技术领域
本发明涉及一种BBSR结构特种缆绳,属于金属制品技术领域。
背景技术
现有的粗直径缆绳直径一般为60mm以上,最大可达到190mm,缆绳填充系数小,破断拉力和承载能力小,且缆绳结构复杂,生产难度大,结构伸长大,不能满足海洋工程打捞、锚泊、桥梁缆索以及大型吊装索具高承载能力的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种BBSR结构特种缆绳,解决特种缆绳直径小,填充系数小及捻制结构不稳定等技术问题,提高了缆绳的承载能力,满足重大工程建设对特种缆绳的需求。
本发明的一种BBSR结构特种缆绳,它由一根中心绳芯和八根内层股绳和八根外层钢丝绳一次捻制构成,股与股之间呈线接触状态,钢丝与钢丝之间呈面接触状态,捻制结构紧密稳定,缆绳填充系数和破断拉力大。
本发明的中心绳芯结构为6×7+1×7,中心绳芯的股和绳均采用压实结构。
本发明的八根内层股绳结构为1×19S,为压实结构。
本发明的八根外层钢丝绳结构为8×19S+6×7+1×7,由一根1×7结构中心股、六根1×7结构内层股和八根1×19S结构外层股经压实后一次捻制构成,股与股之间呈线接触状态,钢丝与钢丝之间呈面接触状态。
本发明的有益效果:
缆绳直径大、直径可达到280 mm以上,填充系数高,提高了钢丝绳的承载能力,解决了目前国内尚无280 mm以上特种缆绳生产的技术问题、填补国内空白,可满足海洋工程打捞、锚泊、桥梁缆索以及大型吊装索具高承载能力的需求。
