Abstract
1. Лазерное устройство (10, 110) для удаления волос, ориентируемое по направлению к коже пользователя и/или прикладываемое к ней для воздействия на волосяные мешочки лазерным излучением с целью удаления волос, при этом указанное устройство содержит корпус, в который помещен удаляющий волосы лазер (18), способный испускать излучение на длине волны, пригодной для удаления волос, отличающееся тем, что содержит дополнительный светоизлучающий компонент, установленный с возможностью испускания высокоинтенсивного пучка (21) излучения, который безопасен для глаза, по существу, в том же направлении (20), что и излучение лазера, удаляющего волосы, тем самым удерживая пользователя от наведения устройства по направлению на его глаза. ! 2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что высокоинтенсивный пучок (21) имеет такую интенсивность, что не наносит какого-либо перманентного повреждения при попадании в глаз. ! 3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что высокоинтенсивный пучок (21) включается при подаче питания на устройство или перед активированием указанного лазера. ! 4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что лазер (18), удаляющий волосы, запускается по команде с использованием пускателя (28) или аналогичного блока. ! 5. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что лазер (18) генерирует пучок импульсного излучения. ! 6. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что светоизлучающий компонент (24) испускает свет на длине волны, к которой глаз особенно чувствителен, такой как свет с длиной волны 500-600 нм. ! 7. Claims (28)
1. Лазерное устройство (10, 110) для удаления волос, ориентируемое по направлению к коже пользователя и/или прикладываемое к ней для воздействия на волосяные мешочки лазерным излучением с целью удаления волос, при этом указанное устройство содержит корпус, в который помещен удаляющий волосы лазер (18), способный испускать излучение на длине волны, пригодной для удаления волос, отличающееся тем, что содержит дополнительный светоизлучающий компонент, установленный с возможностью испускания высокоинтенсивного пучка (21) излучения, который безопасен для глаза, по существу, в том же направлении (20), что и излучение лазера, удаляющего волосы, тем самым удерживая пользователя от наведения устройства по направлению на его глаза.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что высокоинтенсивный пучок (21) имеет такую интенсивность, что не наносит какого-либо перманентного повреждения при попадании в глаз.
3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что высокоинтенсивный пучок (21) включается при подаче питания на устройство или перед активированием указанного лазера.
4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что лазер (18), удаляющий волосы, запускается по команде с использованием пускателя (28) или аналогичного блока.
5. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что лазер (18) генерирует пучок импульсного излучения.
6. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что светоизлучающий компонент (24) испускает свет на длине волны, к которой глаз особенно чувствителен, такой как свет с длиной волны 500-600 нм.
7. Устройство по п.6, отличающееся тем, что указанная длина волны составляет около 555 нм.
8. Устройство по п.6, отличающееся тем, что светоизлучающий компонент (24) содержит светоизлучающий диод (СД), обеспечивающий испускание света с требуемой частотой.
9. Лазерное устройство (10, 110) для удаления волос, ориентируемое по направлению к коже пользователя и/или прикладываемое к ней для воздействия на волосяные мешочки лазерным излучением с целью удаления волос, при этом указанное устройство содержит корпус, в который помещен удаляющий волосы лазер (18), способный испускать излучение на длине волны, пригодной для удаления волос, отличающееся тем, что содержит фильтрующий компонент (22), помещенный у конца устройства для подавления отражения пучка лазера от кожи пользователя во время работы устройства.
10. Устройство по п.9, отличающееся тем, что фильтрующий компонент (22) представляет собой трубчатый элемент, выступающий из конца устройства и охватывающий излучаемый лазерный пучок.
11. Устройство по п.10, отличающееся тем, что трубчатый элемент представляет собой цилиндр.
12. Лазерное устройство (10, 110) для удаления волос, ориентируемое по направлению к коже пользователя и/или прикладываемое к ней для воздействия на волосяные мешочки лазерным излучением с целью удаления волос, при этом указанное устройство содержит корпус, в который помещен удаляющий волосы лазер (18), способный испускать излучение на длине волны, пригодной для удаления волос, отличающееся тем, что содержит датчик контакта устройства с кожей и/или непосредственной близости от нее и управляющее средство, реагирующее на выходной сигнал датчика, чтобы заблокировать работу лазера, когда устройство не имеет контакта с кожей и не находится в непосредственной близости от нее.
13. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что указанный датчик содержит два проводящих контактных элемента (26) и электрическую схему для определения наличия их контакта с кожей.
14. Устройство по п.13, отличающееся тем, что электрическая схема измеряет электрическое сопротивление.
15. Устройство по п.14, отличающееся тем, что для предотвращения прямого попадания вспышки в глаз расстояние между контактными элементами (26) выбрано примерно равным или меньшим размера глазной впадины.
16. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что датчик использует пучок света или иного электромагнитного излучения для определения расстояния от устройства до кожи, при этом его выходной сигнал используется управляющим средством для блокирования работы устройства.
17. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что управляющее средство предотвращает повторное использование лазера в течение заданного периода времени, начиная с момента, определяемого датчиком, отведения лазера от кожи.
18. Лазерное устройство (10, 110) для удаления волос, ориентируемое по направлению к коже пользователя и/или прикладываемое к ней для воздействия на волосяные мешочки лазерным излучением с целью удаления волос, при этом указанное устройство содержит корпус, в который помещен удаляющий волосы лазер (18), способный испускать излучение на длине волны, пригодной для удаления волос, отличающееся тем, что содержит управляющее средство, имеющее таймер для прерывания работы устройства по истечении назначенного периода времени.
19. Устройство по п.18, отличающееся тем, что назначение указанного периода времени предотвращает ожоги кожи.
20. Устройство по п.18 или 19, отличающееся тем, что управляющее средство по показаниям датчика контакта устройства с кожей и/или непосредственной близости от нее по истечении назначенного периода предотвращает повторное использование лазера в течение заданного времени после зафиксированного указанным датчиком отведения лазера от кожи.
21. Устройство по п.20, отличающееся тем, что заданное время составляет 2-8 с, в типичном случае 4 с.
22. Лазерное устройство (10, 110) для удаления волос, ориентируемое по направлению к коже пользователя и/или прикладываемое к ней для воздействия на волосяные мешочки лазерным излучением с целью удаления волос, при этом указанное устройство содержит корпус, в который помещен удаляющий волосы лазер (18), способный испускать излучение на длине волны, пригодной для удаления волос, отличающееся тем, что содержит управляющее средство для регулирования работы лазера, удаляющего волосы, при этом указанное средство имеет блокирующие средства для предотвращения использования устройства посторонним лицом.
23. Устройство по п.22, отличающееся тем, что указанные блокирующие средства содержат один или несколько компонентов, выбранных из группы, включающей кнопочную панель (30, 130) для введения пользователем опознавательного кода, причем работа устройства блокируется до тех пор, пока не будет введен правильный код, включатель (32, 132), запускаемый ключом и тем самым обеспечивающий возможность включения устройства только пользователем, имеющим ключ, и/или средство инициирования правильного набора входных данных, вводимых пользователем в правильном порядке.
24. Устройство по п.22, отличающееся тем, что блокирующие средства содержат управляющее средство, которое блокирует работу лазера до тех пор, пока не будет выполнена последовательность из двух или более действий.
25. Устройство по п.24, отличающееся тем, что указанные действия включают определение, посредством указанного датчика, что устройство находится в безопасной близости от кожи и что пользователь нажал пускатель (28).
26. Устройство по п.25, отличающееся тем, что управляющее средство требует правильного порядка выполнения указанной последовательности действий.
27. Устройство (10, 110) по п.22, отличающееся тем, что корпус (14) устройства содержит компоненты, установленные в аппликаторном жезле, который содержит, по меньшей мере, главные управляющие средства, требуемые для функционирования.
28. Устройство по п.22, отличающееся тем, что имеет форму отдельного базового блока (12, 112), который содержит главные управляющие средства, отдельного жезла, содержащего лазер и соединенного с базовым блоком гибким соединительным звеном (16).
