Abstract

背景技术
在过去,有很多种方法能实现美容性的毛发去除,包括拔毛、电蚀除毛以及激光处理。在激光处理过程中,将适当波长的光(典型地由约600nm至900nm)指向皮肤,这样使得毛囊的毛乳头吸收部分能量,通过能量沉积引起毛乳头死亡来破坏毛囊,随后去除毛发。
由于这些设备的复杂性以及它们使用时内在安全性的考虑,传统上激光毛发去除处理是在医师诊所或美容院完成的,并非在家里。
因此,需要一种嵌有安全特性的激光毛发去除设备,这样其可被家庭市场安全地使用。
发明内容

可使用具有确定设备与皮肤的距离或接近度的类似功能的其它传感器。因此,光束或电磁辐射束可确定自皮肤到设备的距离,并通过控制装置利用这种输出来禁止操作。
在另一个方面,本发明提供一种激光毛发去除设备,其用于指向和/或施用于用户的皮肤,使得毛囊暴露于用于毛发去除的激光辐射,所述设备包括容纳毛发去除激光器的主体,该激光器发出具有适合用于毛发去除的波长的辐射,其特征是在于,包括计时器的控制设备,用于在一预定时段之后中止设备的操作。

在另一方面,本发明提供一种激光毛发去除设备,其用于指向和/或施用于用户的皮肤,使得毛囊暴露于用于毛发去除的激光辐射,所述设备包括容纳毛发去除激光器的主体,该激光器能发出具有适合用于毛发去除的波长的辐射,其特征在于,用于操作所述毛发去除激光器的控制装置,所述控制装置包括用于阻上未经许可的使用的闭锁装置。
所述闭锁装置可采取多种形式;例如,其可包括用于用户输入识别码的键盘,除非输入正确的代码,否则操作将一直被禁止;其可包括钥匙操作开关,从而仅有具有所述钥匙的用户才能打开设备。此外,除非执行一组两个或多个动作,否则控制装置不允许激光器工作。例如,直到接触或接近传感器检测到设备安全地靠近皮肤,且用户已按下启动开关时,控制装置才允许激光器工作。控制装置可以要求这些动作以正确的顺序执行。
应当理解,上述各方面中的各种功能可通过安装在施用器类型的设备内的组件执行,该设备包含用于操作需要的至少大部分控制功能。或者,该设备可以是具有分离的头部的分离的基本单元的形式,其中基本单元包含具有控制电路的大部分,而分离的头部包含激光器单元并且通过柔软的连接线连接到基本单元。

具体实施方式
参照图1,毛发去除设备10包括基本单元12和激光棒14形式的主体,激光棒通过可伸缩的软线16连接到基本单元。在这个特定实施例中,安全控制电路容纳于基本单元12中,然而在其他实施例中,所有或部分这种电路可容纳于激光棒14中。激光棒包含激光器18,该激光器产生选定波长的激光辐射脉冲束以导致毛发去除。激光器18被布置沿主轴20发射它的光束。激光器18收容在棒14内,光束离开棒14的主体之后经过半透明材质的圆柱形罩22。邻近激光器18设置有LED 24,该LED也被设计为大致沿着相同的主轴20,经由套管22的中部发射出无损伤可见光的高强度束。套管的任一边设有连接到电子控制电路的两个电极26,该电路用于检测激光棒14何时接触到人的皮肤。这通过检测由电极26接触的皮肤表面的电阻完成。应当注意,在两接触点26与皮肤保持接触的情况下对着皮肤按下激光棒14时,从激光器18发出的激光束被套管22封住。
棒的背部上设有操作开关28,通过基本单元12中的控制电路来决定开关的状态。
基本单元上设有含字母数字的键盘30和钥匙操作开关32,同时还具有显示器34。使用中,直到某些条件满足时,基本单元12中的控制电路才允许激光器18工作。在这个特定实例中,首先需要将钥匙36插入钥匙开关32中打开单元,接着通过键盘30敲入PIN码。当这些步骤都完成时,控制单元激活LED 24,使得可见光的高强度束沿着主轴20发射,其可作为当激活时从激活的激光器18发出的激光束光轴的警示,并且还能防止用户将其指向他们自己或其他人的眼睛。经过初始的安全步骤以后,可将棒14提升到需去除毛发的皮肤区域,使用电极26通过控制电路检测其与皮肤的接触(与非皮肤表面相对)。然后,并且只有这个时候,才能按下操作开关28激活主激光器18。
因此,应理解为,图1图示的实施例在激光器工作之前,需要经历几个安全阶段,第一级别安全性核查确认用户的身份(即,拥有正确的钥匙和密码),之后,在激光器启动之前通过确保设备确实接触到皮肤来评估物理安全性。
图2至图5图示了毛发去除设备的第二个实施例。第一个和第二个实施例共有的特征具有相同或相似的编号。毛发去除设备110具有基本单元112和手持激光棒14,其以与上述基本单元和棒12、14类似的方式来操作。在该实施例中,棒14放在外壳112上,并由外壳112保持在适当位置上。基本单元具有市电适配器电源(mains adapter power supply)140,其具有低压直流输出插头142用于配合基本单元112以及给基本单元112供电。可选择地,或者同时,基本单元122 也可由电池供电,其可通过市电适配器充电。
在操作中,通过将钥匙136插入钥匙开关132能开启基本单元。作为附加的安全预防,可能需要在键盘130上按下预定的一组按钮以允许给激光棒14供电。基本单元具有电源水平指示器134、允许/保持按钮136、加电/断电按钮138以及棒启动警示灯139。棒14具有至少同一种上述安全特性。
图3、4和5显示了棒14头部的不同视图。图3中,对于接触或前进到十分接近用户的皮肤来启动棒,电极26是可见的。如果激光器被激活,则相干激光路径将沿轴20经过。高强度非损伤的可见光束21沿着大概相同的轴20传播,该光是漫射光。漫射光束21具有比激光束更低的强度,并且在基本单元112通电时或者仅仅在激光器运作之前产生,以便在光束21的路径中模拟任一眼睛的眨眼反射。
图4显示了棒14头部的不同视图。在这个实施例中,显示的低强度平行光束LED 25能沿着轴20产生低强度的窄光束。采用这种光的目的是为了对准激光,从而引导用户去除毛发。可在激光器运作之前打开这种光,并一直保留。更高强度LED 24产生高强度光束21,用于促进眨眼,并且这种光仅仅在激光器激发之前产生。
图5显示了使用时利用来自于LED 25的低强度光来协助对准的棒。在这个位置,电极26与靠近身体的毛发50的用户的皮肤接触。基本单元一旦启动,就给对准LED 25供电,按下激光器激活光,引起高强度LED 24发光,接着激光器在一预定时段内产生光,其持续时间足够使得毛发50的毛囊毛乳头被破坏,但不会引起皮肤烧伤。基本单元112上的控制在充分长的时间内避免激光器再度启动以允许给用户的皮肤降温。
对于本领域技术人员而言,将上面描述的以及图示实施例进行修改、替换、变型、添加和简化是显而易见的。尤其是,不需要将上述所有安全特性一起使用,或者,可将所述特性进行组合。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于指向和/或施用于用户皮肤以使毛囊暴露于用于毛发去除的激光辐射的激光毛发去除设备(10,110),所述设备包括:
主体(14),
容纳在所述主体(14)中的毛发去除激光器(18),该毛发去除激光器能沿着主轴发出具有适合用于毛发去除的波长的辐射,和
另外的光发射元件(24),其被设置为大致沿着所述主轴发射具有用于促进眨眼且不损伤眼睛的高强度辐射光束(21),其中,
在设备加电时或之后并且在所述毛发去除激光器启动前,所述另外的光发射元件被打开以发射高强度辐射光束,
其中,所述另外的光发射元件沿所述主轴发射可见光的高强度辐射光束,所述高强度辐射光束作为当所述毛发去除激光器被激活时从所述毛发去除激光器发出的激光束的光轴的警示,并且还防止用户将所述设备指向他们自己或其他人的眼睛。
2.如权利要求1所述的激光毛发去除设备,其中,高强度辐射光束(21)所具有的强度使得如果这种光束进入眼睛不会由该光束引起永久损伤。
