Abstract
1. Планшет для образцов, содержащий одну или более лунок, причем единственная или каждая лунка планшета содержит:основание;гнезда, выполненные в указанном основании, причем каждое из указанных гнезд имеет углубление с сужающейся частью, игранулы или микросферы реагента, каждая из которых введена в одно из указанных углублений;отличающийся тем, что:открытая сторона каждого углубления и/или его поперечное сечение являются круглыми,при этом каждая гранула или микросфера реагента, по существу, удерживается или фиксируется внутри одного из указанных углублений за счет плотного контакта с сужающейся частью углубления или введения в него по фрикционной посадке и образует с сужающейся частью углубления, по существу, непроницаемое для жидкости уплотнение.2. Планшет по п.1, отличающийся тем, что одна или более лунок планшета связаны с одной или более другими лунками одним или более ломкими участками или соединениями с обеспечением возможности разделения планшета пользователем на планшеты для образцов, имеющие меньшие размеры.3. Планшет по п.1, отличающийся тем, что представляет собой планшет для образцов, предназначенный для иммунного анализа.4. Планшет по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере некоторые или, по существу, все гранулы или микросферы реагента содержат реагент или покрыты им, при этом указанный реагент выбран и расположен с возможностью проведения с его использованием анализа на наличие в образце жидкости интересующего аналита.5. Планшет по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что содержит гибридную пробу для обнаружения наличия образцов комплементарной ДНК или РНК.6. Планшет по п.5, от
Claims (11)
1. Планшет для образцов, содержащий одну или более лунок, причем единственная или каждая лунка планшета содержит:
основание;
гнезда, выполненные в указанном основании, причем каждое из указанных гнезд имеет углубление с сужающейся частью, и
гранулы или микросферы реагента, каждая из которых введена в одно из указанных углублений;
отличающийся тем, что:
открытая сторона каждого углубления и/или его поперечное сечение являются круглыми,
при этом каждая гранула или микросфера реагента, по существу, удерживается или фиксируется внутри одного из указанных углублений за счет плотного контакта с сужающейся частью углубления или введения в него по фрикционной посадке и образует с сужающейся частью углубления, по существу, непроницаемое для жидкости уплотнение.
2. Планшет по п.1, отличающийся тем, что одна или более лунок планшета связаны с одной или более другими лунками одним или более ломкими участками или соединениями с обеспечением возможности разделения планшета пользователем на планшеты для образцов, имеющие меньшие размеры.
3. Планшет по п.1, отличающийся тем, что представляет собой планшет для образцов, предназначенный для иммунного анализа.
4. Планшет по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере некоторые или, по существу, все гранулы или микросферы реагента содержат реагент или покрыты им, при этом указанный реагент выбран и расположен с возможностью проведения с его использованием анализа на наличие в образце жидкости интересующего аналита.
5. Планшет по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что содержит гибридную пробу для обнаружения наличия образцов комплементарной ДНК или РНК.
6. Планшет по п.5, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере некоторые или, по существу, все гранулы или микросферы реагента содержат нуклеиново-кислотный зонд или покрыты им, при этом указанный зонд выбран и расположен с возможностью гибридизации ДНК или РНК посредством одноцепочечной нуклеиновой кислоты.
7. Способ использования планшета для образцов при анализе образца на наличие различных аналитов, включающий:
обеспечение наличия планшета для образцов, выполненного в соответствии с любым из пп.1-6, и
добавление образца в лунку планшета.
8. Способ анализа на наличие одного или более интересующих аналитов в образце, включающий
введение гранул или микросфер реагента в одно или более гнезд одной или более лунок планшета для образцов, причем лунки планшета имеют основание и выполненные в основании гнезда, каждое из которых снабжено углублением с сужающейся частью;
отличающийся тем, что:
открытая сторона каждого углубления и/или его поперечное сечение являются круглыми,
при этом каждую гранулу или микросферу реагента, по существу, удерживают или фиксируют внутри одного из указанных углублений за счет плотного контакта с сужающейся частью углубления или введения в него по фрикционной посадке с образованием между гранулой или микросферой реагента и сужающейся частью углубления, по существу, непроницаемого для жидкости уплотнения.
9. Набор для осуществления энзим-связывающего иммуносорбентного анализа (ELISA), содержащий:
один или более планшетов для образцов, содержащих одну или более лунок, одна или более из которых имеют основание и выполненные в основании гнезда, каждое из которых снабжено углублением с сужающейся частью, и
гранулы или микросферы реагента, с покрытием из реагента, содержащего антитело, антиген или иную биомолекулу;
отличающийся тем, что:
открытая сторона каждого углубления и/или его поперечное сечение являются круглыми,
при этом каждая гранула или микросфера реагента, по существу, удерживается или фиксируется внутри одного из указанных углублений за счет плотного контакта с сужающейся частью углубления или введения в него по фрикционной посадке и образует с сужающейся частью углубления, по существу, непроницаемое для жидкости уплотнение.
10. Набор для осуществления процедуры, использующей нуклеиново-кислотный зонд, при этом набор содержит:
один или более планшетов для образцов, содержащих одну или более лунок, одна или более из которых имеют основание и выполненные в нем гнезда, каждое из которых снабжено углублением с сужающейся частью, и
гранулы или микросферы реагента с покрытием из ДНК- или РНК-последовательности,
отличающийся тем, что открытая сторона каждого углубления и/или его поперечное сечение являются круглыми,
при этом в процессе использования планшета каждая гранула или микросфера реагента, по существу, удерживается или фиксируется внутри одного из указанных углублений за счет плотного контакта с сужающейся частью углубления или введения в него по фрикционной посадке и образует с сужающейся частью углубления, по существу, непроницаемое для жидкости уплотнение.
11. Способ изготовления планшета, включающий следующие операции:
обеспечение наличия планшета для образцов, содержащего одну или более лунок, у каждой из которых имеется основание;
формирование в одном или более из указанных оснований гнезд, каждое из которых снабжено углублением с сужающейся частью, причем открытую сторону и/или поперечное сечение каждого углубления выполняют круглыми;
в каждое из указанных углублений вводят или помещают гранулу или микросферу реагента;
при этом каждая гранула или микросфера реагента, по существу, удерживается или фиксируется внутри одного из указанных углублений за счет плотного контакта с сужающейся частью углубления или введения в него по фрикционной посадке и образует с сужающейся частью углубления, по существу, непроницаемое для жидкости уплотнение.
