Abstract
1. Продавливаемая упаковка, содержащая базовый материал и кроющий материал, состоящий из вытянутой пленки, включающей в себя, по меньшей мере, один слой, причем слой содержит:- термопластическую смолу, включающую в себя, по меньшей мере, одно соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из смолсополимеров стирола и акриловой кислоты, смолсополимеров стирола и метакриловой кислоты, смолсополимеров стирола и малеинового ангидрида и смолтерполимеров, содержащих два компонента мономера, представляющие собой одну из этих трех смол-сополимеров и компонент сложного эфира, и- неорганический наполнитель, в количестве, менее 5 массовых долей относительно 100 массовых долей термопластической смолы.2. Продавливаемая упаковка по п.1, в которой вытянутая пленка имеет величину 0,24,0 МПа для пиковой величины ориентационного напряжения, измеренного при температуре на 20°C выше, чем температура размягчения по Вика термопластической смолы, в машинном направлении (MD) или в поперечном направлении (TD) пленки.3. Продавливаемая упаковка по п.1, в которой вытянутая пленка имеет величину 0,24,0 МПа для пиковой величины ориентационного напряжения, измеренного при температуре на 20°C выше, чем температура размягчения по Вика термопластической смолы, как в машинном направлении (MD), так и в поперечном направлении (TD) пленки.4. Продавливаемая упаковка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой средний размер частиц неорганического наполнителя составляет 110 мкм.5. Продавливаемая упаковка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой неорганический наполнитель является аморфным алюмосиликатом.6. Продавливаемая упаковка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой вытянутая пленка имеет прочность на п
Claims (8)
1. Продавливаемая упаковка, содержащая базовый материал и кроющий материал, состоящий из вытянутой пленки, включающей в себя, по меньшей мере, один слой, причем слой содержит:
- термопластическую смолу, включающую в себя, по меньшей мере, одно соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из смолсополимеров стирола и акриловой кислоты, смолсополимеров стирола и метакриловой кислоты, смолсополимеров стирола и малеинового ангидрида и смолтерполимеров, содержащих два компонента мономера, представляющие собой одну из этих трех смол-сополимеров и компонент сложного эфира, и
- неорганический наполнитель, в количестве, менее 5 массовых долей относительно 100 массовых долей термопластической смолы.
2. Продавливаемая упаковка по п.1, в которой вытянутая пленка имеет величину 0,24,0 МПа для пиковой величины ориентационного напряжения, измеренного при температуре на 20°C выше, чем температура размягчения по Вика термопластической смолы, в машинном направлении (MD) или в поперечном направлении (TD) пленки.
3. Продавливаемая упаковка по п.1, в которой вытянутая пленка имеет величину 0,24,0 МПа для пиковой величины ориентационного напряжения, измеренного при температуре на 20°C выше, чем температура размягчения по Вика термопластической смолы, как в машинном направлении (MD), так и в поперечном направлении (TD) пленки.
4. Продавливаемая упаковка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой средний размер частиц неорганического наполнителя составляет 110 мкм.
5. Продавливаемая упаковка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой неорганический наполнитель является аморфным алюмосиликатом.
6. Продавливаемая упаковка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой вытянутая пленка имеет прочность на прокалывание 15 Н.
7. Продавливаемая упаковка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой вытянутая пленка имеет толщину 530 мкм.
8. Продавливаемая упаковка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой вытянутая пленка имеет осажденный из паров слой алюминия, ламинированный, по меньшей мере, на одну сторону.
