Abstract
Description
図5から図15では、主ギアボックス12の第1、第2、第3、第4、第5及び第6ギアに関連づけられたギアセットがそれぞれ、ローマ数字I、II、III、IV、V及びVIを用いて示され、低速ギア及び高速ギアの係合に対応する副ギアボックス16の連結装置70の位置がそれぞれ、L及びHを用いて示されている。図5から図15に示される各概略図では、伝動装置のトルク経路は、矢印を用いて示されている。
電気機械が伝動装置の入力側(一次シャフト)にも出力側(二次シャフト)にも接続されず、従って車両車輪が内燃機関からのみトルクを受け取る非ハイブリットけん引モード、
電気機械が1つ若しくはそれ以上の伝達率(提案実施形態では2つの伝達率)で伝動装置の出力側(二次シャフト)に接続され、内燃機関に平行に車両車輪のためのトルクを発生させるモータとして作動するハイブリッドけん引モード、
電気機械が1つ若しくはそれ以上の伝達率(提案実施形態では2つの伝達率)で伝動装置の出力側(二次シャフト)に接続され、内燃機関の代わりに車両車輪のためのトルクを発生させるモータとして作動する純粋電気けん引モードであって、そのようなモードが、純粋電気モード(前進又は後退のいずれかで、後退は電気機械の回転方向を反転することにより得られる)で駆動するとき、あるいは1つのギアから他のギアへシフトするときに生じるトルク伝達における遮断(所謂「トルクホール」)を補償する又は少なくとも低減する主ギアボックスのシフト段階中に使用され得る純粋電気けん引モード、
電気機械が伝動装置の入力側(一次シャフト)に接続され、車両の内燃機関を始動させる始動モータとして作動する始動モード、
電気機械が伝動装置の入力側(一次シャフト)に接続され、車両に搭載されたバッテリを充電する電力発電機として作動するために車両の内燃機関から運動を受け取る生成モード、及び、
電気機械が伝動装置の出力側(二次シャフト)に接続され、車両に搭載されてバッテリを充電する電力発電機として作動するために車両車輪から動作を受け取る運動エネルギー回収モードであって、そのような動作モードでは、電気機械からの抵抗トルクは車両車輪に制動効果を引き起こし、従って制動補助手段として使用することができる運動エネルギー回収モード、
で動作することができる。
Claims (7)
- 主ギアボックス(12)と単一電気機械(14)とを有する自動車両用ハイブリッド伝動装置であって、
前記主ギアボックス(12)が、複数のギアを備えた機械的ギアボックスであり、車両の内燃機関の駆動シャフトに接続するように構成された少なくとも1つの一次シャフト(24)と、車両車輪に接続するように構成された少なくとも1つの二次シャフト(26)とを有し、
前記電気機械(14)が、前記少なくとも1つの一次シャフト(24)と前記少なくとも1つの二次シャフト(26)との両方に接続ギアセット(30、44)を用いて解放可能に接続され、該接続ギアセット(30、44)が、前記少なくとも1つの一次シャフト(24)に空転状態で取り付けられた第1歯車(30)と、前記少なくとも1つの二次シャフト(26)に空転状態で取り付けられると共に、前記電気機械(14)と前記少なくとも1つの一次シャフト(24)と少なくとも1つの二次シャフト(26)との間でトルクの伝達を可能にするように、前記第1歯車(30)と直接的に又は間接的に噛み合う第2歯車(44)とを含み、
前記伝動装置(10)がさらに、前記電気機械(14)と前記少なくとも1つの一次シャフト(24)との間の接続を制御するために前記電気機械(14)と前記少なくとも1つの一次シャフト(24)との間に介在された第1連結装置(42)と、前記電気機械(14)と前記少なくとも1つの二次シャフト(26)との間の接続を制御するために前記電気機械(14)と前記少なくとも1つの二次シャフト(26)との間に介在された第2連結装置(56)とを有し、
前記第1連結装置(42)が、該第1連結装置が前記第1歯車(30)をそれぞれの一次シャフト(24)と回転のために接続する係合位置と、該第1連結装置が前記第1歯車(30)をそれぞれの一次シャフト(24)から接続を断つ解放位置とにシフト可能であり、前記第2連結装置(56)が、該第2連結装置が前記第2歯車(44)をそれぞれの二次シャフト(26)と回転のために接続する係合位置と、該第2連結装置が、前記第1連結装置(42)が前記係合位置にある状態で前記第1歯車(30)が取り付けられた一次シャフト(24)に前記電気機械(14)がトルクを伝達することができる一方、前記第2連結装置(56)が前記係合位置にある状態で前記第2歯車(44)が取り付けられた二次シャフト(26)に前記電気機械(14)がトルクを伝達することができるように、前記第2歯車(44)をそれぞれの二次シャフト(26)から接続を断つ解放位置とに少なくともシフト可能である自動車両用ハイブリッド伝動装置において、
前記電気機械(14)と前記第1歯車(30)又は前記第2歯車(44)との間に介在された2つ若しくはそれ以上のギアを備えた副ギアボックス(16)をさらに有する、
ことを特徴とする自動車両用ハイブリッド伝動装置。 - 前記主ギアボックス(12)が、複数のギアセット(30,44,32,46,34,48,36,50,38,52,40,54)を有し、該複数のギアセットが、それぞれのギア(I,II,III,IV,V,VI)をそれぞれ実行するように構成され、それぞれ前記少なくとも1つの一次シャフト(24)によって保持される駆動歯車(30,32,34,36,38,40)と、前記少なくとも1つの二次シャフト(26)によって保持されると共に、それぞれの駆動歯車(30,32,34,36,38,40)と直接的に又は間接的に噛み合う被駆動歯車(44,46,48,50,52,54)とを有し、前記接続ギアセット(30,44)が、前記複数のギアセット(30,44,32,46,34,48,36,50,38,52,40,54)の一部を形成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝動装置。 - 前記接続ギアセット(30,44)が、前記主ギアボックス(12)の中間ギアを実行するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の伝動装置。 - 前記主ギアボックス(12)が、6つのギアを備えたギアボックスであり、前記接続ギアセット(30,44)が、前記主ギアボックス(12)の第3ギアを実行するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の伝動装置。 - 前記電気機械(14)が、出力シャフト(62)と、該出力シャフト(62)に空転状態で取り付けられると共に前記第1歯車(30)又は前記第2歯車(44)と回転のために接続される出力歯車(64)とを有し、前記副ギアボックス(16)が、前記出力シャフト(62)と前記出力歯車(64)との間に介在された減速機構(68)と、前記出力歯車(64)に関連付けられた連結装置(70)とを有し、前記減速機構(68)が、入力部材(72)と出力部材(78)とを有し、前記副ギアボックス(16)の前記連結装置(70)が、前記副ギアボックス(16)の第1ギア、すなわち低速ギアを実行するために該連結装置が前記出力歯車(64)を前記出力部材(78)と回転のために接続する第1係合位置と、前記副ギアボックス(16)の第2ギア、すなわち高速ギアを実行するために該連結装置が前記出力歯車(64)を前記出力シャフト(62)と直接的に回転のために接続する第2係合位置とに少なくともシフト可能である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の伝動装置。 - 前記減速機構(68)は、遊星減速機構である、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の伝動装置。 - 前記副ギアボックス(16)の連結装置(70)がまた、該連結装置が前記出力歯車(64)を前記出力シャフト(62)と前記出力部材(78)の両方から接続を断つ中立位置にまたシフト可能である、
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の伝動装置。
