Ингибитор продуцирование меланина, содержащий соединение, представленное нижеследующей общей формулой (1) (исключая клотримазол), и/или его фармакологически приемлемую соль:где группы A1, A2 и A3 каждую независимо выбирают из атома водорода, арильной группы, которая может иметь заместитель, и ароматической гетероциклической группы, которая может иметь заместитель;при условии, что по меньшей мере одну группу из A1, A2 и A3 выбирают из арильной группы и ароматической гетероциклической группы, и общее количество атомов углерода, входящих в A1, A2 и A3, составляет от 6 до 50;когда две или более группы из A1, A2 и A3 каждая представляют собой арильные или ароматические гетероциклические группы, то две соседние арильные группы или ароматические гетероциклические группы могут быть соединены друг с другом алкильной цепью или алкенильной цепью, дополнительно образуя кольцо;m представляет собой целое число от 0 до 2;X представляет собой гетератом, атом водорода или атом углерода;R1 и R2 каждый независимо выбирают из атома водорода и оксо при условии, что когда один из R1 и R2 представляет оксо, другой отсутствует;R3 выбирают из атома водорода и углеводородной группы, имеющей от 1 до 8 атомов углерода, в которой часть атомов водорода или атомов углерода может быть заменена гетератомом, и количество групп R3 соответствует количеству групп X;при условии, что когда присутствуют две или более групп R3, каждая из R3 независима друг от друга; и когда присутствуют две или более групп R3, две соседние группы R3 могут быть соединены друг с другом, образуя цикл вместе с атомом X; иконцевая часть R3 может быть соединена с атомом углерода, к которому присоединены A1,
Claims (19)
1. Ингибитор продуцирование меланина, содержащий соединение, представленное нижеследующей общей формулой (1) (исключая клотримазол), и/или его фармакологически приемлемую соль:
где группы A1, A2 и A3 каждую независимо выбирают из атома водорода, арильной группы, которая может иметь заместитель, и ароматической гетероциклической группы, которая может иметь заместитель;
при условии, что по меньшей мере одну группу из A1, A2 и A3 выбирают из арильной группы и ароматической гетероциклической группы, и общее количество атомов углерода, входящих в A1, A2 и A3, составляет от 6 до 50;
когда две или более группы из A1, A2 и A3 каждая представляют собой арильные или ароматические гетероциклические группы, то две соседние арильные группы или ароматические гетероциклические группы могут быть соединены друг с другом алкильной цепью или алкенильной цепью, дополнительно образуя кольцо;
m представляет собой целое число от 0 до 2;
X представляет собой гетератом, атом водорода или атом углерода;
R1 и R2 каждый независимо выбирают из атома водорода и оксо при условии, что когда один из R1 и R2 представляет оксо, другой отсутствует;
R3 выбирают из атома водорода и углеводородной группы, имеющей от 1 до 8 атомов углерода, в которой часть атомов водорода или атомов углерода может быть заменена гетератомом, и количество групп R3 соответствует количеству групп X;
при условии, что когда присутствуют две или более групп R3, каждая из R3 независима друг от друга; и когда присутствуют две или более групп R3, две соседние группы R3 могут быть соединены друг с другом, образуя цикл вместе с атомом X; и
концевая часть R3 может быть соединена с атомом углерода, к которому присоединены A1, A2 и A3, тем самым образуя цикл.
2. Ингибитор продуцирования меланина по п.1, где X представляет собой гетератом или атом углерода.
3. Ингибитор продуцирования меланина по п.2, где арильную группу выбирают из фенила, бифенила и нафтила и ароматическую гетероциклическую группу выбирают из пиридила и хинолила.
4. Ингибитор продуцирования меланина по п.2, где X представляет собой атом азота, атом кислорода или атом углерода.
5. Ингибитор продуцирования меланина по п.2, где m представляет собой 0.
6. Ингибитор продуцирования меланина по п.2, где фрагмент -X-R3 представляет собой группу, описываемую нижеследующей общей формулой (2):
где X1 представляет собой атом углерода или атом азота;
R4 и R5 соединены друг с другом, образуя вместе с X1 гетероциклическое кольцо или углеводородное кольцо, которое имеет от 2 до 8 атомов углерода и может иметь заместитель; и
R6 представляет собой атом водорода при условии, что R6 отсутствует, когда X1 представляет собой атом углерода, и гетероциклическое кольцо или углеводородное кольцо представляет собой ароматическое кольцо, и когда X1 представляет собой атом азота.
7. Ингибитор продуцирования меланина по п.2, где фрагмент -X-R3 представляет собой группу, описываемую нижеследующей общей формулой (3):
где X1 представляет собой атом углерода или атом азота;
R7 представляет собой углеводородную циклическую группу, которая имеет от 3 до 8 атомов углерода и может иметь заместитель; и
R8 представляет собой атом водорода, и число групп R8 соответствует числу групп X1.
8. Ингибитор продуцирования меланина по п.2, где фрагмент -X-R3 представляет собой группу, описываемую нижеследующей общей формулой (4):
где X2 представляет собой атом азота или атом кислорода; n представляет собой целое число от 0 до 5;
Y выбирают из гидроксила, амино и алкилокси, имеющего от 1 до 6 атомов углерода;
R9 выбирают из атома водорода, гидроксила и гидроксиалкила, имеющего 1 до 6 атомов углерода, когда X2 представляет собой атом азота; и R9 отсутствует, когда X2 представляет собой атом кислорода; и
R10, R11 и R12 каждый независимо выбирают из атома водорода, гидроксила, оксо и гидроксиалкила, имеющего от 1 до 5 атомов углерода, при условии, что когда один из R10 и R11 представляет собой оксо, другой отсутствует.
9. Ингибитор продуцирования меланина по п.6, где соединение, представленное общей формулой (1), включает соединение, представленное нижеследующей общей формулой (5):
где A4, A5 и A6 каждую независимо выбирают из фенила и пиридила, который может быть замещен метилом, метокси или гидроксилом; и
R13 и R14 соединены друг с другом, чтобы, вместе с атомом азота, представленным N, образовать насыщенное гетероциклическое кольцо, которое имеет 4 или 5 атомов углерода и может быть замещено гидроксилом или оксо.
10. Ингибитор продуцирования меланина по п.8, где соединение, представленное общей формулой (1), включает соединение, представленное нижеследующей общей формулой (6):
где A4, A5 и А6 каждую независимо выбирают из фенила и пиридила, каждый из которых может быть замещен метилом, метокси или гидроксилом;
X2 представляет собой атом азота или атом кислорода;
Yl представляет собой гидроксил или амино;
R15 выбирают из атома водорода, гидроксила и гидроксиалкила, имеющего от 1 до 3 атомов углерода, когда X2 представляет атом азота; и R15 отсутствует, когда X2 представляет атом кислорода; и
R16 выбирают из атома водорода, гидроксила и гидроксиалкила, имеющего от 1 до 3 атомов углерода.
12. Ингибитор продуцирования меланина по п.10, где соединение, представленное общей формулой (6), выбирают из 2-(трифенилметилокси)этанола (соединение 2), 2-(трифенилметиламино)этанола (соединение 3) и 2-(трифенилметилокси)этиламина (соединение 4)
2-(Трифенилметилокси)этанол (соединение 2)
2-(Трифенилметиламино)этанол (соединение 3)
2-(Трифенилметилокси)этиламин (соединение 4)
14. Ингибитор продуцирования меланина по п.1, где соединение, представленное общей формулой (1), не содержит структурного фрагмента имидазола.
15. Ингибитор продуцирования меланина по п.1, где MIC80 ингибитор продуцирования меланина в 10 раз или более превышает MIC80 клотримазола.
16. Ингибитор продуцирования меланина по п.1, где ингибитор продуцирования меланина в минимальной эффективной дозе, ингибирующей продуцирование меланина, не обладает ингибирующим эффектом на экспрессию белка тирозиназы.
17. Препарат наружного применения для кожи, предназначенный для ингибирования продуцирования меланина, содержащий ингибитор продуцирования меланина по любому из пп.1-16.
18. Препарат наружного применения для кожи по п.17, содержащий ингибитор продуцирования меланина в количестве от 0,001% мас./мас. до 10% мас./мас. в расчете на общее количество препарата наружного применения для кожи.
19. Препарат наружного применения для кожи по п.17, где препарат наружного применения для кожи является косметическим препаратом.
