一种超大直径缆式钢丝绳
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超大直径缆式钢丝绳,属于金属制品技术领域。
背景技术
现有的钢丝绳按捻制类型分主要有单捻钢丝绳和双捻钢丝绳,单捻钢丝绳为一次捻制完成,中心钢丝为直线状态,外层钢丝为一次螺旋状,如单股绳;双捻钢丝绳要通过两次捻制而成,由多根钢丝股围绕一根纤维芯或钢芯捻制而成,各股中心钢丝为一次螺旋状,其余钢丝为二次螺旋状。现有钢丝绳存在的问题是,钢丝绳柔软性较差,钢丝绳规格小,破断拉力小,钢丝绳直径一般不到200mm,不能满足海洋工程、大型吊装索具对直径260mm以上大规格钢丝绳高承载能力的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种超大直径缆式钢丝绳,解决尚无260mm以上超大直径钢丝绳技术难题,提高钢丝绳柔软性能和破断拉力,满足海洋工程打捞、锚泊以及大型吊装索具高承载能力的需求。
本发明由六根钢丝绳围绕一根单股绳金属芯捻制构成。
所述的单股绳金属芯为1×265点线接触结构;
所述的钢丝绳结构式为14×55SWS+6×36WS+IWR,它由一根六股结构钢丝绳外包一层十四根结构为55SWS的外层绳捻制构成,所述的六股结构钢丝绳由一根金属绳芯与结构为36WS的六根内层绳捻制构成。
改变本发明一种超大直径缆式钢丝绳中各股钢丝的直径可捻制不同直径的缆式钢丝绳。
本发明钢丝绳直径大、强度高、结构复杂、解决了目前国内尚无260 mm以上超大直径钢丝绳生产的技术问题、填补国内空白本,可满足海洋工程打捞、锚泊以及大型吊装索具高承载能力的需求。
该钢丝绳在直径相同情况下,比普通钢丝绳的柔软性能要好,破断拉力较大。
本发明的有益效果:
1、与同直径的钢丝绳相比,钢丝根数多、直径小,钢丝绳韧性更好。
2、增大了钢丝绳直径,直径达260 mm以上,极大的提高了钢丝绳的承载能力。
