、四、六、八或十二股。
