Abstract
一种电梯钢绳专用裹塑碳纤维绳芯,属于电梯技术领域,由碳纤维编织绳外面包裹合成塑料构成,还可以再在合成塑料上包裹吸盘和编织钢丝绳。本发明结构科学合理,由碳纤维编织绳外面包裹合成塑料构成的裹塑绳芯,强度高,润滑定型好,和普通电梯钢丝绳芯相比寿命提高3-5倍。碳纤维绳所承载的拉力是普通钢芯的7-9倍,而重量只有同等钢丝的四分之一,所以采用这种绳芯可以极大的增加钢丝绳的拉力,从而减少钢丝绳整体的外径,减少25%的用绳量,同时提高40%的抗破断拉力,起到节约成本,降低钢丝绳自重带来的一系列不利影响。在电梯钢丝绳上的应用非常有前景,是电梯曳引绳的理想绳芯。
Description
技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种电梯钢绳绳芯的结构,尤其是电梯钢绳专用裹塑碳纤维绳芯结构,属于电梯技术领域。
背景技术
现在电梯的钢丝绳的绳芯都是采用麻芯或钢芯。这两种型式都分别起到润滑定型和增加强度的作用,钢芯虽然可以增加强度,但是特有的物理特性-刚性太强,容易断。而麻芯主要是润滑定型,抗拉力性能是很弱的。所以,要提高电梯钢丝绳的使用性能,设计一种强度高,润滑定型好的绳芯是非常重要的。一些电梯钢丝绳的生产企业、科研单位做了许多研究和开发,但一直未能获得满意的成果,而电梯的安装和用户也都希望有一种强度高,润滑定型好,使用寿命长的电梯用钢丝绳。
发明内容
本发明目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,并为满足市场的需要,提供一种能提高电梯钢绳使用性能的电梯钢绳专用裹塑碳纤维绳芯。采用裹塑碳纤维绳芯的电梯钢绳强度高,润滑定型好,使用寿命长。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种电梯钢绳专用裹塑碳纤维绳芯,其特征是,由碳纤维编织绳外面包裹合成塑料构成。
所述合成塑料表面包裹有一层密布着一排排微细埂、槽的吸盘。
所述合成塑料表面设有一层密布着一排排微细埂、槽的吸盘和编织钢丝绳,吸盘包裹在合成塑料表面,编织钢丝绳均匀设置在吸盘外周。
本发明结构科学合理,由碳纤维编织绳外面包裹合成塑料构成的裹塑绳芯,强度高,润滑定型好,和普通电梯钢丝绳芯相比寿命提高3-5倍。包裹塑料表面模仿壁虎的吸盘模式,设置一层密布着一排排微细埂槽的吸盘,大大地增加了和其它材料的结合性。碳纤维编织绳外面包裹塑料,则可以避免碳纤维易飘散、易导电这方面的缺陷,防止对电气线路造成短路。碳纤维绳所承载的拉力是普通钢芯的7-9倍,而重量只有同等钢丝的四分之一,所以采用这种绳芯可以极大的增加钢丝绳的拉力,从而减少钢丝绳整体的外径,减少25%的用绳量,同时提高40%的抗破断拉力,起到节约成本,降低钢丝绳自重带来的一系列不利影响。在电梯钢丝绳上的应用非常有前景,是电梯曳引绳的理想绳芯。

具体实施方式
一种电梯钢绳专用裹塑碳纤维绳芯,由碳纤维编织绳1外面包裹合成塑料2构成,或者由碳纤维编织绳外面包裹合成塑料,再在合成塑料包裹一层密布着一排排微细埂、槽的吸盘3构成,或者由碳纤维编织绳外面包裹合成塑料,先在合成塑料包裹一层密布着一排排微细埂、槽的吸盘3,再在吸盘3上编织钢丝绳4构成。

1.一种电梯钢绳专用裹塑碳纤维绳芯,其特征是,由碳纤维编织绳外面包裹合成塑料构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯钢绳专用裹塑碳纤维绳芯,其特征是,所述合成塑料表面包裹有一层密布着一排排微细埂、槽的吸盘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯钢绳专用裹塑碳纤维绳芯,其特征是,所述合成塑料表面设有一层密布着一排排微细埂、槽的吸盘和编织钢丝绳,吸盘包裹在合成塑料表面,编织钢丝绳均匀设置在吸盘外周。
