- дифференциал (36) для передачи вращательного движения к колесам полуоси транспортного средства,
- первый механизм (26) трансмиссии, расположенный между первичным валом (14) и вторичным валом (16) для передачи вращательного движения между первичным валом (14) и вторичным валом (16),
- второй механизм (40) трансмиссии, расположенный между вторичным валом (16) и дифференциалом (36) для передачи вращательного движения между вторичным валом (16) и дифференциалом (36),
- муфта (54) свободного хода, выполненная с возможностью взаимодействия с вторичным валом (16) таким образом, что вторичный вал (16) выполнен с возможностью приема вращательного движения от двигателя внутреннего сгорания (ICE) через муфту (54) свободного хода, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит расположенный выше по ходу движения относительно муфты (54) свободного хода редукторный механизм (58, 62), при этом вторичный вал (16) выполнен с возможностью приема вращательного движения от двигателя внутреннего сгорания (ICE) через редукторный механизм (58, 62), так же как и через муфту (54) свободного хода.
2. Трансмиссия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что входное зубчатое колесо (60) установлено на вторичном валу (16) и содержит ступицу (56), которая присоединена с возможностью передачи приводного усилия для вращения совместно с вторичным валом (16), и кольцевое зубчатое колесо (58), в котором муфта (54) свободного хода расположена между ступицей (56)и кольцевым зубчатым колесом (58) входного зубчатого колеса (60), и в которой редукторный механизм (58, 62) содержит кольцевое зубчатое колесо (58) и шестерню (62), которая выполнена с возможностью приведения во вращение двигателем внутреннего сгорания (ICE), при этом она напрямую или опосредовано входит в зацепление с кольцевым зубчатым колесом (58).
3. Трансмиссия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что входной шкив установлен на вторичном валу (16) и содержит ступицу, которая присоединена с возможностью передачи приводного усилия для вращения совместно с вторичным валом (16), и внешнее кольцо, в котором муфта (54) свободного хода расположена между ступицей и внешним кольцом входного шкива, и в которой редукторный механизм содержит внешнее кольцо входного шкива и приводной шкив, который выполнен с возможностью приведения во вращение двигателем внутреннего сгорания (ICE), при этом они присоединены напрямую или опосредованно с помощью ремня к внешнему кольцу входного шкива.
4. Трансмиссия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что первый механизм (26) трансмиссии образован с помощью зубчатой передачи, содержащей приводную шестерню (28), которая поддерживается на первичном валу (14) и приводится в действие зубчатым колесом (30), которое поддерживается на вторичном валу (16), при этом и приводная шестерня (28), и приводное зубчатое колесо (30) соединены с возможностью передачи приводного усилия для вращения с соответствующим валом.
5. Трансмиссия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что первый механизм (26) трансмиссии содержит механическую коробку передач.
6. Трансмиссия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что второй механизм (40) трансмиссии содержит промежуточный вал (18), выполненный с возможностью соединения для вращения как со вторичным валом (16), так и с дифференциалом (36) для изменения направления вращения дифференциала (36), при этом направление вращения вторичного вала (16) остается неизменным.
7. Трансмиссия по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что второй механизм (40) трансмиссии содержит соединительное устройство (42), выполненное с возможностью смещения в нейтральное положение, в котором оно отсоединяет вторичный вал (16) от дифференциала (36) и от промежуточного вала (18).
8. Трансмиссия по любому из пп.1-7, отличающаяся тем, что содержит выходную шестерню (52), установленную на вторичном валу (16) и выполненную с возможностью присоединения и передачи приводного усилия для вращения с валом, для передачи вращательного движения также к колесам другой полуоси транспортного средства.
9. Трансмиссия по п.6 или 7, отличающаяся тем, что содержит выходную шестерню (52), установленную на промежуточном валу (18) и выполненную с возможностью передачи приводного усилия для вращения с валом для передачи вращательного движения также к колесам другой полуоси транспортного средства.
10. Гибридная движительная установка для транспортного средства, содержащая трансмиссию (10), электрическую машину (ЕМ), и двигатель внутреннего сгорания (ICE), в которой трансмиссия (10) содержит:
- первичный вал (14), напрямую соединенный с электрической машиной (EM), для приема от нее вращательного движения,
- вторичный вал (16),
- дифференциал (36) для передачи вращательного движения к колесам полуоси транспортного средства,
- первый механизм (26) трансмиссии, расположенный между первичным валом (14) и вторичным валом (16) для передачи вращательного движения между первичным валом (14) и вторичным валом (16),
- второй механизм (40) трансмиссии, расположенный между вторичным валом (16) и дифференциалом (36) для передачи вращательного движения между вторичным валом (16) и дифференциалом (36), и
- муфту (54) свободного хода, предназначенную для взаимодействия со вторичным валом (16), при этом вторичный вал (16) установлен с возможностью приема вращательного движения от двигателя внутреннего сгорания (ICE) через муфту (54) свободного хода, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит расположенный выше по ходу движения от муфты (54) свободного хода редукторный механизм (58, 62), при этом вторичный вал (16) выполнен с возможностью приема вращательного движения от двигателя внутреннего сгорания (ICE) через редукторный механизм (58, 62), так же как и через муфту (54) свободного хода.
11. Установка по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что содержит коробку передач (64), расположенную между двигателем внутреннего сгорания (ICE) и редукторным механизмом (58, 62).
12. Установка по п.11, в которой коробка передач (64) выполнена в виде бесступенчатой коробки передач.
