Abstract
1. Огнеупорная бумага для применения в составе огнезащитной пленки, которая содержит неорганическое биоразлагаемое волокно, резаное непылящее, безопасное для органов дыхания волокно, органическое связующее и неорганическое связующее или наполнитель; и необязательно огнеупорное керамическое волокно. ! 2. Огнеупорная бумага по п.1, в которой неорганическое биоразлагаемое волокно представляет собой волокно из силиката щелочноземельного металла, в частности, из силиката магния или из силиката кальция. ! 3. Огнеупорная бумага по п.1, в которой биоразлагаемое волокно представляет собой волокнистый материал, состоящий из примерно 65-86 мас.% оксида кремния, примерно 14-35 мас.% оксида магния и примерно 5 мас.% или менее примесей. ! 4. Claims (20)
1. Огнеупорная бумага для применения в составе огнезащитной пленки, которая содержит неорганическое биоразлагаемое волокно, резаное непылящее, безопасное для органов дыхания волокно, органическое связующее и неорганическое связующее или наполнитель; и необязательно огнеупорное керамическое волокно.
2. Огнеупорная бумага по п.1, в которой неорганическое биоразлагаемое волокно представляет собой волокно из силиката щелочноземельного металла, в частности, из силиката магния или из силиката кальция.
3. Огнеупорная бумага по п.1, в которой биоразлагаемое волокно представляет собой волокнистый материал, состоящий из примерно 65-86 мас.% оксида кремния, примерно 14-35 мас.% оксида магния и примерно 5 мас.% или менее примесей.

Огнезащитный пленочный ламинат, пригодный для включения в тепло- и звукоизолирующую систему, причем ламинат содержит огнеупорную бумагу по п.1, имеющую наружную поверхность и внутреннюю поверхность; и устойчивую к распространению пламени пленку, нанесенную на внешнюю поверхность и внутреннюю поверхность огнеупорной бумаги с помощью ламинирующего адгезива.
9. Огнезащитный пленочный ламинат по п.8, включающий дополнительно сетку, расположенную между по меньшей мере одной устойчивой к распространению пламени пленкой и наружной поверхностью бумаги или между устойчивой к распространению пламени пленкой и внутренней поверхностью бумаги.
10. Огнезащитный пленочный ламинат по п.8, включающий дополнительно сетку, наложенную на устойчивую к распространению пламени пленку, причем устойчивая к распространению пламени пленка расположена между сеткой и внутренней поверхностью бумаги.
11. Огнезащитный пленочный ламинат по п.8, в котором устойчивая к распространению пламени пленка, наложенная по меньшей мере на внутреннюю сторону бумаги или на наружную сторону бумаги, металлизирована.

13. Огнезащитный пленочный ламинат по п.9, в котором сетка представляет собой по меньшей мере стекловолоконную, нейлоновую или полиэфирную сетку.
14. Огнезащитный пленочный ламинат по п.8 с основной массой менее 120 г/м2.
15. Тепло- и звукоизолирующая система, содержащая множество изолирующих слоев, помещенных внутри покрытия на обращенной наружу поверхности огнезащитного пленочного ламината по п.8 и на обращенной внутрь поверхности покрытия.
16. Тепло- и звукоизолирующая система по п.15, в которой обращенное внутрь пленочное покрытие включает огнезащитный пленочный ламинат.
17. Тепло- и звукоизолирующая система по п.15, в которой обращенный наружу огнезащитный пленочный ламинат и обращенное внутрь пленочное покрытие объединены термической сваркой с помощью адгезива с образованием частичного или практически полного обертывания или инкапсулирования множества изолирующих слоев.
18. Тепло- и звукоизолирующая система по п.15, в которой изолирующие слои представляют собой стекловолоконную изоляцию.
19. Тепло- и звукоизолирующая система по п.15, удовлетворяющая тестам на распространение пламени и прожог из 14 CFR §25.856(a) и (b), приложение F, части VI и VII.
20. Тепло- и звукоизолирующая система с основной массой менее примерно 120 г/м2, способная к прохождению протоколов тестов на распространение пламени и прожог из 14 CFR §25.856(a) и (b), приложение F, части VI и VII, содержащая:
два слоя толщиной примерно 1 дюйм стекловолоконного изолятора частично или практически полностью обернутого или впрессованного в огнезащитный пленочный ламинат; причем огнезащитный пленочный ламинат включает огнеупорную бумагу, имеющую наружную и внутреннюю поверхности, адгезивно ламинированную между первым листом огнестойкой пленки и вторым листом огнестойкой пленки с помощью адгезива, необязательно не содержащего замедляющих пламя добавок, причем первый лист огнестойкой пленки помещен ближе к наружной поверхности огнеупорной бумаги и металлизирован, а второй лист огнестойкой пленки находится ближе к внутренней поверхности огнеупорной бумаги;
в которой сетка адгезивно спрессована по меньшей мере с одной поверхностью второго листа огнестойкой пленки;
в которой огнеупорная бумага содержит примерно 60-74 мас.% биоразлагаемого волокна силиката щелочноземельного металла, примерно 3-9 мас.% резаных непылящих стекловолокон, примерно 4-12 мас.% органических армирующих волокон, примерно 6-18 мас.% органического связующего и примерно 2-10 мас.% по меньшей мере одной глины из бентонита, гекторита, каолинита, монтмориллонита, палыгорскита, сапонита или сепиолита; и
в которой огнестойкая пленка является по меньшей мере одной из пленок, таких как полиэфирная, полиимидная, полиэфиркетонная, полиэфиркетоэфирная, поливинилфторидная, полиамидная, политетрафторэтиленовая, полиарилсульфоновая, полиэфирамидная, полиэфиримидная, полиэфирсульфоновая, полифениленсульфидная или их комбинации.
