Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA SINALIZAçãO DE ATIVIDADE DE TRANSAçõES ENTRE UM MóDULO DE CARTãO INTELIGENTE DE PADRãO DE BARRAMENTO SERIAL UNIVERSAL (UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS - USB) E UMA PORTA USB". São revelados um método e um dispositivo para detecção de transferências realizadas com êxito entre uma porta de Barramento Serial Universal (Universal Serial Bus - USB) e um cartão inteligente de padrão USB e geração de um sinal que proporciona uma indicação da atividade de transações de padrão USB. Este sinal de atividade de transações de padrão USB é modulado de acordo com a atividade de transações de padrão USB e aciona um Diodo Emissor de Luz (Light Emitting Diode - LED) numa configuração preferencial da invenção. Um dispositivo de contagem interno localizado no cartão inteligente de padrão USB realiza o escalonamento do sinal de atividade de transações de forma a que o mesmo seja perceptível para o usuário. Devido ao fato de a corrente que passa pelo LED depender da atividade de transações de padrão USB, a intensidade luminosa do LED varia de acordo com a atividade de transações de padrão USB. O LED pode ser acionado de uma fonte ou dissipador do tipo espelho de corrente, ou de uma fonte ou dissipador de comutação de corrente.
