Abstract

1. Гибридная трансмиссия (10) для автотранспортного средства, содержащая основную коробку (12) передач и электрическую машину (14),в которой основная коробка (12) передач является механической коробкой передач с множеством передач и содержит по меньшей мере один ведущий вал (24), выполненный с возможностью соединения с приводным валом двигателя внутреннего сгорания, и по меньшей мере один промежуточный вал (26), выполненный с возможностью соединения с колесами транспортного средства,в которой электрическая машина (14) разъемно соединена как по меньшей мере с одним ведущим валом (24), так и по меньшей мере с одним промежуточным валом (26) посредством соединительной зубчатой пары (30, 44), которая содержит первое зубчатое колесо (30), установленное вхолостую на по меньшей мере одном ведущем валу (24), и второе зубчатое колесо (44), установленное вхолостую на по меньшей мере на одном промежуточном валу (26) и выполненное с возможностью непосредственного или опосредованного зацепления с первым зубчатым колесом (30) для передачи крутящего момента между электрической машиной (14) и по меньшей мере одним ведущим (24) и по меньшей мере одним промежуточным валом (26),в которой трансмиссия (10) дополнительно содержит первое соединительное устройство (42), расположенное между электрической машиной (14) и по меньшей мере одним ведущим валом (24), для управления соединением между электрической машиной (14) и по меньшей мере одним ведущим валом (24), а также второе соединительное устройство (56), расположенное между электрической машиной (14) и по меньшей мере одним промежуточным валом (26), для управления соединением между электрической машиной (14) и по меньшей мер

Claims (8)

1. Гибридная трансмиссия (10) для автотранспортного средства, содержащая основную коробку (12) передач и электрическую машину (14),
в которой основная коробка (12) передач является механической коробкой передач с множеством передач и содержит по меньшей мере один ведущий вал (24), выполненный с возможностью соединения с приводным валом двигателя внутреннего сгорания, и по меньшей мере один промежуточный вал (26), выполненный с возможностью соединения с колесами транспортного средства,
в которой электрическая машина (14) разъемно соединена как по меньшей мере с одним ведущим валом (24), так и по меньшей мере с одним промежуточным валом (26) посредством соединительной зубчатой пары (30, 44), которая содержит первое зубчатое колесо (30), установленное вхолостую на по меньшей мере одном ведущем валу (24), и второе зубчатое колесо (44), установленное вхолостую на по меньшей мере на одном промежуточном валу (26) и выполненное с возможностью непосредственного или опосредованного зацепления с первым зубчатым колесом (30) для передачи крутящего момента между электрической машиной (14) и по меньшей мере одним ведущим (24) и по меньшей мере одним промежуточным валом (26),
в которой трансмиссия (10) дополнительно содержит первое соединительное устройство (42), расположенное между электрической машиной (14) и по меньшей мере одним ведущим валом (24), для управления соединением между электрической машиной (14) и по меньшей мере одним ведущим валом (24), а также второе соединительное устройство (56), расположенное между электрической машиной (14) и по меньшей мере одним промежуточным валом (26), для управления соединением между электрической машиной (14) и по меньшей мере одним промежуточным валом (26),
в которой первое соединительное устройство (42) выполнено с возможностью перемещения в зацепленное положение, в котором оно соединяет первое зубчатое колесо (30) с соответствующим ведущим валом (24) для вращения, и в расцепленное положение, в котором оно разъединяет первое зубчатое колесо (30) от соответствующего ведущего вала (24), причем второе соединительное устройство (56) выполнено с возможностью перемещения в зацепленное положение, в котором оно соединяет второе зубчатое колесо (44) с соответствующим промежуточным валом (26) для вращения, и в расцепленное положение, в котором оно разъединяет второе зубчатое колесо (44) от соответствующего промежуточного вала (26), причем когда первое соединительное устройство (42) находится в зацепленном положении электрическая машина (14) передает крутящий момент на ведущий вал (24), на котором установлено первое зубчатое колесо (30), а когда второе соединительное устройство (56) находится в зацепленном положении электрическая машина (14) передает крутящий момент на промежуточный вал (26), на котором установлено второе зубчатое колесо,
отличающаяся тем, что она содержит вторую коробку (16) передач с двумя или более передачами, расположенную между электрической машиной (14) и первым зубчатым колесом (30) или вторым зубчатым колесом (44).
2. Трансмиссия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что основная коробка (12) передач содержит множество зубчатых пар (30, 44, 32, 46, 34, 48, 36, 50, 38, 52, 40, 54), каждая из которых выполнена с возможностью включения соответствующей передачи (I, II, III, IV, V, VI) и каждая содержит ведущее зубчатое колесо (30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40), установленное на по меньшей мере одном ведущем валу (24), и ведомое зубчатое колесо (44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54), установленное на по меньшей мере одном промежуточном валу (26) и выполненное с возможностью непосредственного или опосредованного зацепления с соответствующим ведущим зубчатым колесом (30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40), причем соединительная зубчатая пара (30, 44) образует часть множества зубчатых пар (30, 44, 32, 46, 34, 48, 36, 50, 38, 52, 40, 54).
3. Трансмиссия по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что соединительная зубчатая пара (30, 44) выполнена с возможностью включения промежуточной передачи основной коробки (12) передач.
4. Трансмиссия по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что основная коробка (12) передач является коробкой передач с шестью передачами, причем соединительная зубчатая пара (30, 44) выполнена с возможностью включения третьей передачи основной коробки (12) передач.
5. Трансмиссия по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что электрическая машина (14) содержит выходной вал (62) и выходное зубчатое колесо (64), установленное вхолостую на выходном валу (62) и соединенное с первым зубчатым колесом (30) или со вторым зубчатым колесом (44) для вращения, в которой вторая коробка (16) передач содержит редукторный механизм (68), расположенный между выходным валом (62) и выходным зубчатым колесом (64), и соединительное устройство (70), сопряженное с выходным зубчатым колесом (64), причем редукторный механизм (68) содержит входной элемент (72) и выходной элемент (78), при этом соединительное устройство (70) второй коробки (16) передач выполнено с возможностью перемещения по меньшей мере в первое зацепленное положение, в котором оно для вращения соединяет выходное зубчатое колесо (64) с выходным элементом (78) для включения первой передачи или нижней передачи второй коробки (16) передач, и во второе зацепленное положение, в котором оно для вращения соединяет выходное зубчатое колесо (64) непосредственно с выходным валом (62) для включения второй передачи или верхней передачи второй коробки (16) передач.
6. Трансмиссия по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что редукторный механизм (68) является планетарным редукторным механизмом.
7. Трансмиссия по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что соединительное устройство (70) второй коробки (16) передач выполнено с возможностью перемещения в нейтральное положение, в котором оно разъединяет выходное зубчатое колесо (64) как от выходного вала (62), так и от выходного элемента (78).
8. Трансмиссия по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что соединительное устройство (70) второй коробки (16) передач выполнено с возможностью перемещения в нейтральное положение, в котором оно разъединяет выходное зубчатое колесо (64) как от выходного вала (62), так и от выходного элемента (78).
