本实用新型涉及一种电梯钢绳专用碳纤维绳芯。所述的绳芯设置在钢绳中心,所述的绳芯由多根碳纤维丝以及多根碳纤维丝外包裹的耐磨护套构成。本实用新型可以避免碳纤维易飘散、易导电这方面的缺陷,防止对电气线路造成短路。而碳纤维绳所承载的拉力是普通钢芯的7-9倍,而重量只有同等钢丝的四分之一,和普通电梯钢丝绳芯相比寿命提高3-5倍,减少25%的用绳量,同时提高40%的抗破断拉力,所以采用这种绳芯可以极大的增加钢绳的拉力,从而减少钢绳整体的外径,起到节约成本,降低钢绳自重带来的一系列不利影响,在电梯上的应用非常有前景。

背景技术
现在电梯的钢丝绳的绳芯都是采用麻芯或钢芯。这两种型式都分别起到润滑定型和增加强度的作用,钢芯虽然可以增加强度,但是特有的物理特性-刚性太强,容易断。而麻芯主要是润滑定型,并起一定的在抗拉力方面的是很小的。

本实用新型为了解决以上问题提供了一种结构简单、机械性能好、重量轻的电梯钢绳专用碳纤维绳芯。
本实用新型的技术方案是:所述的绳芯设置在钢绳中心,所述的绳芯由多根碳纤维丝以及多根碳纤维丝外包裹的耐磨护套构成。
所述的绳芯由多层不同个数的碳纤维丝层构成,绳芯中心为单根碳纤维丝,并以该单根碳纤维丝为中心由内至外逐渐增加碳纤维丝的个数。
所述的耐磨护套为芳纶纤维编织而成的护套。

一种电梯钢绳专用碳纤维绳芯,所述的绳芯2设置在钢绳中心,所述的绳芯由多根碳纤维丝1以及多根碳纤维丝1外包裹的耐磨护套3构成,所述的绳芯2由多层不同个数的碳纤维丝1层构成,绳芯2中心为单根碳纤维丝1,并以该单根碳纤维丝1为中心由内至外逐渐增加碳纤维丝1的个数,所述的耐磨护套3为芳纶纤维编织而成的护套3。

1.一种电梯钢绳专用碳纤维绳芯,所述的绳芯设置在钢绳中心,其特征在于:所述的绳芯由多根碳纤维丝以及多根碳纤维丝外包裹的耐磨护套构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯钢绳专用碳纤维绳芯,其特征在于:所述的绳芯由多层不同个数的碳纤维丝层构成,绳芯中心为单根碳纤维丝,并以该单根碳纤维丝为中心由内至外逐渐增加碳纤维丝的个数。
