一种抗扭曲的复合碳纤维钢丝绳绳芯,其特征是,由碳纤维丝束外包裹合成纤维编织套构成。所述碳纤维丝束为自然垂直状态的碳纤维丝组成的碳纤维丝束。所述合成纤维为聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺纤维。本实用新型结构科学合理,将多根碳纤维丝束成一股,不进行弯曲和编织,碳纤维丝束呈自然垂直状态,外部用抗拉、抗冲击、抗扭曲、耐磨的合成纤维材料编织套进行紧密裹护定型,编织套作为碳纤维丝与钢丝的隔离层,将碳纤维丝垂直裹护在其中,以防止碳纤维丝和钢丝绳接触后产生碳化影响。采用这种绳芯可以大大地增加钢丝绳的抗拉力,从而减少钢绳整体的外径,使得电梯曳引轮尺寸大大缩小而更加节能,同时也降低钢丝绳自重带来的一系列不利影响。

背景技术
现在电梯的钢丝绳的绳芯都是采用钢芯或麻芯。这两种型式都分别起到增加强度和润滑定型的作用,钢芯虽然可以增加强度,但是特有的物理特性-刚性太强,容易断。而麻芯只有润滑定型并无抗拉力的作用。所以,要提高电梯钢丝绳的使用性能,设计一种强度高,润滑定型好的钢丝绳绳芯是非常重要的。一些电梯钢丝绳的生产企业、科研单位做了许多研究和开发,但一直未能获得满意的成果,而电梯的安装和用户也都希望有一种强度高,润滑定型好,使用寿命长的电梯用钢丝绳。
发明内容
本发明目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,并为满足市场的需要,提供一种能提高电梯钢绳使用性能的抗扭曲的复合碳纤维钢丝绳绳芯。采用该绳芯的电梯钢丝绳强度高,润滑定型好,抗拉、抗冲击、抗扭曲,使用寿命长。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种抗扭曲的复合碳纤维钢丝绳绳芯,其特征是,由碳纤维丝束外包裹合成纤维编织套构成。
所述碳纤维丝束为自然垂直状态的碳纤维丝组成的碳纤维丝束。
本发明结构科学合理,将多根碳纤维丝束成一股,不进行弯曲和编织,碳纤维丝束呈自然垂直状态,外部用抗拉、抗冲击、抗扭曲、耐磨的合成纤维材料编织套进行紧密裹护定型,编织套作为碳纤维丝与钢丝的隔离层,将碳纤维丝垂直裹护在其中,以防止碳纤维丝和钢丝绳接触后产生碳化影响。该绳芯可承受相当大的拉力,相同截面积的碳纤维丝束所承载的强度是普通钢芯的7-9倍。由于碳纤维丝本身不编织,不会产生扭曲,损坏碳纤维丝,充分发挥了碳纤维丝的优点。当在钢丝绳的使用过程中,即使发生一定的扭转扭曲,该绳芯也不会象现在的钢芯及麻芯钢绳出现的绳芯断股现象,和普通电梯钢丝绳芯相比寿命提高3-5倍,抗拉强度是普通钢芯的7-8倍。重量只有相同截面积的钢丝的四分之一,减少25%的用绳量。 采用这种绳芯可以大大地增加钢丝绳的抗拉力,从而减少钢绳整体的外径,使得电梯曳引轮尺寸大大缩小而更加节能,同时也降低钢丝绳自重带来的一系列不利影响,在电梯上的应用非常有前景,使用寿命长。

一种抗扭曲的复合碳纤维钢丝绳绳芯,将多根碳纤维丝束1成一股,碳纤维丝束呈自然垂直状态,外部用抗拉、抗冲击、抗扭曲、耐磨的合成纤维编织套2进行紧密包裹定型构成。合成纤维具有高强度、耐酸、耐碱、重量轻等优良性能和良好的绝缘性、抗老化性能,具有很长的生命周期。采用合成纤维丝编织套包裹碳纤维丝束,进一步提高绳芯的使用性能。
