一种裹塑碳纤维电梯专用扁平曳引带,属于电梯技术领域。采用多股碳纤维细绳先编织成有网孔的碳纤维扁平带,然后采用合成塑料与碳纤维扁平带一起注塑成型,碳纤维扁平带包裹在合成塑料中,碳纤维扁平带网孔内充实的合成塑料与碳纤维扁平带上、下面和四周包裹的合成塑料形成整体。本实用新型抗拉强度是同等截面钢带的7-10倍,重量轻,密度只有普通钢材的1/4,曳引带的截面积减少65%,同时提高70%的抗破断拉力,耐久性好,和普通电梯钢带相比,寿命提高3倍。裹塑曳引带与轮的接触密切,接触面比压低,无曳引磨损。绳的可弯曲增加,可使曳引轮直径的变小,使主机驱动功率降低,节约成本,是理想的电梯曳引传动带。

背景技术
现在电梯的曳引传动带都是采用钢丝和塑料编织而成,由于钢丝的抗拉强度有一定的要求,就带来重量和成本的增加,同时钢丝的钢性特点受弯曲程度的限制使曳引轮的直径不能小于一定的范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种裹塑碳纤维电梯专用扁平曳引带,裹塑曳引带与轮的接触更为密切,接触面比压低,带与轮之间的面接触代替了点接触,减少噪音,同时较多的接触面带来更加安静平滑的电梯运行,使带与轮的使用寿命更久。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种裹塑碳纤维电梯专用扁平曳引带,其特征是,由多股碳纤维细绳先编织成有网孔的碳纤维扁平带包裹在合成塑料中,所述碳纤维扁平带与合成塑料一起注塑成型,碳纤维扁平带网孔内充实的合成塑料与碳纤维扁平带上、下面和两侧边包裹的合成塑料连接成整体。

1.一种裹塑碳纤维电梯专用扁平曳引带,其特征是,由多股碳纤维细绳先编织成有网孔的碳纤维扁平带包裹在合成塑料中,所述碳纤维扁平带与合成塑料一起注塑成型,碳纤维扁平带网孔内充实的合成塑料与碳纤维扁平带上、下面和两侧边包裹的合成塑料连接成整体。
2.根据权利要求所述的一种裹塑碳纤维电梯专用扁平曳引带,其特征是,所述碳纤维扁平带上、下面和两侧边包裹的合成塑料的厚度相等。
