目前的钢帘线重量比较重，这样可以增大轮胎重量，而且强度低，渗胶性能差，而且胶料使用量比较大。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种充气轮胎中带束层使用的钢帘线，它不但渗胶性能好、耐腐蚀性能力强、耐穿刺钢帘线，而且可减轻轮胎重量，具备强度高，渗胶性能好等优势，节约胶料使用量，能够节约能源以及客户的生产成本。
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：一种九股钢帘线，它包括内芯和外层钢丝层，内芯包括两根芯线钢丝，所述外层钢丝层包括七根外层钢丝，七根外层钢丝均匀排布在两根芯线钢丝的周围，七根外层钢丝围绕两根芯线钢丝进行编捻形成截面为圆形的钢帘线，两根芯线钢丝呈矩形排列。
所述的七根外层钢丝围绕两根芯线钢丝进行编捻的捻向成S捻。所述的外层钢丝的直径为0.30mm。所述的芯线钢丝的直径为0.30mm。
所述的两根芯线钢丝编捻的捻距为9mm。所述的七根外层钢丝围绕两根芯线钢丝，进行编捻的捻距为17mm。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：采用了以上技术方案后，本实用新型芯线钢丝和外层钢丝采用相同直径钢丝，钢丝直径0.30mm，七根钢丝对中间的两根芯线不完全包裹，留有更多的间隙，便于橡胶的渗透，有利于提高橡胶与钢帘线之间的粘合力，从而避免因湿气（水分）进入到钢帘线内部而引起腐蚀。它还具有较好的耐冲击性能、耐穿刺等优越性能。
