Abstract
1. Активный буфер для транспортного средства, содержащий основную стенку, выполненную с возможностью прикрепления к жесткой конструкции транспортного средства, и переднюю стенку, которая располагается поверх основной стенки и образует деталь внутренней отделки салона транспортного средства; причем основная стенка имеет первую поверхность, обращенную к передней стенке, а передняя стенка имеет вторую поверхность, обращенную к основной стенке; основная и передняя стенки состоят из формованных пластиковых компонентов и соединены по замкнутому контуру с образованием надуваемой камеры с изначально свободным пространством между первой и второй поверхностями; одна из основной или передней стенок имеет широкое ребро, выступающее над ее поверхностью непрерывно вдоль замкнутого контура, причем широкое ребро имеет заданную радиальную ширину по всему замкнутому контуру; при этом другая стенка имеет несколько узких ребер, концентрически выступающих над ее поверхностью непрерывно вдоль замкнутого контура, причем каждое узкое ребро приварено к широкому ребру и имеет соответствующую радиальную ширину в каждом соответствующем месте замкнутого контура, меньшую половины радиальной ширины широкого ребра в этом месте.2. Claims (21)
1. Активный буфер для транспортного средства, содержащий основную стенку, выполненную с возможностью прикрепления к жесткой конструкции транспортного средства, и переднюю стенку, которая располагается поверх основной стенки и образует деталь внутренней отделки салона транспортного средства; причем основная стенка имеет первую поверхность, обращенную к передней стенке, а передняя стенка имеет вторую поверхность, обращенную к основной стенке; основная и передняя стенки состоят из формованных пластиковых компонентов и соединены по замкнутому контуру с образованием надуваемой камеры с изначально свободным пространством между первой и второй поверхностями; одна из основной или передней стенок имеет широкое ребро, выступающее над ее поверхностью непрерывно вдоль замкнутого контура, причем широкое ребро имеет заданную радиальную ширину по всему замкнутому контуру; при этом другая стенка имеет несколько узких ребер, концентрически выступающих над ее поверхностью непрерывно вдоль замкнутого контура, причем каждое узкое ребро приварено к широкому ребру и имеет соответствующую радиальную ширину в каждом соответствующем месте замкнутого контура, меньшую половины радиальной ширины широкого ребра в этом месте.

Активный буфер по п.1, дополнительно содержащий несколько разрушаемых выступов между основной и передней стенками, расположенных внутри изначально пустого пространства, причем разрушаемые выступы приварены в соответствующих местах соединения, образованных при сварке широкого ребра и узких ребер.
11. Активный буфер по п.1, в котором узкие ребра имеют клиновидную форму.
12. Активный буфер по п.1, в котором широкое ребро и узкие ребра имеют волнообразную форму.
13. Способ изготовления активного буфера для транспортного средства, включающий в себя следующие стадии:
литьевое формование основной стенки для прикрепления к жесткой конструкции транспортного средства, причем основная стенка имеет первую поверхность, направленную от жесткой конструкции, выполнена из пластика и содержит широкое ребро, выступающее над первой поверхностью непрерывно по замкнутому контуру; при этом широкое ребро имеет заданную радиальную ширину по замкнутому контуру;
литьевое формование передней стенки, накрывающей нижнюю стенку и образующей деталь внутренней отделки салона транспортного средства, причем передняя стенка имеет вторую поверхность, направленную в сторону основной стенки, причем передняя стенка выполнена из пластика и содержит несколько узких ребер, концентрически выступающих над второй поверхностью по замкнутому контуру; при этом каждое узкое ребро имеет соответствующую радиальную ширину в каждом соответствующем месте по замкнутому контуру, меньшую половины радиальной ширины широкого ребра в этих местах;
горячую сварку узких ребер с широким ребром таким образом, чтобы основная и передняя стенки соединились по замкнутому контуру для образования надуваемой камеры с изначально пустым пространством между первой и второй поверхностями.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором несколько узких ребер представляет собой два узких ребра, каждое из которых имеет соответствующую радиальную ширину в соответствующих местах вдоль замкнутого контура, меньшую или равную одной четвертой ширины широкого ребра в этих местах.
15. Способ по п.13, в котором несколько узких ребер представляет собой три узких ребра, каждое из которых имеет соответствующую радиальную ширину в соответствующих местах вдоль замкнутого контура, меньшую или равную одной шестой ширины широкого ребра в этих местах.
16. Способ по п.13, в котором горячая сварка представляет собой сварку нагретым инструментом.
17. Способ по п.13, в котором по меньшей мере одна из нижней или передней стенок имеет несколько выступов для прикрепления к ответной стенке, размещенных внутри изначально пустого пространства, причем способ дополнительно включает в себя сварку нескольких выступов для образования разрушаемых соединений, которые разрушаются во время наполнения надуваемой камеры.
18. Автомобильный буфер, содержащий основную стенку и переднюю стенку, имеющие первую и вторую поверхности по замкнутому контуру, причем основная стенка содержит широкое ребро на первой поверхности по замкнутому контуру, имеющее заданную ширину, а передняя стенка содержит узкие ребра на второй поверхности по замкнутому контуру, каждое из которых приварено к широкому ребру и имеет ширину, меньшую половины ширины широкого ребра.
19. Активный буфер по п.18, в котором узкие ребра представляют собой два узких ребра, каждое из которых имеет соответствующую ширину по замкнутому контуру, меньшую одной четверти ширины широкого ребра.
20. Активный буфер по п.18, в котором узкие ребра представляют собой три узких ребра, каждое из которых имеет соответствующую ширину по замкнутому контуру, меньшую одной шестой ширины широкого ребра.
21. Активный буфер по п.18, в котором широкое ребро и узкие ребра сварены друг с другом с помощью нагретого инструмента.
