Claims (4)
- 상단 외측과 하단 외측에는 캡결합용 나사부(101)와 밸브체결용 테이퍼나사부(101-1)가 형성되고, 내부 상,하단에는 실란트 주입구(102)와 볼설치홈(103)이 형성되며, 상기 볼설치홈(103)에는 볼(110)이 구비됨과 동시에 그 하측으로는 볼받침부재(120)와 코일스프링(130)이 각 순서대로 구성되어 이루어진 실란트 몸체(100)와; 상기 몸체(100) 상단 외측의 캡결합용 나사부(101)에는 내부공기를 배출하면서 주입구(102)를 추가로 더 확실하게 막을 수 있도록 막음돌기(210)와 하나이상의 벤트홈(220)이 천공된 벤트캡(200);이 결합된 실란트 피팅(A)을 구성함에 있어서,상기 실란트 몸체(100)의 내부 볼설치홈(103)의 하측에는 결속구조립용 암나사부(140)를 형성시킨 다음 그 결속구조립용 암나사부(140)에는 코일스프링(130)의 하방 이탈방지 그리고 유체의 흐름에 대한 허용 및 나사 조임과 풀림 용이성을 함께 갖는 육각홈(151)이 형성되어 있는 한편, 외측 둘레에는 결속 수나사부(152)가 형성되는 이루어진 스프링 결속구(150)를 추가로 더 설치한 것과;상기 실란트 몸체(100)의 하부 외측에 형성된 밸브체결용 테이퍼나사부(101-1) 상, 하측에는 오링 설치홈(161)을 형성한 다음 그 오링 설치홈(161)에 외측 실링용 오링1,2(160, 160-1)를 각각 추가로 더 형성시킨 것; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브용 실란트 피팅.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스프링 결속구(150)가 창작된 볼설치홈(103)의 하측 끝에는 코킹 처리된 코킹부(170)를 추가로 더 마련한 것을 특징으로 한 밸브용 실란트 피팅.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 실란트 피팅(A)의 구성 부품 중 유체의 주입 허용 및 차단을 조절하는 데 핵심요소인 볼(110)은 비산화성을 갖는 한편, 고온소결에 의해 제조되고 고밀도, 고경도, 고온강도 및 내식성, 내마모성이 우수하면서 내부 재질속 불순물이 최소화된 질화규소볼(Silicon Nitride boll, Si3N4) 또는 탄화규소볼(Silicon Carbide boll, SiC) 또는 아루미나볼(Alumina boll, AL2O3) 또는 지리코니아볼(Zirconia boll, ZRO2) 중 선택된 하나의 세라믹볼(Ceramic boll)을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한 밸브용 실란트 피팅.
- 상단 외측과 하단 외측에는 캡결합용 나사부(101)와 밸브체결용 테이퍼나사부(101-1)가 형성되고, 내부 상,하단에는 실란트 주입구(102)와 볼설치홈(103)이 형성되며, 상기 볼설치홈(103)에는 볼(110)이 구비됨과 동시에 그 하측으로는 볼받 침부재(120)와 코일스프링(130)이 각 순서대로 구성되어 이루어진 실란트 몸체(100)와; 상기 몸체(100) 상단 외측의 캡결합용 나사부(101)에는 내부공기를 배출하면서 주입구(102)를 추가로 더 확실하게 막을 수 있도록 막음돌기(210)와 하나이상의 벤트홈(220)이 천공된 벤트캡(200);이 결합된 통상의 실란트 피팅(A) 구성 부품 중,내부에는 일정한 직경의 결합홈(230)이 형성되어 있는 가운데 그 결합홈(230)의 내벽에는 암나사산(240)이 형성되고, 내측 중앙 상단에는 막음돌기(210)가 돌출구성 되어 있는 동시에 상측 일단에는 하나이상의 벤트홈(220)이 천공되며, 상면에는 마킹부(250)를 갖는 벤트캡(200)과;내부홈(121), 하측 스프링 걸림턱(122), 볼밀착 및 유체소통홈(123)이 형성되어 이루어진 스프링 받침부재(120); 를 제조함에 있어서,일정한 기계적 성질을 만족하는 하나 또는 둘이상의 금속분말재료(S)를 각각 선택한 후 이를 혼합하는 금속분말재료혼합단계와;상기 혼합된 금속분말재료(S)을 일정한 형태로 만들어진 내측핀(40)이 끼워진 별도의 금형다이(50)에 투입한 후 성형코자하는 벤트캡(200)과 볼받침부재(120)의 형태에 따라 가공된 상부펀치(20)와 하부펀치(30)로 이루어진 모형압착장치(10)를 통해 압착하여 일정한 형상의 모형으로 성형해내는 모형압착성형단계와;상기 압축 성형된 모형에 융점이하로 조절된 상당하고 일정한 고열을 압축된 상태의 금속입자끼리 충분한 결합성을 갖도록 소결처리하는 소결단계와;상기 소결 처리된 상기 소결합금 모형의 전체 또는 일부분에 대하여 요구되는 표면열처리 및 각 부위에 존재할 수 있는 버나 날카로운 모서리 등을 제거하는 부러싱작업 등의 후처리단계; 의 공정 순으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브용 실란트 피팅제조방법.
