Abstract
1. Катализатор для очистки выхлопных газов, включающий: носитель сотового типа, имеющий множество ячеистых каналов, разделенных перегородками между ячейками, и слой каталитического покрытия, образованный на поверхности перегородок между ячейками; ! отличающийся тем, что ! слой каталитического покрытия содержит нижний слой, включающий материал, обладающий способностью к накоплению кислорода, и верхний слой, сформированный на поверхности нижнего слоя, который включает каталитический благородный металл; и обладает суммарной толщиной в диапазоне 10 мкм - 80 мкм, что составляет 90% или более от всей толщины в целом; ! толщина верхнего слоя составляет 5 - 40 мкм; ! по меньшей мере один благородный каталитический металл, выбранный из группы, состоящей из Pt, Pd и Rh, отдельно наносится на верхний слой; и ! благородный каталитический металл, отличный от благородного каталитического металла, нанесенного на верхний слой, наносится на нижний слой. ! 2. Катализатор для очистки выхлопных газов по п.1, в котором толщина названного верхнего слоя составляет 30 мкм или менее. ! 3. Катализатор для очистки выхлопных газов по п.1, в котором Rh наносится на названный верхний слой, и по меньшей мере один из Pt и Pd наносится на названный нижний слой.
Claims (3)
1. Катализатор для очистки выхлопных газов, включающий: носитель сотового типа, имеющий множество ячеистых каналов, разделенных перегородками между ячейками, и слой каталитического покрытия, образованный на поверхности перегородок между ячейками;
отличающийся тем, что
слой каталитического покрытия содержит нижний слой, включающий материал, обладающий способностью к накоплению кислорода, и верхний слой, сформированный на поверхности нижнего слоя, который включает каталитический благородный металл; и обладает суммарной толщиной в диапазоне 10 мкм - 80 мкм, что составляет 90% или более от всей толщины в целом;
толщина верхнего слоя составляет 5 - 40 мкм;
по меньшей мере один благородный каталитический металл, выбранный из группы, состоящей из Pt, Pd и Rh, отдельно наносится на верхний слой; и
благородный каталитический металл, отличный от благородного каталитического металла, нанесенного на верхний слой, наносится на нижний слой.
2. Катализатор для очистки выхлопных газов по п.1, в котором толщина названного верхнего слоя составляет 30 мкм или менее.
3. Катализатор для очистки выхлопных газов по п.1, в котором Rh наносится на названный верхний слой, и по меньшей мере один из Pt и Pd наносится на названный нижний слой.
