本发明公开了一种耐火纤维纸及其制备方法,原料组分按照重量比分如下:陶瓷纤维30‑50份,植物纤维10‑20份,硅酸铝8‑15份,复合硅酸镁8‑13份,滑石粉5‑10份,去离子水5‑8份,聚乙烯醇5‑10份,羧甲基纤维素3‑8份,水性磨光油10‑20份。本发明原料简单易得,加工方式简单合理,成本低,适用于工厂大规模生产,适用范围广,绿色安全,无有害物质,纸张韧性好,抗拉强度大,透明度高、保光保色性好、抗刮、抗擦性强、耐候性优,稳定性强,耐高温,耐低温,耐腐蚀效果好,耐火系数高,抗老化,延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸张制备领域,具体为一种耐火纤维纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
纸张作为生活中必不可少的生活用品,随着需求量的增加和省会的进步,生产技术越来越成熟,大多纸张还是采用传统工艺,不仅浪费树木,提高成本,且不具有耐火性能,但是现代生活中,对于耐火纸张的需求越来越多,市场前景一片美好,现有的技术复杂不成熟,产品质量不完善,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐火纤维纸及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐火纤维纸及其制备方法,原料组分按照重量比分如下:陶瓷纤维30-50份,植物纤维10-20份,硅酸铝8-15份,复合硅酸镁8-13份,滑石粉5-10份,去离子水5-8份,聚乙烯醇5-10份,羧甲基纤维素3-8份,水性磨光油10-20份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:其制备方法如下:
A、将陶瓷纤维、植物纤维和羧甲基纤维素进行混合,加入去离子水进行打浆,采用2-3mm过筛网进行过筛,除去杂质后进行分散,分散温度设为40-45℃,每10-15min分散一次,共三次,制成水浆;
B、室温下,将硅酸铝、复合硅酸镁、滑石粉与聚乙烯醇进行混合搅拌,搅拌过中分四次缓慢加入去离子水,直至呈胶状,搅拌速率为400-500r/min;
C、将步骤B中的混合物加入到水浆中,搅拌均匀,利用离心机离心操作,频率为3000-3500HZ,采用1-2mm过滤网过滤后取上层清液,利用清液进行抄造,得到湿纸页,对湿纸页进行压榨和干燥,压榨重力为800-1000Kg,干燥温度设为150-200℃;
D、对干燥后的纸页进行热轧,热轧温度设为250-300℃,对热轧后的纸页在100-200kgf/cm2的压力下喷涂水性磨光油进行压光,待冷却至室温后形成光亮的表面膜层,得产物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明原料简单易得,加工方式简单合理,成本低,适用于工厂大规模生产,适用范围广,绿色安全,无有害物质,纸张韧性好,抗拉强度大,透明度高、保光保色性好、抗刮、抗擦性强、耐候性优,稳定性强,耐高温,耐低温,耐腐蚀效果好,耐火系数高,抗老化,延长使用寿命。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
一种耐火纤维纸及其制备方法,原料组分按照重量比分如下:陶瓷纤维35份,植物纤维5份,硅酸铝10份,复合硅酸镁9份,滑石粉7份,去离子水8份,聚乙烯醇5份,羧甲基纤维素4份,水性磨光油16份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将陶瓷纤维、植物纤维和羧甲基纤维素进行混合,加入去离子水进行打浆,采用3mm过筛网进行过筛,除去杂质后进行分散,分散温度设为40℃,每15min分散一次,共三次,制成水浆;
B、室温下,将硅酸铝、复合硅酸镁、滑石粉与聚乙烯醇进行混合搅拌,搅拌过中分四次缓慢加入去离子水,直至呈胶状,搅拌速率为420r/min;
C、将步骤B中的混合物加入到水浆中,搅拌均匀,利用离心机离心操作,频率为3100HZ,采用1mm过滤网过滤后取上层清液,利用清液进行抄造,得到湿纸页,对湿纸页进行压榨和干燥,压榨重力为900Kg,干燥温度设为200℃;
D、对干燥后的纸页进行热轧,热轧温度设为300℃,对热轧后的纸页在100kgf/cm2的压力下喷涂水性磨光油进行压光,待冷却至室温后形成光亮的表面膜层,得产物。
实施例二:
一种耐火纤维纸及其制备方法,原料组分按照重量比分如下:陶瓷纤维40份,植物纤维10份,硅酸铝8份,复合硅酸镁8份,滑石粉6份,去离子水5份,聚乙烯醇6份,羧甲基纤维素3份,水性磨光油12份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将陶瓷纤维、植物纤维和羧甲基纤维素进行混合,加入去离子水进行打浆,采用2mm过筛网进行过筛,除去杂质后进行分散,分散温度设为45℃,每10min分散一次,共三次,制成水浆;
B、室温下,将硅酸铝、复合硅酸镁、滑石粉与聚乙烯醇进行混合搅拌,搅拌过中分四次缓慢加入去离子水,直至呈胶状,搅拌速率为500r/min;
C、将步骤B中的混合物加入到水浆中,搅拌均匀,利用离心机离心操作,频率为3500HZ,采用2mm过滤网过滤后取上层清液,利用清液进行抄造,得到湿纸页,对湿纸页进行压榨和干燥,压榨重力为1000Kg,干燥温度设为150℃;
D、对干燥后的纸页进行热轧,热轧温度设为250℃,对热轧后的纸页在200kgf/cm2的压力下喷涂水性磨光油进行压光,待冷却至室温后形成光亮的表面膜层,得产物。
实施例三:
一种耐火纤维纸及其制备方法,原料组分按照重量比分如下:陶瓷纤维50份,植物纤维20份,硅酸铝15份,复合硅酸镁13份,滑石粉10份,去离子水8份,聚乙烯醇7份,羧甲基纤维素5份,水性磨光油15份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将陶瓷纤维、植物纤维和羧甲基纤维素进行混合,加入去离子水进行打浆,采用2mm过筛网进行过筛,除去杂质后进行分散,分散温度设为42℃,每15min分散一次,共三次,制成水浆;
B、室温下,将硅酸铝、复合硅酸镁、滑石粉与聚乙烯醇进行混合搅拌,搅拌过中分四次缓慢加入去离子水,直至呈胶状,搅拌速率为450r/min;
C、将步骤B中的混合物加入到水浆中,搅拌均匀,利用离心机离心操作,频率为3400HZ,采用2mm过滤网过滤后取上层清液,利用清液进行抄造,得到湿纸页,对湿纸页进行压榨和干燥,压榨重力为850Kg,干燥温度设为170℃;
D、对干燥后的纸页进行热轧,热轧温度设为260℃,对热轧后的纸页在190kgf/cm2的压力下喷涂水性磨光油进行压光,待冷却至室温后形成光亮的表面膜层,得产物。
实施例四:
一种耐火纤维纸及其制备方法,原料组分按照重量比分如下:陶瓷纤维45份,植物纤维18份,硅酸铝13份,复合硅酸镁11份,滑石粉8份,去离子水7份,聚乙烯醇6份,羧甲基纤维素5份,水性磨光油16份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将陶瓷纤维、植物纤维和羧甲基纤维素进行混合,加入去离子水进行打浆,采用3mm过筛网进行过筛,除去杂质后进行分散,分散温度设为42℃,每12min分散一次,共三次,制成水浆;
B、室温下,将硅酸铝、复合硅酸镁、滑石粉与聚乙烯醇进行混合搅拌,搅拌过中分四次缓慢加入去离子水,直至呈胶状,搅拌速率为470r/min;
C、将步骤B中的混合物加入到水浆中,搅拌均匀,利用离心机离心操作,频率为3300HZ,采用2mm过滤网过滤后取上层清液,利用清液进行抄造,得到湿纸页,对湿纸页进行压榨和干燥,压榨重力为800Kg,干燥温度设为180℃;
D、对干燥后的纸页进行热轧,热轧温度设为280℃,对热轧后的纸页在180kgf/cm2的压力下喷涂水性磨光油进行压光,待冷却至室温后形成光亮的表面膜层,得产物。
以上实施例中,实施例二为最佳实施例,耐火性能强,耐高温;硅酸铝、复合硅酸镁和滑石粉的混合,降低热导率,化学性质稳定,提高热稳定,吸附性强,绝缘效果佳,耐高温效果好,提高耐火性能。

Claims (2)

1.一种耐火纤维纸及其制备方法,其特征在于:原料组分按照重量比分如下:陶瓷纤维30-50份,植物纤维10-20份,硅酸铝8-15份,复合硅酸镁8-13份,滑石粉5-10份,去离子水5-8份,聚乙烯醇5-10份,羧甲基纤维素3-8份,水性磨光油10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火纤维纸及其制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法如下:
A、将陶瓷纤维、植物纤维和羧甲基纤维素进行混合,加入去离子水进行打浆,采用2-3mm过筛网进行过筛,除去杂质后进行分散,分散温度设为40-45℃,每10-15min分散一次,共三次,制成水浆;
B、室温下,将硅酸铝、复合硅酸镁、滑石粉与聚乙烯醇进行混合搅拌,搅拌过中分四次缓慢加入去离子水,直至呈胶状,搅拌速率为400-500r/min;
C、将步骤B中的混合物加入到水浆中,搅拌均匀,利用离心机离心操作,频率为3000-3500HZ,采用1-2mm过滤网过滤后取上层清液,利用清液进行抄造,得到湿纸页,对湿纸页进行压榨和干燥,压榨重力为800-1000Kg,干燥温度设为150-200℃;
D、对干燥后的纸页进行热轧,热轧温度设为250-300℃,对热轧后的纸页在100-200kgf/cm2的压力下喷涂水性磨光油进行压光,待冷却至室温后形成光亮的表面膜层,得产物。
