Abstract

聚酯耐磨复合捻绳,涉及纺织绳索,本实用新型提供一种耐磨性能好的聚酯耐磨复合捻绳,本实用新型采用聚酯捻绳,其特征是在聚酯捻绳外层包覆一层聚氨酯。该耐磨复合捻绳保持了聚酯纤维绳索原来特性,能应用于建筑物施工和清洗等需要耐磨要求高的地方,特别是使用超高高度和超长等用于吊装施工人员场合,也可用在交通航运、航天军事、工农业、矿山体育等其它需摩擦系数高如传动等用途大小规格绳索,和特殊需要的耐磨而普通纤维绳索不能胜任的工程。

本实用新型属于纺织绳索。
背景技术
由于聚酯(PET)纤维绳索使用损坏都是以磨损为主,现有的聚酯(PET)纤维绳索为提高耐磨性能,通过以下方法获得:制造时采用加大绳索捻度即减小绳索的捻系数方法,这种减小绳索的捻系数方法的缺陷是大幅度损失了绳索材料的断裂强度,只能以增加绳索线密度方法,从而增加了使用成本和损失了绳索不少使用场合,而且增加了绳索使用后绳索的股易扭曲无法回复和变形等结构不稳定和变形提早报废的风险.
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的问题是提供一种耐磨性能好的聚酯耐磨复合捻绳。
本实用新型的技术方案采用聚酯捻绳,其特征是在聚酯捻绳外层包覆一层聚氨酯。
本实用新型的有益的效果是:耐磨性能好的聚氨酯包覆在聚酯捻绳外层,提高了整个绳索的耐磨性能,聚氨酯涂覆厚度每增加1mm耐磨性能就提高50%以上;而且制造时采用减小绳索捻度即增大绳索的捻系数方法,这种优点是大幅度提高了绳索的断裂强度,绳索线密度减小了15%-25%,断裂强度提高了20%-30%;从而减小了使用成本,增加了绳索的使用场合,而且消除了绳索使用后绳索的股易扭曲无法回复和变形等提早报废的风险.
本实用新型是一种聚酯纤维与聚氨酯复合的耐磨复合捻绳,产品使用范围更广;这种绳索包覆聚氨酯后,不会影响聚酯纤维绳索的原来各项使用功能,而且保持了聚酯纤维绳索原来特性,能应用于建筑物施工和清洗等需要耐磨要求高的地方,特别是使用超高高度和超长度等用于吊装施工人员场合,可以避免绳索使用后绳索的股易扭曲无法回复和变形等而造成吊篮和施工人员坠落的重大人员经济损失的风险。也可用在交通航运、航天军事、工农业、矿山体育等其它需摩擦系数高如传动等用途大小规格绳索;又能应用在特殊需要的耐磨而普通制造方法纤维绳索不能胜任的工程。

具体实施方式
本实用新型采用单根线密度3dtex-10dtex,复丝线密度200dtex-6000dtex聚酯纤维;在捻纱机上捻成线密度400dtex-50000dtex绳纱;采用线密度400dtex-50000dtex绳纱在绳索制股机上捻成绳股;用绳股在三,四,六股制绳机制造成三,四,六股直径4mm-102mm,线密度(米重)8Ktex-9000Ktex(g/m)捻绞绳1(见附图);再在捻绳外层2再包覆1mm-5mm厚聚氨酯。

1.聚酯耐磨复合捻绳,采用聚酯捻绳,其特征是在聚酯捻绳外层包覆一层聚氨酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯耐磨复合捻绳,其特征是聚酯捻绳外层包覆的聚氨酯1mm-5mm厚。
