本实用新型提供了一种二十七股钢帘线。
背景技术
目前全钢工程机械子午线轮胎中使用的7*7+1型钢帘线,由七根钢丝预先编捻成股线,再将内层一根股线和外层六根股线交互编捻,最后再加上外缠丝形成帘线。由于是交互编捻,钢丝之间呈点接触,钢丝易产生磨损。7*7+1型钢帘线由于帘线直径较大,无法通过增加帘布中钢帘线排列密度的方式满足大规格工程轮胎的强度需求。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种二十七股钢帘线,它不但直径小,可以通过提高帘布中钢帘线排列密度来增加轮胎的整体强度,而且无外缠丝,可以避免外缠丝对外层钢丝的磨损,提高轮胎的使用寿命,并减少加工步骤降低成本。
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:一种二十七股钢帘线,它由钢丝编捻而成,它包括外层钢丝层、中间层钢丝层和内层钢丝层,内层钢丝层由三根钢丝层编捻而成,中间层钢丝层包括九根钢丝,九根钢丝均匀排布在内层钢丝层周围作同向编捻,外层钢丝层包括十五根钢丝,十五根钢丝均匀排布在中间层钢丝层周围作同向编捻形成截面为圆形的钢帘线。
所述的外层钢丝层、中间层钢丝层和内层钢丝层的捻向均为Z捻。所述的外层钢丝层的钢丝直径为0.245mm,外层钢丝层(1)钢丝编捻的捻距为18.0mm。所述的中间层钢丝层的钢丝直径为0.245mm,中间层钢丝层钢丝编捻的捻距为12.5mm。所述的内层钢丝层的钢丝直径为0.245mm,内层钢丝层钢丝编捻的捻距为6.3mm。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:采用以上技术方案,这样不但提高钢丝强度,减少钢丝根数,增大钢丝直径,在保证满足钢帘线强度要求的前提下,降低钢帘线线密度,减小钢帘线直径,并通过增加帘布中钢帘线排列密度的方式满足大规格工程轮胎的强度需求,减小轮胎自重,减少原材料消耗。本实用新型采用层与层之间同向编捻,不加外缠丝,降低钢丝之间的磨损,提高钢帘线的耐磨损性能和抗疲劳性能,满足工程机械子午线轮胎长期在路况恶劣的环境下工作的需要,提高轮胎的使用寿命,也减少了加工步骤,降低生产成本,提高经济效益。
