背景技术
现在电梯的曳引传动钢绳都是采用钢丝编织而成,根据使用环境和功能的不同,有的钢丝绳中间采用麻芯,有的钢丝绳中间采用钢芯。这两种型式都分别起到润滑定型(麻芯)和增加强度(钢芯)的作用,其中钢芯虽然可以增加强度,但是特有的物理特性-刚性太强,容易断。

本实用新型为了解决以上问题提供了一种结构简单、使用寿命长、机械性能好的碳纤维混合裹塑钢绳。
本实用新型的技术方案是:所述的钢绳包括绳芯、钢丝束,所述的绳芯由多根碳纤维丝以及碳纤维丝外包裹的耐磨护套构成,所述的绳芯外设置多股钢丝束,所述的钢丝束与绳芯外包裹合成塑料。
所述的绳芯由多层不同个数的碳纤维丝层构成,绳芯中心为单根碳纤维丝,并以该单根碳纤维丝为中心由内至外逐渐增加碳纤维丝的个数。
所述的耐磨护套为芳纶纤维编织而成的护套。
所述的单股钢丝束由多根相同直径的钢丝绞织而成,所述的多股钢丝束沿绳芯圆周等份分布。

3)电梯曳引轮、导向轮等曳引系统无磨损;
4)由于钢绳表面裹塑处理,所以钢丝绳无需加油,绿色环保;
5)减少25%的用绳量,同时提高40%的抗破断拉力;
6)绳的直径减小带来曳引轮直径的变小,使主机驱动功率大大降低,节能效果显著;
7)钢丝总体重量的减小使得电梯配重系统补偿变小带来更加舒适的乘坐感受和降低生产成本。

1.一种碳纤维混和裹塑钢绳,其特征在于:所述的钢绳包括绳芯、钢丝束,所述的绳芯由多根碳纤维丝以及碳纤维丝外包裹的耐磨护套构成,所述的绳芯外设置多股钢丝束,所述的钢丝束与绳芯外包裹合成塑料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维混和裹塑钢绳,其特征在于:所述的绳芯由多层不同个数的碳纤维丝层构成,绳芯中心为单根碳纤维丝,并以该单根碳纤维丝为中心由内至外逐渐增加碳纤维丝的个数。
