Abstract
1. Водная композиция покрытия, содержащая:a. водный носитель;b. смолистый компонент в смеси с водным носителем; иc. один или более глинистых агентов, предотвращающих образование натеков, диспергированных в водной композиции покрытия, при этом один или более глинистых агентов, предотвращающих образование натеков, содержат гидрофильную глину и присутствуют в количестве, достаточном для обеспечения водной композиции покрытия с устойчивостью к образованию натеков при 80% относительной влажности и 25°C, составляющей, по меньшей мере, 60% устойчивости к образованию натеков водной композиции покрытия при 50% относительной влажности и 25°C.2. Водная композиция покрытия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что водная композиция покрытия имеет рН менее чем 6.3. Водная композиция покрытия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что водная композиция покрытия содержит менее 2 мас.ч. ассоциативных агентов устойчивости к образованию натеков на 10 мас.ч. одного или более глинистых агентов, предотвращающих образование натеков, содержащих органически модифицированную глину.4. Водная композиция покрытия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что один или более глинистых агентов, предотвращающих образование натеков, содержат бентонит.5. Водная композиция покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что один или более глинистых агентов, предотвращающих образование натеков, имеют средний размер частиц менее чем 1 мкм.6. Водная композиция покрытия по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что водная композиция покрытия имеет вязкость по Стормеру от 50 до 90 единиц Кребса при 25°C.7. Система покрытия, содержащая:a. первую водную композицию покрытия, содержащую водную композици
Claims (10)
1. Водная композиция покрытия, содержащая:
a. водный носитель;
b. смолистый компонент в смеси с водным носителем; и
c. один или более глинистых агентов, предотвращающих образование натеков, диспергированных в водной композиции покрытия, при этом один или более глинистых агентов, предотвращающих образование натеков, содержат гидрофильную глину и присутствуют в количестве, достаточном для обеспечения водной композиции покрытия с устойчивостью к образованию натеков при 80% относительной влажности и 25°C, составляющей, по меньшей мере, 60% устойчивости к образованию натеков водной композиции покрытия при 50% относительной влажности и 25°C.
2. Водная композиция покрытия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что водная композиция покрытия имеет рН менее чем 6.
3. Водная композиция покрытия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что водная композиция покрытия содержит менее 2 мас.ч. ассоциативных агентов устойчивости к образованию натеков на 10 мас.ч. одного или более глинистых агентов, предотвращающих образование натеков, содержащих органически модифицированную глину.
4. Водная композиция покрытия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что один или более глинистых агентов, предотвращающих образование натеков, содержат бентонит.
5. Водная композиция покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что один или более глинистых агентов, предотвращающих образование натеков, имеют средний размер частиц менее чем 1 мкм.
6. Водная композиция покрытия по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что водная композиция покрытия имеет вязкость по Стормеру от 50 до 90 единиц Кребса при 25°C.
7. Система покрытия, содержащая:
a. первую водную композицию покрытия, содержащую водную композицию покрытия по п.1; и
b. вторую водную композицию покрытия, содержащую:
i. второй носитель; и
ii. второй смолистый компонент в смеси со вторым носителем.
8. Изделие с покрытием, содержащее:
поверхность подложки;
первое покрытие, сформированное непосредственно или опосредованно на, по меньшей мере, части поверхности подложки, при этом указанное первое покрытие содержит первую водную композицию покрытия по п.1; и
опционально, второе покрытие, сформированное непосредственно или опосредованно на, по меньшей мере, части первого покрытия.
9. Способ покрытия металлической поверхности изделия, включающий стадии, на которых:
наносят на, по меньшей мере, часть подложки, имеющей металлическую поверхность, в условиях, эффективных для формирования покрытия, водную композицию покрытия по п.1.
10. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что упомянутые условия включают выдерживание композиции до высыхания в среде, имеющей относительную влажность в диапазоне до приблизительно 95% влажности за период времени в диапазоне от 10 до 30 мин, с образованием пленки, имеющей толщину в диапазоне от приблизительно 25 до 130 мкм, при этом композиция имеет pH в диапазоне от приблизительно 4 до 9.
