本实用新型公开了一种十股钢帘线,它由钢丝编捻而成,它由三根芯线和七根均匀排布在芯线周围的单丝作同向编捻,形成截面为圆形的钢帘线,内层芯线呈正三角形排列。七根单丝对中间的芯线不完全包裹,留有更多的间隙,便于橡胶的渗透,有利于提高橡胶与钢帘线之间的粘合力,从而避免因湿气(水分)进入到钢帘线内部而引起腐蚀。它还具有较好的耐冲击性能、耐穿刺等优越性能。

本实用新型涉及充气轮胎中带束层使用的十股钢帘线。
背景技术
目前轻载卡车中使用3+6型钢帘线,由内层三根芯线和外层六根单丝组成,六根单丝密集排列在芯线周围,单丝之间几乎没有间隙,使得橡胶很难渗透进钢帘线中,引起钢帘线与橡胶的粘合力下降。而且由于橡胶不能充分渗透到钢帘线中,钢帘线的单丝中可能有空隙,这些空隙起到导流潮气或盐渗透进钢帘线中,当轮胎被反复挠曲时,钢帘线可能加速腐蚀,降低轮胎的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种渗胶性能好、耐腐蚀性能力强、耐穿刺十股钢帘线。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种十股钢帘线,它由三根芯线和七根均匀排布在芯线周围的单丝作同向编捻,形成截面为圆形的钢帘线,内层芯线呈正三角形排列。
内层芯线和外层单丝的捻向均为S捻;内层芯线的直径为0.20mm,外层单丝直径为0.225mm;内层芯线编捻的捻距为6.3mm,外层单丝编捻的捻距为14.0mm。
外层采用七根单丝,其直径小于3+6型钢帘线中所使用的单丝直径,但相应增加了一根单丝,以保持或提高钢帘线的力学性能,保证轮胎达到相应的承载能力。七根单丝对中间的芯线不完全包裹,留有更多的间隙,便于橡胶的渗透,有利于提高橡胶与钢帘线之间的粘合力,从而避免因湿气(水分)进入到钢帘线内部而引起腐蚀。它还具有较好的耐冲击性能、耐穿刺等优越性能。它是一步成型,因此这种钢帘线的生产成本可以显著降低,提高经济效益。

根据图1所示,本实用新型一种十股钢帘线,它由内层三根芯线和外层七根单丝同向一次编捻成型,捻向为S捻,形成截面为圆形的帘线体,内层三根芯线呈正三角形排列。内层芯线的直径为0.20mm,外层单丝直径为0.225mm。内层芯线与外层单丝编捻时的捻距分别为6.3mm和14.0mm。

1.一种十股钢帘线,它由钢丝编捻而成,其特征在于它由三根芯线和七根均匀排布在芯线周围的单丝作同向编捻,形成截面为圆形的钢帘线,内层芯线呈正三角形排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的十股钢帘线,其特征在内层芯线和外层单丝的捻向均为S捻。
3.根据权利要求1所述的十股钢帘线,其特征在于内层芯线的直径为0.20mm,外层单丝直径为0.225mm。
4.根据权利要求1、2或者3所述的十股钢帘线,其特征在于内层芯线编捻的捻距为6.3mm,外层单丝编捻的捻距为14.0mm。
